2018-05-03 02:56:01A few weeks ago I reached out to Neon Roots to inquire of their services with an app idea of mine. At first there were some slight missteps in follow up communications, but everyone from Shanna Kim (their admin) to Jillian Braverman (Startup Strategist) were extremely gracious and professional in getting past it. I am impressed with their incubator program and believe they are a solid company to work with. Although at this time I am unable to move forward with them, I just had to share my experience. I hope to be able to work with them in the future.
