What a wonderful experience and surprise as the were able to perform and deliver the loan documents in advance (so we didnt have to scramble) for us to close escrow in 14 day on a condominium which requires additional documentations! Closing in 14 days with a loan is a very, very rare occurrence. If youre looking for a dream team, you need to look no further.

For first time home buyer, it was really pleasant to work with them. They made it very clear and straight to the point whenever I have questions or worries about the home I want. I definitely wasnt expecting to be a simple as it did with their help. Everything was very convenient as well, I only went to their office once to get to know his company and his team. My real estate agent introduced me to them since the other company had given me really low loan limit and very difficult to work with. Best experience ever! We purchased our house during COVID when the housing market was crazy. Everyone else was quoting 60 days closing period. Rebecca at NestMade worked miracles and helped us not only to get the lowest rate weve ever heard, she was able to help us close in 21 days. 21 DAYS!! Thats 3 times faster than what average mortgage companies were telling us. I would highly recommend going with NestMade and ask for Rebecca if you are shopping around for mortgage. This review is long overdue! Benson and Nestmade was referred to us by a good friend who closed escrow with them with a good rate so I decided to get a quote from them. Started with an online estimate and was immediately called by Benson. He was super professional and not pushy at all. Throughout the whole process our Loan Officer HELEN was incredible! She was prompt in responding to emails and all the requests/questions I had for her were immediately addressed. I told her that Bank of America had a good rate at the time of our escrow and she helped us lock in an even better rate! She never sounded impatient or upset at anytime during this stressful process. An excellent choice in a sea of lenders!We just reduced our rate and dropped our PMI on a refi for our current property with Dawson who was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the loan process. We had used NestMade previously for the initial loan during the purchase, and in each situation the transaction has been very smooth. Wesley Tang and Rebecca Tang are God sent and miracle workers. I am a first time home buyer, ran into issue with my loan with a traditional bank. However, Wes and Rebecca was able to help me secure a loan in a matter of days.I found this amazing dream house located in a beautiful neighborhood. I first went with a traditional bank for my loan, but it was rejected due to some silly reasons related to the HOA insurance. At that time, I was already a couple of days passed my contingency date. The only option for me to keep my dream house is to secure the loan with a different lender in less than 2 weeks. After connected to Wes and Rebecca, they started to work on my case with such an amazing efficiency and attentiveness. They not only found a lender that can grant me the loan despite the HOA insurance issue, but also expedited the process and finalize my loan in less than 5 business days! Just completed our refinance and oh how things have changed, and I cant no longer recommend Nestmade to friends, family or anyone looking for a mortgage.The final third of the process was a nightmare. The team made mistake, but instead of looking for solutions, Benson treated me poorly. He threw out this is the law to my face, gave me lecture over how our employer should be more willing to help (which they DID multiple times while on their vacation during holiday season, but more unreasonable request kept on popping up a long the way- employer should not have anything to do with personal business to begin with). At the end of the day, off course law could be bended, ways to solve problem available, and I wish it was the first thing they thought of before making it a terrible experience to the customer.The day before signing escrow, we were instructed to wait for a call from escrow company. 30 mins before their business hour ended (a Friday and signing on Monday) and still no call, we rang up escrow and they had no idea; nothing was communicated to them!After signing, we had to follow up with them if everything was good. They said it would take couple days and would update us once finalized.. Yup, no update!Im sure the business is booming with everyone wants to refinance; but it shouldnt be a trade off for good customer service. Very disappointed. I also let our real estate broker known of our dissatisfaction.

Benson was a referral by my realtor, and it was the best decision I ever made to go with him. Their company is called MyNestMade and they are a team of mortgage brokers who back each other up: that means you get 1:1 service people on their team all hours of the night.The strength in going with MyNestMade is that they understand the buying process and tailor their support to help you 1) WIN the bidding process to get into escrow, and 2) Help you get out of escrow as quick as you entered. How do they do this? Ive noted the combination of things that differentiate MyNestMade from going with your local CreditUnion, Bank, or any broker:Personalization: From the get go, they really tried to get to know me--their client--and all of my needs, personal life restrictions, and was out to give me the best deal possible based on my credit score. They respected my crazy work schedule, made themselves available at all times to listen to my questions Mon-Sun, and never rushed me in phone calls.Responsiveness: Like I mentioned above, this is what you get with a personal, small team: If you go with a Bank or a CreditUnion, you get guys from 9-5, and they are huge institutions who have no personal vested interest in helping you succeed. Want some help on Sunday? Need data right now so you can provide info to the Seller Agent? Too bad, the institution is closed. Because these big banks take hundreds/thousands of cases, you are just another number in the system. You couldnt be farther from that story with MyNestMade: they are available at later hours of the night, weekends (especially when it got close to locking in the offer to beat out other offerors). If you go with a CreditUnion/Bank oftentimes you want to be pre-qualified which simply means they vet you for a set of loan terms/dollars but dont actually have the proof. MyNestMade does it differently: PRE-escrow, they had already vetted me fully such that during my offer period, we could claim my ability to fund the mortage with such confidence (and hence close Escrow on fewer contingencies) that my Seller actually went with Me, a LOWER priced offer simply due to the evidence that MyNestMade provided in my streamlined, ready-to-go ability to fund the sale and close.Price: I did my due diligence and with a credit rating of 800, I of course shopped around to make sure MyNestMade was giving me the best deal. Let me tell you this: I came in with less than 20% downpay on a Jumbo 30fixed, and my CreditUnions PMI was 586 dollars/mo. Theyre one of the largest CUs in the US and I was expecting an amazing quote, only to be disappointed. MyNestMades Lender PMI offering? $133/mo. Their interest rates were absolute rock bottom and after trying 3+ other lenders just to see if I could beat them, it was clear to me MyNestMade was going to be my best choice from a service, speed, and cost prespective. To top it off, I even got an option to get cash-back with my interest choice.What more could you want from a mortage broker? Go with MyNestMade and youll never look back.Oh and most importantly, I was a first time home buyer. These guys understand us.
