We recently contracted Netsmart Systems to upgrade our server, add new computers to our network, increase our wireless security, install new Voip phone system & service, implement power redundancy and data back up system.The owner, Andy was not only very pleasant, he was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Quick and professional service. Got me out of a jam. One of our laptop computers got hit with a ransomware virus. We brought it into Netsmart and because of their implemented backup and recovery solution, we were able to get the laptop returned to functionality mode without any data loss and in a matter of a 24-hour turnaround time period. Thanks Andy for a great service as always and having our back.
