I have had the luxury of using Ryan Morrow and his team when I helped my parents manage and run their Allstate agency back in Southern California. It didnt matter the type of client we sent to him, ceos of businesses, small business owners, to the homeowners, he was exceptional with each and every one of them and the feedback we received was incredible.We recently had the opportunity to use him out here in eastern Tennessee on a new home purchase for my wife and I and with my wife being self employed, a good majority of the lenders we tried out here were not up to par at all. I talked with Ryan about it and he told us he was able to now fund loans in TN and we developed a game plan. Flash forward to this past Monday where we signed docs and closed on our dream home. I just had the best experience refinancing my home with Ryan and his team. I purchased my home at the end of 2018 and rates were more than 1% higher than they currently are. I had mentioned to Ryan previously that I might be interested in refinancing my loan, but wasnt sure when a good time would be. He reached out to let me know that rates were at a 10 year low and ran a few models for me based on what we thought my credit might be. I decided to pull the trigger and it turns out my credit was even higher and I qualified through my work for some other benefits. A 15 minute phone call with his team and we had my rate locked and ready to go. This experience was so much easier than my experience with Rocket Mortgage (Quicken Loans) when I first bought my house. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and gave me good feedback on other possible options. I couldnt be happier! I must say that even after being a faithful renter for 8 years, (never late with a payment and did repairs on the home that I rented), my landlord suddenly with no notice told me that he wanted to sell the home. He was evasive but he finally said he wanted to have it on the market by the end of 2020. So I was referred to Ryan from Sierra Pacific Mortgage.He gave me honest and realistic information about what I qualified for.Unfortunately my realtor introduced me to another lender that gave me False information and an offer was made on a home but escrow kept falling through.It ends up that Ryans information was correct & the new lenders information was hopeful but incorrect.Ryan was honest and straight forward. I needed the realistic truth that Ryan provided, not the false unrealistic hope of the other lender.I was/am a novice to home ownership so I cannot express the importance of realistic information, even if its not what you want to hear, at least you can make plans to get there with realistic information.A persons word, knowledge & integrity means everything in this situation- and Ryan has all of this and more. I wish I wouldve took his advice from the beginning, it wouldve saved a lot of people involved in this new loan with the other lender much heartache. After all of this, Ryan is still helping me recover from my devastating situation after using the other lender. This speaks so much about the integrity of him & this company.If you want realistic details then this is where you need to come. No false or unrealistic promises- people with knowledge & integrity.
