Ive tried every saline treatment (Navage, Neti pot, etc) on the market as well as multiple prescription & OTC drugs and the NeilMed products are by far the easiest and most cost-effective nasal wash system. Do it EVERY day and youll be amazed at how much better youll feel.
They dont read customers emails and that cause issues with order corrections or delivery updates!Customer service email address on their website is not read on regular basis by their agents to avoid any issues.If the email is wrong, they should update their information immediately, but their orders email is same. Highly recommend this company and shopping online. The NeilMed sinus rinse packets helps with my congestion by cleaning out my sinuses. I premix one packet with 8oz Dasani purified water in NeilMed squeeze bottle each time I use it . The NeilMed Nasadock Plus that holds the NeilMed squeeze bottle and the black cap with the tube so it will dry it works really well to reduce the chance of contamination. Thanks Ashley

Having been using the NeilMed Hydro Pulse Neo for just over 4-months and love it! Prior to that, using the NeilMed rinse bottle. Rinsing sinuses daily during that time with NeilMed Sinus Mixture packets actually removed a mucous producing polyp on the right side. Surgery was suggested and I declined and 6-7 months later visiting the doc/surgeon, he confirmed the polyp was gone. Highly recommend!
I would have been close to dying without the NeilMed Sinus Rinse. I went through Head Neck Cancer with High Radiation Treatments 9 years ago. Two sinus surgeries following. My ENT gave me one for free and it was a life changer! My sinus was clogged with infection. This rinse was and still is a life-saver for me. I maintain my sinusitus with weekly or bi-weekly rinses-depending on the allergy season and my exposure to pathogens. Ive never had a problem with any NeilMed products-Excellent product. I prefer the rinse bottle above a neti-pot. I need the slight controllable pressure of the rinse. I also use their pharmecutical grade pre-measured saline packets. I mix one packet into luke-warm distilled water into the NeilMed bottle. It is very comfortable rinsing with this method and helps to release mucus that has formed into my sinus cavities-(otherwise the mucus could fester into an infection). I sing and it helps to clear and moisten my sinuses and throat. Im a life-time customer! No one on Earth should give a bad review about this product! It saved my life...
I have enjoyed using so many of NeilMed products over the years. This Winter, I strongly recommend the nasal irrigation products and the devices to remove mucous from infant congested nostrils.All are simple to use and very helpful.I am a verified user of this companys products. My otolaryngologist gave me a trial box with one packet; it had a three dollar off what I thought was a coupon. No you have to send for a rebate! What a sham! Shame on you for this deceptive practice. I will use an off brand product since $10.49 is too expensive for just some salt packets.

I use the NeilMed saline packets and the NeilMed rinse bottle every night to keep nose moist & stent clear of mucous. This has been revolutionary in the status of the condition of my nose. Saline Sprays just dont have the same effect as the saline packets with the rise bottle. I dont even want to try the generic packets either.

I love NeilMeds line of products. As someone with nasal allergies who is prone to sinus infections, I find the NasaMist Nasal Wash and the gel saline nasal spray indispensable during both allergy season and the dry winter weather. The NasaMist Nasal Wash is pretty much the only thing that gives me relief from congestion when I have a sinus infection. Lately its been hard to find in my local pharmacies, but ordering from their website is quite easy and the prices are reasonable.
I have been using my NediPot for over 10 years to irrigate my sinuses. Its much more pleasant and efficient to rinse everything out at once, rather than sneezing it out! So cost-effective with the packs. Much cheaper and better than the sprays, which I use in an emergency.
I have been using NeilMed for at least 15 years. I highly recommend their products. Mine consist of the Sinus Rinse, refills and drying stand with storage. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is due to the cost of salt being so high. Honestly, I have bought store brands for less and some have more product in the packets(about equivalent to NeilsMeds extra strength). When I find a good deal at some of my stores, I usually buy NeilMed!
About 5 years ago, I was getting phantom smells. It would smell like car exhaust. My ENT prescribed sprays and pills until gone, and told me to use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse, basically forever. Ive owned several Sinugator cordless nasal washers over the years. When they work, theyre GREAT, but they dependably stop working after about 12 months. Then they wont turn on. Fresh batteries dont make a difference. Making sure that things were assembled properly doesnt make a difference. After losing the dated receipts a couple of times so that I could prove that the warranty still applied, I now order them from Amazon and consider these essentially disposable.

The SinuFrin Plus 30mL is a very good product. I am disappointed that the spray is more of a jet as opposed to a wide spray like the other sinus sprays that I have purchased from NeilMed. If your order is large enough there is free shipping.

I use the NeilMed saline packets and the NeilMed rinse bottle every night before I go to bed. I sleep with my nose clear, not the stuffing I used to have. I also dont get sines infections like I used to. When I got covid and along with it came a sinus infection, I got such relief rinsing that mess out. About ten years ago, I was suffering from a terrible cold, in which my head was completely stuffed for days. Someone recommended I try a neti pot, which I did, and liked (I used the NeilMed squeeze bottle). This quickly alleviated my stuffiness. Within days, I ordered the Sinugator and began a daily NeilMed routine, (8oz in each direction) . I truly believe that daily sinus rinsing has prevented many colds; I dont fear people sneezing or coughing around me, because I have a secret weapon. If I do get a cold or Im just feeling stuffy, I like to alternate with the hypertonic packets. I have replaced my Sinugator twice in ten years; its a great device. I dont know what I would do without NeilMed products in my life. I cant wait to try out the xylitol packets next!
In the 1980s, I had severe sinus problems. My family dr. sent me to an ENT dr. That dr. gave me a Neilmed kit with the bottle and saline packets. I started using it and regular daily use made it possible to reduce sinus infections and helped clear my throat from the nasty sinus drainage that causes sore throats. I see other people with the problems that I used to have, and I plead with them to get the kit that I had received from the dr. I even bought the kits to give away. But some people just wont believe that the Neilmed system is as good as it is. I believe that trying it once, and youll be a believer!

Before i found Neilmed products i was getting sinus infections about every 6 months. The doctors would put me on antibiotics which are not good to take unless necessary. I started with the Netti pot then moved up to the squeeze bottle which is better. I also love that when i buy the 100 ct packets i get a free squeeze bottle.👍
I have been using Neilmed products for quite some time now and have been pleased with the results. I would struggle with sinus infections but using the sinus rinse packets i rarely if ever have any.I also use the nasel gel spray for dry nasel passages especially during bedtime.Dont struggle with this problem as I did there is help.

A good idea, not so well executed. My first unit started leaking - first when in use (maybe the vibrations), and then whenever there was water in the tank. Overall, it will work, if you make a lot of adjustments to how you do things. Worth it when you have a blocked sinus; I put it off otherwise.The level of vibration is high - my full size vacuum cleaner has less vibration! The spout - again, neat design by itself, poor fit into the overall design - vibrates regardless of setting. The spring action of the tubing is high enough to be an issue. If the unit is to your right, works fine with the right nostril. Spills and makes a mess for the left nostril - since you have to pull the piping across and hold the spout. Better to have an extension cord, and move the WHOLE unit to the side you are working on.An indication of carelessness again - the review request page defaults to Country - US. I am in Canada. So NeilMed is only mean for Americans?
When my spouse discovered NeilMed and handed me a Sinus Rinse Starter Kit, my health improved from there. The bottle and packet are gentle on the sinuses, and have kept me from the frequency of sinus infections I used to get. I used to make my own mix with baking soda and salt, but the pre-made packets get the mix exact so it doesnt sting as much. I work at an ENT clinic, and we recommend using NeilMed sinus rinses to many of our patients who suffer from chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis. The sinus rinse does help flush out the gunk that can build up and help relieve congestion for many patients and is more effective than a saline spray. NeilMed is similar to a Neti Pot, however less awkward to use then a Neti Pot. It is easy to use but do recommend following the directions on using the product correctly.

I have been using the NeilMed neti pots for many years. They are easy to use, stand up by themselves (so you can cool the water, or answer the phone, or whatever, after filling them. Not all neti pots can do this), and last basically forever (many years, at least, with little sign of wear). I have recommended them to people with large and small noses and all (including children) have been able to use them.Using a neti pot (I started with other brands, but now I and other family members all use NeilMed) has more or less cured my chronic sinus infections -- they occur more rarely, never get very bad, go away quickly with increased neti pot use, and do not need antibiotics. Helps with allergies and colds as well. I recommend this product.
I have been using Sinufirm nasal decongestant for 7 years after my deviated septum surgery. I had tried 30 different prescriptions & this worked the best. I would be in trouble at night without it as I cannot breath well when I lay my head on my pillow.

Ive used the SinuFlo rinsing bottle and it works way better than regular rinsing, especially if you need something heavy duty. I also love the NasaMist Saline Spray (the blue one.) It works great for a simple clean or on-the-go and no salt taste!

I not only enjoy their nasal saline rinses and bottles (plus the cute little stand), I also thought the web store and online shopping process was very simple and easy to navigate.
Having had many of the bottles, they have worked nicely, but I needed more power. I purchased the Sinugator, and that has been a total disappointment from the start. To make matters worse, When I called, I was told a new unit would be sent to replace the defective one, but I never received it.

Ive been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse (premixed packets and plastic bottles) for 15 years. I love this product. My only gripe is that the words on the plastic bottles come out easily within a few weeks (I replace the bottle every 3 months as recommended). For the safety of the customers and your cost savings, the bottles should not have repetitive information. As you can see, the same information and instructions are everywhere on the box, bag, premixed packets, instructional paper, and bottles. PLEASE, remove repetitive and redundant information from the bottles. I dont want to have a feeling of getting inks into my nose, throat or somewhere else in my body.

I really like the piercing spray! Its gentle and effective. It also is the only spray I can find in my area that is specifically meant for piercings with a gentle spray instead of high pressure which would hurt my piercing.
I have been using the NeilMed sinus rinse bottles for four years. I just purchased the NeilMed Sinuflo ReadyRinse with reusable bottle. The bottle is sealed with an aluminum foil/paper seal that is almost impossible to remove, i.e., no tabs to lift if up. I ended up cutting into the seal, however, I could not get all the glue, foil and paper stuck to the rim off, which made the bottle unusable as I was unable to get a tight seal when I tried to rinse with it. I finally ended up throwing the whole thing away. What a disappointment - maybe someone in your organization could try removing the seal after the bottle has been sitting on a shelf somewhere (probably not an air conditioned environment) after a couple weeks and see how difficult it is to remove.
I bought the Neil Med kit and the NasaDock station. I love this so much more than a Neti pot. It is easier and faster as well as a better delivery of the solution. The NasaDock station is nice because I can rinse my bottle out and let it dry

Terrible redesign of the original Hydropulse machine by Dr. Grossan.This machine is very useful, but is a problem child from the start. It leaks, the cord is too short, and the parts are cheap. Additionally, youll be lucky if you get six months out of it. I cant find anything with the same amount of pressure, however, so Im beholden to this product.

Just bought a NeilMed Sinuflo Ready Rinse. Did not realize it was full of solution and has a seal that I cannot get off. Why would you put a seal that will not pull off in one piece. I am left picking pieces of the seal off and afraid if I dont get all of it it could end up in my sinus. A really stupid idea.

I purchased the Neil Med Sinus Rinse Kit in May after my physician recommended using it. I had issues when using the item. I tried over several days with the same reactions. I told my physician who said to stop using it. In August, I contacted the company because there was a 90-day refund guarantee. The man I spoke to told me to ship it back and I would get a refund. WRONG! I sent it UPS which cost me almost twice as much as the item. It was the principle on sending a product back that did not work for me even though it cost me more. I have contacted the company four times with negative results over the past three months. Every time, there was a poor connection on their end supposedly. I spoke with different foreign accent men. Each time I was given the runaround. I supplied them with the tracking number so I knew when they received the item. I had to go through all the information over and over again and they claim they didnt have my information but would check into it and contact me. WRONG AGAIN! October 13 was the last phone call to them and the man I spoke with said he would check with the consumer department and call me back in an hour or two. No one ever called me back. This is very upsetting. This is no way for a company to do business.This review is updated on November 17, 2020. After 9 telephone calls to this company, I still have not received a refund for their product as listed under their guarantee. On my last call on October 15, 2020, for the first time, I actually had a call back from John who said I would receive a refund within 15-20 business days. WRONG!!! It is now 22 business days and not check; hence, the reason I called again today. What a rip off of a company. They should be held accountable for their incompetency and false advertising on their product. Besides the issue, it is always a problem with the phone connection. I dont know if the person that answers the call is actually in another country instead of the United States. One does receive scam calls from all over the world even though the phone numbers are listed as U.S.. This company should not have their product sold anywhere. I just want my money back. It cost me more to return the product, but it is the principle that counts. What a ripoff!!!!

My doctor recommeded I use NeilMed Sinus Rince and since I have been using it I sleep better and breath better . I highly recommend it.
Their $3.00 mail-in rebate check bounced and I got charged a $15.00 fee for this. Customer service assured me they would issue another check in the amount of $18.00 to cover the bank fee and rebate. Six weeks later I received a check from Neilmed for $6.00. Kevin, in the customer service department could not explain why this happened and also refused to help me resolve this issue. Theyre crooks who clearly dont know how to run a business or their business is failing miserably and they have no money.
Incorrect order, very slow response, slow turnaround, and expensive for what you get. Sad that this company is trying to create a monopoly. Very poor organizational skills within the company. You are better off finding a local provider or going with Shenzhen XINFACE Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. You will at least get a response from their sales team.Dont waste your time with NeilMed.

2024-01-12 23:12:32Ive had pretty good experiences with NeilMed products but Im giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I sent in a receipt and form from one of my bottles over a year ago to receive a free nasal rinse bottle and I never heard anything back. I really could use that! I was getting sinus infections often and had to have a sinus surgery. I used the bottle-style nasal saline rinses during my recovery and they work great. I continue to use one when I have allergies or feel any congestion coming on. I recommend them to everyone with a nose!

I never had a problem until theyre represented a Douglas took over our account not only does he not communicate with you leave your emails unresponded to for several days but this is how were now getting our orders shipped. Im completely disappointed. Its a shame because the product itself is fantastic however the staff is incompetent and unprofessional.

2023-12-26 17:22:48Love NeilMed piercing aftercare! Only thing I’ll use on newly pierced ears. NeilMed fine mist was recommended by our piercer and we have used it ever since then. We use it every day twice per day and it works so well. I accidentally bought the travel size last time. Totally my fault, but NeilMed has a great 90 day return policy and will take it back! I will continue to buy NeilMed fine mist piercing aftercare!

2023-10-15 16:20:09I really like their products. I have been using it for a very long time. I have chronic sinusitis, which tortures me for a very long time. Using NeilMed products greatly alleviates the symptoms and helps me breath comfortably. I highly recommend the sinus rinse especially before you sleep. It can mitigates the nasal congestion greatly! Also, if your symptoms are more severe, I would recommend the high strength saline packets! Very effective!

2023-12-15 03:40:49I find that the Neilmed hypertonic saline spray does in fact make a positive difference with my nasal congestion due to allergies, colds, or even sinusitis. I have used the spray over the years for these conditions and have been able to lessen my congestion & sinus pressure for hours. It is not a panacea however it does provide relief and assists in my treatment regimen for these conditions.

It is safe and effective.As a patient with chronic sinus congestion I can vouch for this company.NeilMed is primarily concerned about its safety and quality of their products.
