Our organization has used Netready for all of our IT needs including helpdesk, software license documentation and monitoring, hardware recommendations, orders, and setup. I highly recommend Netready. Their response time is very good, staff are professional and well-trained to help with our organizations needs on a daily basis. They have the knowledge and tools to detect malware and respond quickly.

My company has used NetReady for years. Recently needed to setup a new laptop (purchased thru NetReady IT) with Windows 10 Pro with extensive inter-office networking, multiple email account syncing and many existing app transfers. The NetReady service team was organized in communicating and scheduling and the Tech (Aaron) was by far the most knowledgeable, thorough and informative tech I have ever used. They are definitely my go to IT service company!
