I wasnt going to get another motorcycle but Gigi somehow aligned the stars and made it happen. Everything was made as simple and easy as possible and Im back on two wheels after not riding for almost seven years.When I showed up my bike was prepped and ready to go. KC (Asian Tony Stark lol) set my bike up and gave me a brief tour of all the new tech.BMW Motorrad is lucky to have Gigi and KC because they are so passionate about motorcycles and helping riders as much as possible. Mechanical work was 5 star. Communication and follow up was a 3. I requested that they check the rear brakes. When I picked up the bike I was told brakes were fine. When I got home I read the mechanics report and he recommended new brake pads. Now I have to make a new appt to get pads installed. I also mentioned that I had a recall notice on the drive shaft. Nothing was done on the recall.

What a great experience dealing with New Century! I had asked a few other dealers for an out the door price on a 2023 KTM 890 Adventure. I was getting the run around, like I was at a used car lot! I emailed Karen Rickman on the sales team at New Century, and Karen emailed me back quickly with an out the door price, AND a detailed breakdown of that cost!! I purchased a 2023 Duke 890 R from KC a few weeks ago, and can say without a doubt that this was the best purchase experience I have had in over 40 years.I was actually at another dealership who assured me I was getting the best deal possible, and they told me to call around. So I did. KC answered my call, and within the first few minutes, before even discussing price, I knew that this is who I want to purchase from. We closed the deal on the phone, and he was prepping the bike when I arrived 90 minutes later.Although the dealership is 70 miles from my home, after seeing the comradely of not only the staff, but of customers stopping by after a day of riding, is something that is hard to duplicate.Century BMW and KC have gained a very happy customer!

When my bike was delivered, KC called me and even let me open the crate! I was able to make good videos. A few months ago i took my 91 R100GS here for brake bleeding. A few days later the whole brake caliper sheared off. Luckily i wasnt on the freeway otherwise id be dead. It took them almost a month to repair their mistake and when i asked if the guy who had worked on my bike was around i was told he was at head office getting certified.

A couple of weeks ago I was on a cross country trip from the Washington, DC metropolitan area to the Los Angeles area. In the interest of time and space, lets just say my 20 K1600GT developed a not major but not minor technical problem in Nashville, TN. I called several BMW dealers along my route. None could get the necessary parts in a timely manner. Then I called New Century BMW in the LA area since it was my turn-around destination. Danny at the parts department told me he could have the needed parts the next day, ready when I arrived. Mark, the operations manager, told me since I was a long-distance traveler hed see to it that service was started on the bike promptly. Went in looking for the RR. KC was quick to help me and answer all my questions. No pressure to get me to put down a deposit. The bike was on backorder but he added me to the list for a small deposit. When a bike similar to the one I order arrived he called to ask if I was interested. I was in need of service on my two BMW’s and wanted to have the work completed by a dealer. New Century is only three miles from my home and was the obvious choice. My hesitation was a result of the numerous negative reviews that hit me very time I did a web search on them. I recently stopped by the New Century motorcycles service department for the first time and the customer service was exemplary. Having bought my bike at another dealership 2.5 years ago, I took the time and made the 40 mile ride each way to get my bike serviced out of loyalty. However, even with paying the high dealership costs for service, the unnamed dealership failed to put my charcoal canister and parts back together. The service advisor was also unfriendly and had a bad attitude.Fast forward a few months, noticing loose tubing hanging off my bike and my front tire not holding air, I took my bike to New Century since it’s so close to my house. Ruben was my service advisor and he was very friendly, greeted me promptly, and after listening to my concerns, he assured me that they would look at my bike thoroughly. After an hour and a half to two hours, the technician (I forgot his name), took me to my bike and explained exactly what the problem was and what he did to resolve the issue.Lastly, when checking out with Ruben and expecting to pay the “dealership price” for service, I was genuinely surprised to hear that there would be no charge!Because of this experience, New Century has a new customer and I will be taking my bike there from now on! They had a great selection, but not the right one for me at the time. They mentioned they’d would call me if they received one. This is a late review from a 2019 purchase. I got an OTD price in email for a KTM. Got to the dealer a few days later with cash in hand and paid exactly what was in the email. Today I took a ride out to New Century Motorcycles to get a duplicate key made for my R1200GS Adventure motorcycle. This was my first visit to this dealership, so being the Motorrad Motorhead that I am visiting a new dealership is always exciting. Of course I wasnt sure what to expect when visiting this new location, bit was more then pleasantly surprised at this dealership. Everything from the sales staff to the parts department, and even service was nothing short of absolute perfection. The dealership just made sense. There were no holier than thou attitudes that Ive unfortunately experienced with other BMW dealerships. The only thing that I found here were very friendly people that wanted nothing more than to make your experience a pleasant one, and thats exactly what they did. Yes there are closer dealerships to my home, but none as professional and absolutely enjoyable to visit. I will gladly drive the additional 25 minutes to visit these fine people again and again. Such genuinely wonderful people. 5 stars the enter way!

I’m a motorcycle junkie and usually buy 1-2 bikes a year. Some of them good experiences, some of them bad experiences. It’s rarely I feel that I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. I work as a manager at a very big car dealership where we prioritize customer satisfaction ahead of everything else. Being an advocate for customer service, I see many wrong doings and not customer friendly practices. I don’t expect perfection but I think most places miss the common sense. My experience with New Century Motorcycles has been as perfect as it gets from the beginning to end. I went there on two occasions, first to test ride the bikes and then to finalize the deal. It was no pressure at all, fair pricing from the get go, no back and forth haggling. My bike had couple of manufacturing issues and they took it very seriously, and they are already remedying the problems. One of them, a tiny scratch, they pointed it out. That makes me so happy, because most places won’t say anything and when you the bike for couple of days, you can’t complain anymore, because it could’ve happened in your possession. Everyone at New Century Motorcycle is great (KC, Gigi, Karen and Tony). I have purchased multiple motorcycles from them and every experience has been wonderful. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable when asking any questions or addressing any concerns about the difference in motorcycles.I would highly recommend NCM to anyone buying a motorcycle. They have outstanding customer service and the fact that their pricing can’t be beat doesn’t hurt either.

Kevin Chang (KC) is the go to person. Had an excellent conversation and guidance from KC. What was interesting is KC heard my concerns and liked and dislikes and even referred me to other non BMW cruisers of which he had lot of knowledge. I was impressed with his global view and candidness. I will definitely return and buy the RT he recommended if I choose RT or any BMW motorcycle. The environment is so friendly that I also had a great conversation and endorsement from a customer who drove in on a RT. Another staff person who was assembling new m/c and I apologise for forgetting his name, was extremely friendly and courteous. This place is unlike any BMW motorcycle dealership that I visited in over 10 years and I have visited quite a few. So do yourself a favor check this dealership out and ask for KC.

Had bike towed in on a Saturday AM with a dead battery. Despite short staff they performed emergency repairs, an oil change and some unexpected warranty work all on same day. Picked the bike up Saturday evening in time to ride on Sunday! These guys rock!!

These guys are the shizzle. Brought my own tires and not a problem, added a tpm sender, no problem. Lube assembly and new fluids in the drive shaft. Of course. In and out in three hours. Highly recommend.

Went to ask their service deparment a question & check out their used motorcycles inventory today and not one of their staff bothered to come outside to greet me. There was one person that tried helping me but turned out to be a customer/regular that was also there. Most of the dealership staff was hanging out chit chatting or on their phones during my time there.I dont understand why no one would help me, maybe they thought i was not trying to buy but i am in the market to purchase another motorcycle. Thought i would give this dealership a try as it is local to me, but i think ill take my money elsewhere.

Sometimes finding the perfect fit will take you half way across the country. When a transaction is remote it is more important that the trust level is developed and real. New Century made me feel as if I walked through the door to buy a bike. It was my confidence in their sales manager Gigi Chow that closed the “deal” . They were recommended by one of my riding friends in CA as a great place to business with, he was right.

NC Motorcycles has established its own community within the Los Angeles area. Whether it’s new bike sales, parts, apparel and service work their team works diligently to suffice the needs of their customers. There’s something comforting about an establishment that knows you by name and treats you like family regardless if you’ve bought one bike from them or a hundred. All that would make it better is evicting the paint & body shop and turning that real estate into NC Bar & Grill. Just an idea 🤔

New Century BMW went above and beyond to service my motorcycle. I was leaving in several days for an 8,000 mile motorcycle road trip and they fit me into their busy schedule to have my motorcycle worked on.Not only was the service manager and parts guy were great. Friendly, concise and offered great advice not only for my motorcycle, but also things to see along the way.I walked out of that motorcycle dealership/repair center not feeling like “just another customer”... I felt valued and could see the pride and effort they put into their customer base and motorcycle community. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

If you do business here, buyer beware of salesperson named KC. Hes no better than a used car salesman and wont return my calls now...pick another salesperson. He will roll out the red carpet for you and make you feel special for the sale. Any follow-up customer service after the sale is obsolete, and hes also dishonest.I purchased a new 2016 R Nine T in late December of 2017, and he told me (my best friend was with me as a witness) that the first 600 mile service would at no-cost to me.Today, I took it in for just that, and he claims it was a misunderstanding. That it is a perk for only demo vehicles. He completely lied to my and my best friend present.I left a VM for the office manager, Steven Pan, and I am not sure if I will hear back from him to make this right. This is about principal and customer loyalty.Ruben in the service department was the only positive of all this, as he remained positive and helpful during this fiasco today. Thank you Ruben.Buy if youd like--but get any promises in writing and avoid KC.I called the boys at Moto Club of Santa Monica after being recommended to them by a trusted friend (he said what KC pulled on me was BS, perhaps since I am a female he got away with this) and they completely heard me out, apologized for New Century BMW, stayed professional and told me to come in and they’d take care me. Honest quote over the phone at half the price.

I was very disappointed by the interaction I had with Tony. This was my second time at the dealership, both of which I experienced excessively long wait times. I was ignored in the showroom until someone, who wasnt part of the sales staff, asked a salesperson to speak with me. When I finally spoke with Tony he was dismissive and unhelpful. Im a new rider and I have a permit; however, he wouldnt let me test drive the bike I wanted to buy. I can understand his position - thats not what Ive taken issue with, his attitude made me feel like he didnt want to be bothered with me.I get it - I was sweaty and unkempt (I just came from the CMO course), so I might not have looked like a BMW customer, but I think I should have been given the same courtesy as any one else. There were no questions, no invitation to talk in his office, no discussion.I arrived excited to buy a new bike and left feeling extremely disappointed. I dont believe Tonys attitude is a reflection of all of the staff. I had a great experience with the apparel manager (shes the only employee who spoke to me on my first visit).

The service received at New Century BMW was exceptional. Gigi was our Sales person and she answered all our questions and never pressured us to buy the motorcycles. I can highly recommend this location. We were test riding two used BMWs and their prices were competitive. We did a Cali trip with the motorcycles and buying from out of state the dealership went above and beyond to make this trip happen for us on such short notice.
