Pritesh was ALWAYS available to answer and questions or concerns. If there was anything above GREAT he deserved that rating. We were glad and grateful he helped us and that is why we referred my sister in law and we will continue to refer more people to him. Luke was very responsive, prompt, and answered all emails, phone calls, and texts weekdays and weekends. Luke knew what he was doing, he promised to close in 10 days and he did it! My agent, the seller agent and myself were very impressed with his services. I would definitely work with Luke again for my next purchase!

3rd loan with Tom Briggs’ team, this time a refi. Again They delivered. Tom was able to lower my rate 1.5 pts. and the transaction was fully funded in just a matter of days. Rob was very professional loan officer, one of the best experiences I had financing/refinancing my houses for last 10 years. I had a couple of unplanned situations uncovered during the course of the purchasing this town house. Rob had thoroughly investigated the situations and came up with a couple of solutions and options that would fit best to my financial situation. Rob was great communicating with us clarifying all concerns we had as often as needed. Rob was easy to work with.

These positive reviews are probably there employees or family. Kelsey Lied to me about everything, Tom seems very disorganized, there is no communication. When you leave a message or send an email its proper customer service to reply. I was tossed around to several people and what they advertise on 105.1 is a lie that is not the case. I feel like this is a countrywide scam, and its funny because other lenders even a bank told me the opposite of what they told me. Stay away find a more reputable company.
