Evan was very friendly and helpful. It turns out the issue with my computer was simply that it needed a new power supply cord, so I was given very detailed information on the type I need and where to get it. He also cleaned my computer while the problem was being diagnosed. I highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome! I have been looking for a computer repair shop like this sense I moved to Chico! This will be my go to from now on and I highly recommend them to all! Evan helped me. I must say he is quite the professional. Extremely professional and courteous. They actually are really reasonable on price and I checked several places before I found this place. A friend of mine was calling to see if he could get some double sided tape to put in a new screen on my daughters lap top because he didnt need to spend $30 for a whole roll when he only needed about 2 feet. The person informed him that he didnt have any, which would have been fine, but he said that if he did he wouldnt give him any anyhow and hung up.

I have contacted Nerds twice with concerns and questions and the Nerds have been patient, thorough and solved my issues in just minutes. Things that would have taken me days to research and then probably could not resolve with confidence. I am not a computer geek and they have rescued me...twice! And they due it with a sense of humor which I greatly appreciate! I love having this resource. I can optimize the usage of my computer and feel secure knowing that when I screw up the Nerds have my back!!

I love the Nerds! I hadnt needed service in several months. Recently, computer and my Smart phone got very sluggish. I contacted the Nerds online. They worked for 6 hours removing a whopping 1, 087 threats in the form off bugs, malware, infections, viruses and whatever else evil people perpetrate on complete strangers when they could spend time contributing to society. But, I digress. I tried the other guys and was sorely disappointed.For a very reasonable fee of $150.00 every six months, your valuable equipment will be serviced by the best in the business. The Nerds Computer Repair will get you up and running without your having to leave your home or office. I highly recommend them.

Scheduled an appointment to diagnose why my laptop wouldnt boot, and they were ready right on time. The guy opened it and saw scorch marks on the motherboard, so it was immediately clear it was totalled.Normally a diagnostic costs $99, whether they can fix it or not, but because it was so quick to spot, he declined to charge me.That was a pleasant surprise. I will certainly go back if I ever need more computer help 🤞

The guy that works there seems to really really care and be knowledgeable. He is without doubt a fully fledged professional who does continuing education and seems really well educated and up to date. Diagnosis as we all know is an art and takes a curious, motivated mind. He seems to really have that and does a great job.

After clearing up some miscommunication I upped my stars to 3. They need update and fix some things such as face book and google showing that they are open on Mondays when in fact it just their call center that is open. The website shows the correct hours. Also better communication between the call center and the brick and mortar store. Besides that the Guy at the store was great.

Took in a fresh build that refused to boot up. They ran diagnostics and couldnt find an issue so they tore it back apart. Turns out one of the CPU pins bent a little when our son seated it. They straightened the pin and got it into boot cycle and didnt charge us anything extra for the tear down. Will definitely use their service again in the future

Every single time I have had a problem with my computer I have had them assist me. The service is top notch, reasonably priced and David was not only professional but knowledgeable, personable and very, very good at his job as well as being a nice person. I recommend the Nerds to everyone I know!

Had Evan come to house yesterday. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He had my computer fixed and running in no time. I also went over how slow my computer was running with the antivirus software company I was using. He explained in depth other options and so I went with Webroot. I cant tell you how happy I am. He cleaned up files and now I have Webroot as my antivirus software. Dont hesitate to call this establishment.

Nerds gave me hints about fixes to my computer that I could do myself. The suggestions were great and the problem fixed. The next day Nerds called to ensure that the problem no longer existed and I mentioned I had a new issue that popped up subsequent to our previous discussion. After describing the problem to Nerds fixed the issue and called me back when the action was complete. Their services are worth paying for as problems have always been corrected in a timely and professional manner.

Wow call to see if they do cleaning and before we can say anything the lady says 179 an hour is our flat rate my laptop was only 100 dollars why would I spend almost twice the amount to have it cleaned oh and they said that dont include parts I mean wow way really stick it to the people huh for a cleaning nothing wrong just a cleaning thats ludicrous prices

My computer is old and slow, but the nerds are very patient. we didnt finish all today, but I requested to stop for the night and complete it tomorrow. it was agreeable. my dogs need a walk...so will be ready to finish the connection between computer and printer tomorrow.

I called 1st thing in the morning with questions about upgrading memory as well as processor and they were no help I had general questions about a computer I was thinking of purchasing and how much it would be to upgrade the storage and processor they kept saying we aren’t an advice line these guys were not helpful at all and plain rude would not recommend them to anyone save your time and go somewhere else !
