I have used this service several times and always get relatively fast and always successful help. Always the truth about what is going on with my computer. Always helpful and willing to explain things to me. Courteous. I love being able to count on great service. I pay a reasonable monthly fee to be able to receive such immediate help and it is totally worth it to me. Wouldnt do without it.

Really kind/patient staff. They helped me work out some compatibility issues with my build, and after like 2 weeks of personal delays I was available to pick up. I was very concerned when I got ready for my zoom meeting and could not find my most current power point. I recently had my data from my old laptop transferred to my new laptop & only my older power points were coming up. Thankfully I got Cameron when I contacted my Nerds on Call! He actually took the time to search out my problem, instruct me on how to use my back up hard drive, transfer the power point I was looking for and sort my files. He was great! The service is excellent, especially for non-techno people, like myself!I love my nerds!

Had my first call today. I know Ill make more because my computers kind of a mess. (It needs decluttering!) Anyway, Grant was the Nerd that helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable and figured out what was going on with the hardware and did what he could (and I know I need to get a new laptop). He spent time with me on my most urgent software issues and showed me how to do it. Now I know how to clean up some of the mess. When thats done, Ill call back.

They were able to take my computer 10 minutes after I called. I handed it over to them and had it back a week later (it needed a new battery so had to wait for parts). Oh and it runs way better so far! It wasnt too pricey either, about what you would expect anywhere! I feel like they go above and beyond. Will go back in the future for any other needy needs 😀

These guys are the best. I got a bunch of pop up notices saying to call Microsoft Support because I had been hacked, etc. Could not get rid of the pop ups or do anything on my laptop, but I got ahold of Nerds and they told me no problem, and by the way any notice like that where they tell you to call a phone number, is a scam. All fixed and tuned up now thanks to Nerds!!

Somehow my dog and I and the cord connecting my keyboard to the computer got tangled. The connector lost the battle.I had benefited from Nerds’ help with a computer disaster in the past, so I went there in distress. They were calm and competent as ever and I purchased a very nice Logitech keyboard. Sort of Goldilocks. Sturdy and easy to use - without fancy, unnecessary bells and whistles. After chaning internet providers to Starlink, we were unable to get our printer tied into the new network. Nerds on Call was able to get this all set up for us and we never left our home office. I have subscribed to Nerds on call for 5 years or more. They have always been able to fix my problems, keep me updated and running well. Once, earlier this year, it was my printer would no longer copy and print from on line. Sarah fixed the problem and got me up and running again. Today I was trying to coordinate on line information into a Word document and a pop-up from Microsoft 365 with no close button kept hogging the screen. It wouldnt let me do anything and wanted me to sign up for paid service. It wouldnt shut down, even when I closed my browser. Jeremy at Nerds installed a free documents program for me so I no longer have to use Word. I love my Nerds! They are very patient with me as well. Thanks, Nerds Gang.

He began trouble shooting the issue and said he needed to take the laptop back to shop. I mentioned my laptop took unusually long time to load apps and websites. Said he would check into that too. One of their technicians (Darius) came out to my home to pick up my laptop and bring it back the the shop. They had it fixed and dropped it off at my home the next day.They give you a 30 day protection plan after the repair. I had a second issue with my laptop the week after the repair and thanks to the protection plan they fixed it at no charge.Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their service is the best in the area. Not sure what I would do without them.

I went here because I had a hard time getting my GPU working and needed the skill of a professional - and I was not disappointed. I know a fair bit about computers, but I also know when a problem is outside of my abilities. The service provided was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, quick, and I was called several times with updates and questions about how to proceed. I was also given a full breakdown of what was done, what was wrong, and he even fixed a few extra elements that I hadnt realized were there (like the placement of the exhaust on my liquid cooling). This is in response to the manager reply: I do stand by my initial review. I understand that during these times a business reputation can make or break its long term survival, and I would have expected a different response from the owner. A simple apology for the employees behavior would have been enough, and maybe I would have deleted the review. Reading the reply I have a feeling that we are talking about different realities (and maybe, just maybe, you were looking at a different person on your security camera). I dont want go into he said/she said argument here, it will not help anybody, but I would like to point our that at the time of the incident there was no mask mandate in California/Fresno. All the rest of the reply is just fantasy (if indeed you were looking at the right person on the security camera). I hope that your company will use my interaction at this location (the real one, not the one presented here - which may have been influenced by a defensive employee) so you can provide a better experience for your customers in the future. Also, very important for your employees (especially the one at the counter at that time), NEVER be dismissive of your customers (even if it is for a $1 screw) - this is what actually prompted my initial review (customer is not always right, but it is to be always respected)Below is the initial review:>>>Usually I avoid leaving bad reviews as I know how damaging it be for a business, however the management really needs to step up the training of their employees.
