If pictures are worth a thousand words. These are worth a million. Everyone at New Smile are some of the nicest people Ive ever met in the auto industry. Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, and great at keeping you informed about the progress of your vehicle. Took me forever to find a great autobody business but this place was well worth the wait. Alfredo has a great team, and they have a customer for life.

They went above and beyond. Both ladies at the office are very welcoming and helpful. They also did an interior cleaning of my vehicle when they didn’t have to! Picked up my car and felt like It was fresh out the dealer. When looking to go inside any business I always look at the reviews. Believe me, New smiles auto shop has worked for each review. Amazing work amazing staff. I took my car ( challenger scatpack) for small repair my right side fender had a small dent that it was bothering me very much i took my car at NEW SMILE AUTO BODY for the repair it was a recommendation from a friend, i was shocked of how amazing the work came out my car looks like it never had a dent the paint came out perfect the eta was faster than what I thought also Alex (owner) very nice and honest i definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone out there.

New Smile Auto Body is the best shop in Los Angeles. They conveniently helped me when my car was totaled, they helped me with my Lemon. They helped me find a great lawyer. Alfredo the owner is such a solid person and trust-worthy person, Miguel, Jasmin and the whole staff are friendly and get the job done right, fast and best of all affordable. The prices are unmatched and the service is the best. I call Alfredo for everything now because I trust him with all my car needs. I never go anywhere else. What can I say. I had Alfredo n his guys give me an estimate, they were super honest and humble. I decided to get the work done with them and when I picked my vehicle up, I was in aww. The job they did was amazing, my rear bumper looks better than when I bought it. They even waxed my whole vehicle. They made my experience extremely pleasant. Id like to discuss my experience with this shop. It was brief, but in that short time, I understood that this shop needs investigation. Not only did they approach me after my accident, which coincidentally happened near their body shop, but they also offered assistance by assuring me that it wasnt my fault. They offered to provide me with the video of the incident and to move my car to their lot. Naturally, I was grateful and contacted my insurance company and my father for assistance. My father informed he was en route and that we would tow the car to my house. However, as soon as I informed the shop that I wouldnt be having my car repaired there, they claimed they no longer possessed the accident footage and wouldnt provide me with anything. They approached the man with whom Id had the accident, began helping him, and even relocated his car inside the shop. The helpful attitude disappeared, replaced with rudeness and intimidation from the so-called owner. Of course, I informed my insurance company of all this and intend to report them to every insurance company they collaborate with, as their client acquisition method appears fraudulent.

The day of my actual accident I was greeted by Alex Who was heaven sent, he was concerned about my safety and well bring after the car hit me and pulled off. He then had my car towed to his shop with a great staff. Irene was was super helpful with mking my claim to my insurance company. Im a few weeks late with this post but definitely needed to give thanks to the crew of New Smile Body. I had sent my mom over to this shop after having an amazing experience myself a few years ago. My mom brought in her Honda HRV after it was backed into while being parked in front of our house. She was nervous and not to confident in the place. But after speaking with Alex, she felt at ease. He explained the process and told her that they would take care of everything. After a few weeks, the car was complete. The car was left as if nothing had happened. Had a broken grille for my benz e350. I wanted to install to a new grille that looked nice. So I bought an aftermarket grille from Ebay, and brought it to Eddie at the body shop. Despite that my car had 360 camera, Eddie has done a perfect job on installing the grille, and calibrating the camera. He finished the job within the same day, and washed the car when I came for pickup. Amazing service at amazing price, and everyone at the body shop was super nice! No wonder this place has such great reviews from everyone!

I was referred to New Smile Auto Body, and from the moment you take a step into the office, are welcomed in with Jasmine & Miguel. The men(Alfredo, Alex, Paul) who are working on your car are 5 steps ahead of your needs and in making sure your car looks as good, if not, way better than it did before. The owner, Eddie and receptionist, Jasmine were both so friendly and helpful to my mother when she took my car here to get it fixed. She could not stop raving about you all!We checked at least 5 other places and this place had the most reasonable prices. Got a dent on my door fixed as well as my tires replaced. THIS BODY SHOP IS AMAZING!!! All of the workers there are friendly and knowledgeable. The first people to greet me was Alex and Alfredo and asked about my situation. My cars rear bumper was cracked and needed to be replaced. Thankfully Alfredo was able to order the part and told me that it would be ready in about 2 days. When the day came to do the repair, it was quick and easy. THIS REPAIR WAS DONE IN ABOUT ONE HOUR!!

Some nasty rat tried to break into my car and left me with a broken lock and an alarm that wouldn’t turn off. I walked in to ask for advice and ended up turning my car over to them, and everything was taken care of in one day even though it wasn’t an insurance claim. Everyone is really earnest and kind and takes pride in solving problems. They checked in with me if they hit a roadblock then fixed it immediately.

I brought it in before they closed and they stopped everything they were doing and helped remove the liner and bolted down the bumper. They did a fantastic job and dealt with my insurance company. It was a hit and run and the initial offer from my insurance based off pictures Id sent them was way low. I took my SUV to New Smile and they gave it a free inspection, but noticed more damage under the wheel well. They wrote up the supplemental quote and got it approved from my insurance. 1 week later the car looks brand new. They spent an extra 2 hours cleaning the tree sap off the car which probably was more work than the dent! I really appreciate their work and would highly recommend them to anyone. This place is amazing. I didn’t have my car for a month and when I went to go pick it up, I didn’t even recognized my own car. Alex and his crew did an amazing job on repairing what was suppose to be a totaled car. Everything from the front was pushed in and wrecked the radiator, A/C, battery, etc. Not only did he do an amazing job on my car, but he definitely made it feel stress free when it came to working with my insurance. The first time (a fender bender) they gave us a great quote, the repair was done quickly, and the minivan looked great. The second time there was a lot more work to be done. When we called they came to the accident site to tow the car, helped us navigate the insurance, were great at communicating with us about the progress, and we just got the van back better than ever. I was told by the tow truck driver it might be an axle problem, which is why I went there in the first place. From the minute I walked onto the premises, I experienced nothing less then protection. The staff was professional in addition to helpful. They took me to pick up a rental car for the duration of time I was without my car. When it was time to pick up my car, once again, the professionalism shined through. The first time I went to NSAB was Aug/2020. Someone had driven into the side of my car, and it looked dreadful. I recd a recommendation and was so happy I went. I was treated like family. I was shopping around different body shops and almost every body shop was quoting me a little over $1000 to get the passenger fender and rear bumper repainted. Great place to bring your car my catalytic converter got stolen and my side mirror got broken off they scratched my paint off took it to New Smile Auto Body and they fix it quick they are very helpful will recommend to anyone that need there car fix
