We stumbled on this place after going out to eat and trying to kill some time for traffic to ease up. This is mostly claw games. We had a fun time. They have point cards you can buy to play the games. I suggest the $35 card. Each game is mainly 6 or 8 credits. We won so many stuffed animals it was fun and challenging. You can also win tickets to get prizes at the main counter. The worker was super nice and helpful. It was a good night. We are for sure going back.

I’ve been coming here for claw machine type games and I’ve been enjoying it a lot so far! I’m not sure why people are complaining about the claws being weak or rigged. That’s just how the game is HAHA. I really enjoyed all the different options and choices they give and for a local place I gotta give them props. I hope they continue to stick around cause they def are somewhere I would keep attending and hope you guys would too as well!

This place takes your money easily. I was able to hook many of the stuffed characters, but claws machine easily lets them go once it gets lifted all the way up. Its a scam, do not go to this place. Also, not many games to play. I will not definitely go back.

Never knew there was an arcade there. 😃. Tons of claw machine games. Love the mini one. Games are like about 6 tickets. You can get 6 tickets for $1. Not bad. Didnt have time to play games, just wanted to stop by and see what they had. Will return to play! 🕹🧸!

I was walking in the area and happened to go in cause it was the only thing open. Initially I thought it was some. Dinky hole in the wall, cheap place with rigged games. I can tell you truthfully that thats definitely not the case. Christina was helpful in picking an appropriate package and not up selling me to buy more tokens. My friends and I won several jackpots and nice claw machine prize. Definitely worth visiting. And Edward was very friendly and helped us pick out nice prizes for our tickets

The first time my wife and I visited back in November last year the plushie prizes looked wayyyyy more appealing. We were definitely more than willing to put more money to rescue them from the claw machines. We have since returned once every week or two, but have found that most of the desirable plushies have been replaced. Worst of all, the variety of plushies has stayed stagnant over the last couple months, save for a newer Hello Kitty from last week that, unfortunately, seemed impossible to grab! The machines have also gone way too stingy even just for knock-off plushies.I know this place isnt a huge operation like Round 1, but good plushies are what attracts players like myself as well as random kids who suddenly beg their moms to get one. I am not putting more money in if the prizes and plushies are always the same ones. We have already grabbed most of the ones we like and that means we are going to have to take our money elsewhere. Kindly hope the management take our review into consideration.

The staff here are really nice and very helpful. They are willing to help reset the machines if the plush doesn’t look winnable. I wouldn’t recommend any of the other games other than the claw machines or claw like games. All the people complaining about not being able to get a plush from claw machines need to realize that you should go for it only if it is winnable.TLDR the place is welcoming with great staff, cute plushies, and winnable claw machines.

The claws aren’t too loose so you can win things but be aware that most of the stuffed animals are not “authentic” from the shows that they look like they come from. For example those Pokémon ones were a bit off but it’s still relatively inexpensive to play so if you have some time to kill like we did, come stop by and hang out for a little bit

I have come here about 3 times. All times I have had great experiences. The staff is really nice, and even gave us a few more credits and tickets than we actually earned and paid for.They used to give actual tokens and paper tickets but they have now transferred to using a card.Yes, some games are nearly impossible to win, but my friends that I have come with have all had great experiences here. Some of my best memories are at this place. The games are also all in good shape.I would definitely recommend coming here with a couple friends, children or family.

My friend and I stumbled across this little arcade in the Atlantic Times Square Plaza. It’s our first time here and we had a blast. All of the staffs are very friendly and this place is very family friendly. The staff Derek is very helpful and he made this place feel like home. I really like how this place has different sizes claw machines. There’s small to big prizes to win here which really amused me. Overall, my friend and I had a great time here and we won a couple of prizes. I would definitely come again!

These reviews have to be fake. I would give zero stars if possible. The claw machines are literally rigged- we were here for 1.5 hours and not a SINGLE person won anything from the claw machines. At round one we can win 3-10 items even on a bad day, but spending $50 and not one win after 32 grabs? Its giving scammer. I dont like leaving a review like this for a small business, but I also dont like being robbed lolAlso there was only one person here working and the guy had to run back and forth between people helping everyone. Not cool to overwork your employees like that.

My kids really like this place. plenty of arcade fun and the games are pretty cool. high ceilings and pretty spacious. my son really loves the claw games where the prizes are plushy bears. hes won numerous times. its really easy to just toss funds away so be careful and go with a set amount. all in all pretty cool place to just spend time with your family or just ur kids. my two kids really recommend other kids going. fun fun fun they say lol

I came here with my husband for a date and we had the best time!! The store itself is really clean and had a variety of games for both adults and little kids. Very friendly place. We saw many videos on YouTube and thought we make the road trip to see it. You get free gifts for just buying credits. Sadly we know we can’t go back, so we had to use up all the tickets we won’t that day. (because we don’t actually live in the state of California). There wasn’t any prizes we wanted so we had ask instead of spending the tickets, can we trade it for one of the tiny toys from the claw we couldn’t win. They insisted and told us to spend all our tickets and they just gave it to us as a gift. Really such a lovely place we would love supporting. Overall the workers/owners was very respectful and nice!

This is such a fun and amusing place. You can lose track of time playing so many fun little claw machines or arcade games. What makes this place so much fun is the atmosphere. If there is anything wrong with any of the games Christina quickly fixes the problem. If she cant fix it then she gets someone who does know how to fix the machines. She is very helpful and very friendly. The games cost no more than about a dollar or so and the more you buy the more game play you get. Love coming here for family fun time especially with my little ones. They enjoy the games most of all.

If you love to see unhappy, frustrated and disappointed kids this is definitely the place to go. You actually are able to grab the toy 50% of the time but the claws shake so much they drop the prize, the other 49% of tries the claw is to weak to lift heavy prize. Spent $35 and my kids got one prize.

Background story: Im visiting from Arizona. After Round One in Cali, my wife and I decided to give them a try. I give them a realistic 1/5 stars, heres why:When you go to an arcade with prizes, you expect to walk out with prizes. The strength on all the machines were turned wayyy down. We tried grabbing the core weight of the plushies, hooking tags, sliding them up the walls, nothing worked. The claws were so weak that it wouldnt even grab properly and slip off or drop it upon reaching the top.People have mentioned to talk to the clerk and that its a malfunctional machine.1. if you have to talk to a clerk after so many tries, you arent there to enjoy the prize-drawing; you shouldnt have to ask, it should be a fair game. Otherwise, go to a plushie store and buy one for the right price.2. ALL the crane games were similar. Some worse than the rest, but it was all just rigged machines.If you are here for a pure play and win experience, this isnt for you. if you want to shoot some hoops, maybe.ps. you get a plushie for buying credits... we paid $35 for our credits and the plushie was so bad we didnt even take it.pps. the elevator there is out to kill you. if you parked underground, use it and experience death.

Heard about Neofuns from The Crane Couple and went for the first time yesterday with a friend. It was an amazing experience and the staff was extremely helpful when we didnt understand the token machine (it was confusing lol). The free gifts were adorable (I ended up getting a few free plush) and were an amazing touch to make the experience more unforgettable! My friend and I walked away with a TON of adorable Japanese toys and plush from the assortment of machines (my favorites being the Disney machine and mystery bag machine). If you are visiting or live around the area definitely come here!

Once you step into this place. You feel like you never want to leave. Great claw machines with so many adorable and cute plushies. If you want to play a few games it feels like you are paying anywhere from .75 to a Dollar. Here is the big secret. Buy bigger amounts for more points. Not only do you get extra points. You also have the opportunity to get 1 free plushie at no cost for the higher amounts. Its a win win situation if you ask me. Now that we have that out of the way this place is about 200 feet away from AMC Theaters. This is a great way to come and pass time before a movie or even better come after a movie or you can do both just like I do 😁. There is nothing exactly like this place, it has its own vibe with good music and an amazing staff. If you ever go anytime during the day Edward is such a great and humble person. He gives great advice on what amount you may want for your buck. He is fast and always attentive to the machines. You might catch him wiping down the machines to help prevent any spread of germs and will always stock up the machines when they are low. Also gives great tips on how to win a plushie even tho they have a paper in most machines on how to win. If you are ever in the area you wont regret this place. Take your date and test your luck, or go by yourself and win it for yourself and for those who have children. My advice is to get multiple cards if you have children. I will ask if they do multiple cards and if they can split the points into individual cards. next time I go, I will ask and update my post.

My family and I have visited this location and the one in Riverside. The games are usually very fun but a little expensive. They offset the cost by giving a small prize based on how huch credit you buy, which is cool. If I review it before our visit last nighy, it would be 4 stars, however the games were set up too hard to win last night. The attendant even set up one to be easier and it took 6 credits before it dropped the prize, he even witness the claw pushing the prize further away after it caught it. There are prize games that advertize 80% win rate and yesterday it was more like 1%. Just overall not very fun and we wont visit it much anymore.

We really love crane games and thought this would be a nice spot to visit... But was really hard to get any plush.Weve been in Japan many times and looove to go to crane game spots and find they have a good balance between what you win and what you lose. Sometimes you win, sometimes you dont. But here is frustrating when you see theres no way youre gonna make it unless you pay A LOT.You have to change your money into tokens, so once youve change $20 into 26 tries and you get nothing but ONE tiny tiny not so nice plush you feel scammed. Also the plushies here are not really good.It was good if you are just having a walk and want to pass by, but not recommended if you have to go there from a considerable distance.

I find it disappointing when claw machines dont have stuff I want to play for, but at Neofuns, there are a lot of cute little toys that grab my interest.
