Dr. Harris is a gifted and passionate doctor. His insights into the human condition are second to none. Before he treats his patients he spends hours listening, assessing, asking questions, and explaining the whole process. He helped my whole family and yet only treated one. He helped us to see what was really important and how to make change. The clinic is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful not to mention efficient. I never felt as though they were after our money. They were incredibly flexible and we got over 25% covered on insurance. This is NOT the case with all Ketamine infusion clinics. Thank you, Dr. Harris.

I was lucky enough to have found NeuroRelief on Yelp, after an awful intake experience at another clinic closer to my house. I do believe that there are no accidents and you always end up where you are meant to be. Dr. Harris and his staff are among the most caring, passionate and knowledgeable I have come across and I instantly felt so safe, heard and seen from the start of the process. Casey took a lot of time with me on the phone for the intake, and I could tell she really cares. She also was able to get me in right away to start, explaining that they take into consideration when people need help, they aren’t going to make them wait. The cost per infusion is only slightly more than the other place I was considering, but it makes sense when you look at what else they are providing. With my six infusions, I also got five one hour coaching sessions to process what was coming up during the treatments. Alexis, the integration coach, was amazing. I have been able to get to the root and process more with her than I have in any of my sessions in regular therapy. All the staff I met were wonderful. The nurse I had my very first day and most of my sessions, Jenny, was like an angel. Her voice is so soothing. She reads guided meditations as you are going into the experience and I felt so safe and warm. She would come in during my experience sometimes and say “You’re doing wonderful” and it was like my inner child was getting encouragement from a nurturing maternal figure in that moment. She was meant to be doing what she does. Dr. Harris, I feel like I owe my new sense of wholeness and inner peace to this place he started that is so much more than your average run of the mill Ketamine dosing clinic. He takes the time to check in with his patients both before and after dosing sessions. He even gives you his number to call or text him whenever you need to. I don’t know how he has his own time in life, but he seems very serene so he must have a way. I can tell this is his passion, what he was called to do. He found something that is so powerfully healing and he wants to provide that in a way that is going to stick. He created a cognitive behavioral technique to practice mindfulness that is really simple and effective. I implore you to practice this along with your treatment in order to get the best results. He explains concepts in a way that just make sense and have gotten me to re-evaluate the way I looked at life, including the way I intervene therapy. I forgot to mention, I am a therapist. I sought out ketamine therapy because I was feeling stuck, disconnected, depressed and could feel my own unresolved trauma resurfacing after years of being a trauma therapist. I knew that mostly for the benefit of myself and my family, I needed help. But also, I knew that I could not in good faith, go on treating clients until I resolved my own problems. Therapists are not perfect, far from it. Some of us are very wounded ourselves, which is what drew us to this field. It’s okay to recognize when you need to do the work and it is honorable when you can be strong and vulnerable enough to do the very thing you want your own clients to do. I can say after this process, I feel so much more open, connected to people, I love myself, am more present, noticing what’s around me, able to take in all the beauty of the simple things, which is making me more grateful but also, I am okay with allowing the discomfort to be present as well. I feel such a shift. On top of that, my family and friends notice a difference and say I seem happier, lighter and way less stressed. I wish everyone could do this therapy, but it is delicate and powerful. I would say you have to become okay with just allowing and letting go of controlling the outcomes of things. All of those things will block the medicines intended effects. Dr. Harris said, “the subconscious knows when you are trying to control the experience and it doesn’t like that”. I am going to continue coming back for booster treatments, not sure how often. I am trusting my subconscious will let me know.

I am grateful every day that I found Dr. Harris and NeuroRelief. I felt like I was being provided with an incredibly high level of personalized care. Even after my treatment program was over, Dr. Harris and his office continued to check in with me. I had an amazing experience and they really helped me.

I am beyond grateful to have found Neurorelief and to their entire staff. I found neurorelief a few months ago during a very low period. Ive struggled with depression, anxiety, and ptsd for many years and have done a lot of therapy and alternative treatments. Its been a little over a month since my treatment at Neurorelief and I can honestly say its been life changing. I feel like Ive gotten my life back! Dr Harris is very caring and goes above and beyond. The nurses there were always kind and available to help. I felt truly cared for and safe. This place is not like others I had researched. They really care about their patients as a whole, and the coaching included with treatments were incredibly helpful as well! (Thank you Erin). Thank you so much to everyone at Neurorelief!

My first contact with Dr. Austin Harris at NeuroRelief was to get treatment for a family member suffering from severe depression: different medications, psychiatrists, and even TMS did nothing. After the first Ketamine infusion, the dark clouds and suicidal thoughts vanished. We are four months out, and she is thriving at school and back to her normal self. I then decided to get Ketamine for myself for anxiety, and reactivity. The results were just as compelling and gave me deep insight into a better way to live. There are a lot of places to get Ketamine. I am glad I landed at NeuroRelief. Dr Harris is one of a kind. An anesthesiologist committed to being present with his patients. I always felt special, as if I was the only patient. I have never met a physician so fully committed to his patients treatment and well-being.Ketamine, albeit wonderful, is just a door that opens for neuroplasticity to do its thing. The real work is the coaching, meditation, and commitment to mindfulness. It is important to mention that the staff are well-trained RNs who know what they are doing and always make you feel you are the most important person in the room.

Dr. Harris is truly a remarkable doctor. His exceptional level of care and knowledge sets him apart. He takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly and remains by your side through every step of the journey. Dr. Harriss unwavering support and round-the-clock availability demonstrate his dedication to his patients, a rarity in the medical field. His passion for the benefits of ketamine is evident, and rightfully so. After grappling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD for over three decades, ketamine was the breakthrough I needed, thanks to Dr. Harriss expertise. I wholeheartedly trust him and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone facing similar struggles. Dr. Harris is a beacon of hope in the realm of mental health care.

Dr. Harris and his staff at NeuroRelief set the gold standard for ketamine treatment. Over the last couple of years I have tried ketamine sublingually, intramuscularly, and intravenously to treat lifelong depression and anxiety. All of the positive research around use of ketamine for this purpose demonstrates that IV administration is the way to go, and my experience confirms that.I found NeuroRelief after I had finally resolved to spend the extra money to go the IV route and get the real relief I needed. However, in an effort to realize some cost savings, I initially tried another clinic offering a two-for-one deal. This place was pumping out ketamine without any real interest in addressing the real work that needs to be done within, in conjunction with ketamine infusion. I had a horrible experience at this first clinic and, as a result, I was never able to fully trust and let go which is really critical to a positive ketamine experience. And I think I saved maybe $100 - truly not worth it.Then I found Dr. Harris and realized what the ketamine experience really could be. First and foremost, I felt very safe at NeuroRelief, which is so important given the vulnerable state you are about to enter (and the horrible experience I had elsewhere). Second, Dr. Harris really added to my experience; he wasnt some passive conduit. He gave me the tools and insight I needed to navigate my experience and genuinely cares about his patients.Since having completed six IV infusions with NeuroRelief, I feel like I have another chance at life. Ive established a mindfulness practice and Im able to experience not just joy (which was very much missing before), but all of my emotions - even the hard ones I was running away from. I wake up now not with dread but with curiosity and gratitude for whatever is about to unfold. If you are considering ketamine, start with NeuroRelief. It is simply not worth your time, energy, and money to go any other route. Your mental health will be all the better for it, and it just might change your life.

NeuroRelief has helped save my life. I was very much in crisis and stuck in a depressive cycle with no way out in sight. The best way I felt I could deal with this was through completely avoiding my feelings via drugs and alcohol. I was sick of feeling this way and how I treated my family. My cousin had done ketamine therapy with Dr. Harris at NeuroRelief and suggested I call them. I called and they couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. The program put in place by Dr. Harris is top notch. If you are feeling stuck with depression and are trying to cope with drugs or drinking please give NeuroRelief and Dr. Harris a call. Thank you Dr. Harris, Casey,Seda, and Emma for all of your help. I really appreciate it!

Highly recommend, and if you’re in a questioning phase of what needs to come next for you, give them a call to see if this is for you. With a long background of various medication paths and modalities under my belt, this treatment was very different and in many ways opened up a whole new path towards a healthier way of life. It’s not an overnight fix, and nothing is! I am better for having gone to Neuro Relief and will continue to work towards a happier and healthier me with all of what I’ve learned from this experience.Casey will answer your call, and is unbelievable patient and kind, and helped me navigate my next steps in a way that always made me feel safe and always self driven. There is no sales pitch, which I found to be so important and a differentiation from many other places, and my personal needs were consistently referred back to, from someone who clearly understands mental health and all the dynamics that can effect health and happiness.Dr.Harris and the incredible nurses of Neuro Relief excel at education on the treatment and all of its components, and went above and beyond to give me support, encouragement, comfort, hope, kindness and a sense of belonging every step of the way. This is a safe place, exceptionally clean and the attention to detail in the medical sense helps immensely to know you’re in good hands. The personal touch here makes all the difference in feeling taken care of, and I know I can go back at any time and be met with understanding and compassion. There is so much information up top to inform the process of the medication and all of the work around healing and feeling better with utilizing new tools.A true gift, worth the investment, and I am so grateful for all that I’ve learned and the open door to go back whenever I need it, and I know I will. If you’re reading this- you can do hard things, and it’s safe to try this under Dr.Harris and the team’s care. Sending love and light to see and FEEL all the beauty this crazy world really does have right there for us to enjoy.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was in a very dark period and I noticed a significant improvement in my mood and outlook from my six infusions. The staff was attentive and warm. Dr. Harris was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is suffering.
