2024-05-16 17:29:18I cant even begin to thank Javon enough for his help over the last couple years, but when I started a new job and found myself in a hard spot, he came to my rescue, literately. Hands down THE BEST customer service/experience I have ever had. If I could give 10 stars on Google, I would.I recommend NDS and especially Javon, to anyone and everyone looking for a company that not only cares about its quality of products but TRULY cares about its customers.

2024-06-04 17:17:08Your employees present the epitome of entitlement and condescension. It is a bad look for your business, especially because you never know who you are speaking to. There are many people and businesses around you, and you may want to mind your business and keep your suggestions to yourself. I SUGGEST being professional and remembering you are at work when speaking to strangers in a rude and unprofessional way. I do have a video of the interaction and of your business. Thank you.
