Called and then came into this great shop. Steve helped me both over the phone and when I came in. He checked out my laptop and quickly found my battery needed replacing. Unfortunately, I couldnt stay in town long enough to have him replace it. The next day he took the old battery out so I could board a flight safely. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I just walked in and he gave my issue his full attention. He explained everything in detail and what he could do to fix it. Then charged me nothing. NetTech provides great service by quality people who value good business....even when they dont charge a penny. Go here for your computer needs! You wont regret it.

Had an older Dell workstation stop working on us. This was a critical engineering workstation for an entire plants QCS/DCS operations. They fixed it right up, motherboard, power supply board and successfully transferred the raid and contents from the old spinners to new SSDs. Perfect boot up, like it never missed a beat. Much appreciated and will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Ricardo and team are fast. Even with a car hitting his store he still got my computer out the same day.He took care of my personal computers for years and now is helping out with some business computers .I asked for upgrades, and he told me what to get that would improve the performance of my PC with the best mix of performance for dollar. I left with a 3060 video card and fixed an old cooler.This is a nice place to do business.

Brought in a liquid cooling system and my prebuilt pc that was overheating out of the box running games, dropped it off at 5pm and they said it would be ready the next day by 5pm. Got a call at 10am next day it was already finished! Have had it for about it week and it’s running perfectly. Thank you guys for being so helpful and efficient!

Excellent customer service! Bought an AIO cooler from them back in 2020 and the pump display started to bug out. Contacted the mfg directly and they asked for the invoice for a warranty replacement. Unfortunately I had no idea where it was. Reached out and Ricardo found it for me in their system and emailed it over. 10/10!

After weeks of googling, watching YouTube videos, and just struggling to fix my issue I took my PC to have it diagnosed somewhere and was told that it was fine. After seeing the positive reviews for NetTech I decided to get a second opinion here and I AM GLAD! They diagnosed my problem, offered me options, worked within my budget, weighed what I needed vs what I wanted and fixed my PC for (what Im told by my PC buddies who are in that world) a reasonable price! Not only did they fix my PC but they legit made it run better! Its night and day! This puppy boots in mere seconds and Im back to jumping in those sweaty lobbys with the boys.

I went in here to get a full set of new PC parts, wanting to give business to a small local shop. I expected to pay a large mark-up and have to settle for different things than exactly what I wanted, but the prices are comparable to online shopping, and the service and stock are phenomenal. The staff are not just knowledgeable and helpful, but also passionate about what they do. It really helped my nerves about making a large purchase to have someone who really cared about getting me the right set up and working within my means and wants as much as I did. I dont think Ill be buying computer products anywhere else but Nettech for a very long time.

Forget the geek squad. The NetTech techs are the real deal deal. We needed to repair and replace a system hard drive on our business computer and Ricardo did a great job. He was professional, fast and charged a fair price for the work needed. We do not go anywhere else for WIN and MAC service. We are lucky to have them in the I.E.. Check them out...you wont be disappointed.

Paid $140 to get a black screen of death problem fixed. Pc looked fine after they clean booted the system but after a couple of hours of use it constantly crashes randomly. Was told the sooner the better if I bring it in again by Ricardo. Another guy picks up my call before I bring it back in and said I will most likely be recharged so they can “fix” the problem. Unfortunate experience when they have such a good rep.

These guys are great. I had a system error that was a total pain. The blue screen of death would no go away. But luckily Ricardo and his team fixed my issues. They replaced what was needed and got the job done. Plus backed up all my info, set up auto back up to a external hard drive and fixed my computer problems. They have helped me 3 or 4 times over the last 10 years and built my home computer. I definitely reccomend NetTech!

Went in here for an M.2 SSD to USB adapter and had it in stock, same price as Best Buy but without the 7 day wait. Normally Id go the Newegg route but I needed it ASAP and this place was local and had it.Didnt use much of their other services but the store had a lot of hardware and cables that i could use when building PCs including some Massive PC fans and cases. The man behind the counter was knowledge and when I asked for the part I needed i didnt have to explain it in explicit details, just got the part I needed, told me the price, got it, and was on my way out.Would go to this place again for any immediate hardware needs.

Every now and then I would go to Advanced Computer and Technology in Upland to get some computer parts. Last I was there a few weeks ago, his store was barren and he didn’t have a computer tech working in the back. It’s not hard to believe because this guy has no personality.Then I found NetTech Computers right down the street from me.. This place is new to me and so I called a few times inquiring about some issues I had relating to my desktop computer. I’ve had a decent and honest conversation at the other end of the line every time. So I drove down to check the place out and found this shop looks much better, and more professional than anything else in town. Recently I called back about their desktop computer power supplies and he was totally patient with me and gave me and the time of day to answer my questions. That day I took a short drive down there to talk in person and found they gave me some good advice with my computer issues. I ended up buying one of their quality Power Supply Units for my Desktop computer that comes with a 3 year warranty .Now my computer runs great.. As it happened, it was the new EVGA 500W PSU I bought from Amazon that was faulty after all, and it caused all my problems as the computer would not start up no matter what I tried... Im the Network Administrator for a St. Louis based business. Our main shipping/receiving warehouse is in the Inland Empire area. We had a server that was making some noise on a Friday morning at that warehouse so I called NetTech to see if they could send someone out to evaluate the situation. Fortunately, they were able to get a tech out quickly and communication was great. I was told that there was a lot of dust and dirt that needed to be blown out which wasnt a surprise due to the warehouse environment. The tech blew the dust and dirt out of the server, put it back in the rack, powered it on and left. I was told everything was fine.I found out the following Monday that the server was offline and had been through the weekend. I could not even ping it. I did some troubleshooting with someone on-site but with no luck. Ive been leaving messages at NetTech to have a tech re-visit the site to get the server back online. Its been a daily phone call for two weeks but I am not able to get a response.Its not a complicated call or request. The lack of response, poor service, and questionable work on-site is enough for me to look for another provider.

This place takes advantage of its customers! Several years ago these guys helped me build a computer when I had very little knowledge of the subject, and I am here now learning that nearly every piece they recommended and sold me has been overpriced junk! They clearly dont care about providing a quality product, and should be avoided.

Brought my laptop in after it died and wouldnt charge. There was a lot of data I needed from it, and it doesnt have a traditional hdd or ssd (its a tablet hybrid). I thought he might open it up, check the battery, the charging port, something. I come back 2 days later to find out he did nothing, just left it plugged in. For 2 days. He charged me $40 to tell me what I already knew.

This is one of the only stores Ive been to where the staff members actually have a good knowledge and understanding of computers. If you are into PC gaming this is the store for you! I recently decided to make the switch from AMD to Intel and the owner was able to answer all the questions i had. i ended up picking up a new motherboard, Intel I7 CPU, 16 gigs of vengeance DDR4 RAM, EVGA GTX 1070 and a very cool AZZA computer case. and he hooked me up with a great deal on everything. this is my go to PC store for now on.

My experience is that the guys here are knoledgeable and professional. The bad reviews are people that fully dont understand the PC service business and also when someone builds you a computer they build to budget and users needs. When you went in here they asked you a bunch of questions your lack of knowledge of computers shot you in the foot not the company. I have been building computers for years and I can build a cheap inexpensive unit for just jumping on the net. Or a computer for processing gigs of video. Also AVG is a good product however like many anti-virus software programs they do not all catch everything that comes down the pipeline. Avast is great too and its free for home use. Keep up the good work NetTech Computers.
