Brought my car in pretty bad shape, Armen and Mike took very good care of my car and me. AAA gave me a big of a hard time but with Mikes help we got what was needed to fix my car. They did an amazing job to the last detail. Looks like new and their customer service is amazing. Highly recommend NB Collision especially Mike who cares about the quality and safety of your vehicle. 5 star service

I got in an accident with my baby, and NB Collision was a lifesaver. They waived half of my deductible (cut it from being 1k to 500) and provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. Everyone I dealed with was super friendly and helpful. They got my car fixed pretty fast, and let me know the second it was ready to pick up, and even let me pick it up after hours. Wish I could give 10 stars, these guys are fantastic!!!

I came to NB collision with cosmetic damage including impact to bumper, fender and wheel well liner. My car came back in better condition than it was when I left it. Paint match was perfect. Parts were replaced like new. And finished with a car wash exterior & interior. They kept me updated during the process informing me of new developments and arrival of parts. The total was within the estimate they provided. Would recommend!

NB collision has the friendliest staff! Got to work with John. Arman and John were super responsive, got back to me whenever I needed it. My car was ready within the week that my insurance came out to get an estimate on my vehicle. Everyone took such great care of my vehicle. Overall, would definitely go back here if I ever need to.

NB Collision repaired my car beautifully and quickly after I got rear ended and they helped me with confusing insurance minutiae that I was not familiar with. Their communication was fantastic with updates and information along the way, they even set me up with a reasonably priced rental since I had to wait to get reimbursed. I felt very supported throughout the whole process which is much appreciated, and very rare! Special thanks to John. Can’t recommend NB’s services highly enough!

The team did an amazing job fixing my car after an accident. They were speedy, professional, and kept me in the loop on the progress. They also worked with my insurance company, so I didn’t have to worry about checking up with the adjuster. The pricing was very reasonable, too. My car looks brand new. Great job! Very communicative. Super friendly. Had my RAV-4 got scraped up in a parking garage and they made it look good as new. Plus, I had some random white paint specks on my car that got on there somehow and they even fixed that no charge. Highly recommended and will definitely go there again if I ever need any other repairs.

Wonderful service! My daughter’s car was brought to them in very rough shape and they were able to fix it with no problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience with NB Collision center! Immediately as I pulled up I was helped by Armen who was friendly and professional. I had multiple scratches and a dent on my door from a trip to IKEA and a broken lower grille. Armen fixed it right up no problem. Prices are good and I did not feel at any time they were trying to take advantage of me! They were honest, i felt comfortable and my car looks brand new again! Our hybrid got rear ended on the freeway that caused the damage to the whole back left quarter of the car, screwed up the trunk door and all the sensors, plus our AC stopped working. Needless to say NB collision did an amazing job! Restored the car like it was brand new!And since my insurance had to go through litigation even if it wasnt our fault, we had to pay our deductible. But NB collision waved it for us. Thank you so much! Great service. Excellent overall customer satisfaction.

Awesome service! They fixed my car to be like brand new! Couldnt event tell it was ever damaged. I recently had my side view mirror fixed at NB Collision, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, the repair was well done, and the turnaround time was quick. I brought in my Acura to fix the side mirror, had a replacement part and they installed it efficiently. I was informed in detail about the process, tested it and was warned that the oem mirror would have to be used. I agreed. Weeks later the mirror was getting loose, I called them and they offered to get me an off market mirror replacement for free and installed it for me. During the whole process Arvin/Armin (I think that’s his name) was so kind and kept me updated via text on the shipping. Install again was quick and efficient. To say their customer service was amazing is an understatement. They are honest, truly care about customers and go above and beyond to get the job done right. I had the privilege of taking the 2016 Jeep Compass Sport to NB Collision Center on Vineland in North Hollywood. Immediately, I was greeted with exceptional service and hospitality. I felt like a long-time customer even though it was my first time. NB Collision staff are very professional, polite, and competent. They were very prompt in assessing my needs and processing my vehicle in for repair. They took care of all the insurance details and had Midway Car Rental pick me up and arrange an affordable rental. NB Collisions facilities are clean and orderly, and they even extend courtesy refreshments while you wait.The repairs were first class with attention to every detail. My Jeep had been damaged between the driver side door and fender for the 2nd time. There were defects in the work done by another shop previously. The trim between the door and fender was left flawed, and something inside the door panel rattled on occasion as I drove. The team at NB Collision assured me they would put everything back together. Their repairs were flawless, and the team even had my Jeep detailed before I picked it up.Nowadays, we often find it difficult to get your moneys worth or the quality of service we expect. I can say the team at NB Collision goes above and beyond. They offer great rate and proved to deliver beyond my expectations on every front.There are no words to fully express my appreciation to all the guys at NB Collision. I found this bodyshop on the internet not really knowing what to expect. I was rammed by a car and pushed into the car in front of me. My car needed a ton of work. The staff has excellent communication skills, craftsmanship, and worked miracles with the insurance company. I cant recommend this body shop enough. They really took care of everything.
