Very nice Nave Fed location. I came in today Monday around 9:20 am to open up an account with them, unfortunately I was not able to, but regardless, the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind.ATM located up front. Good amount of parking.Only complaint that I would have, is the Navy Fed website in general (Nothing to do with this location in particular). It wasnt very responsive, I tried it on an iPhone, laptop, desktop, also used chrome and safari.

Love this Navy Federal Credit Union. It is centrally located in South Orange County. They have a courtesy desk that can usually answer any questions you have, three teller boxes, and four desks with bank employees that can help with banking needs. The ATM outside is perfect for quick cash or fast deposit. There is also a computer kiosk that can help answer questions and an express deposit slot where you can deposit checks inside to make sure they get them in hand. There has never been a wait when I come here to take care of my banking needs and the staff is super friendly.

I like navy fed. But This is worst navy federal branch customer service. My wife and I drove 35 minutes to get cashier check for apartment bill and she said sorry “we closed” at 5:02.

Went to pick up a check for my pre-approved car loan. Other financial institutions could learn on the efficiency and customer service that NFCU Mission Viejo provides. Instead of having to wait for someone, Tony, who initially greeted me, was able to validate my credentials and get my paperwork in order versus waiting in another line. So glad I went with NFCU and appreciate the professionalism and service of Tony.

My experience in this branch is always wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and customer service oriented. For my auto loan as well as mortgage consultant they did their best job. I am always happy to visit this branch. Thanks all staffs working out there.

Navy is the best Bank in the Business. Some of these reviews are funny, why would you leave a 1 star review for such minor issues. I had waaaaay worst experiences at conventional banks.

Slow service. One teller. 6 people ahead of me, 2 behind. Had to get out of line. The woman standing at the podium “During lunch we have one teller” what the frick?

Branch Manager Miranda was not very helpful and the worst at customer service. I was needing certain paperwork from the state to prove my sister was my sister just to sponsor her to open an account. We have the same last name. I was treated so poorly today and have been with this bank for many years.

Mission viejo branch is the absolute slowest service bank branch of all banks I’ve ever visited, today like many other days I left frustrated because they have one teller at the counter who is helping a customer for at least 10 min and the line is building, I got frustrated and left again… it feels a lot like the DMV, government work is government work they have 8 hours to work and no one seams to care about the lines or other peoples time.

Absolute worst credit union in the State. We opened an account there spet literally 3 hrs to do it inside the branch.. My husband and I have been married 20 plus years and now applying for a Auto loan. Run DO not use them. Horriable... Got better rate and service elsewhere

I have been an NFCU member for almost 30 years. This is the friendliest branch I’ve ever visited. Very convenient location! Over all these years NFCU have always taken great care of my accounts they really know what military people and their families need. They were one of the first institutions that offered interest free “paycheck loans” when the congress started these Non-sensical “shut-down-the-government” budget showdowns. Really gave us peace of mind and didn’t make us feel embarrassed that we needed that kind of help. Thanks.

The worst service by poorly trained people! They are extremely hard to communicate with either by phone, email, or chat. They unilaterally, without notice or consent, removed the mortgage co-signor from access to the loan statements and refuse to correct the mistake.

Absolutely thankful they opened an additional location in south Orange County. Much more convenient than driving all the way to Fountain Valley.The inconvenience with any NFCU is that you have to call the general line to be transferred to a specific branch, to then make an appointment with a specialized representative. Very cumbersome process. No NFCU branches have direct lines.

Navy Federal is a great Bank, and this branch location is incredibly convenient for us Southern Orange County people that do not have access to the big branches. Just like any Bank though if your bank history sucks then youre not going to have access to a lot of the benefits of this bank, so dont give a bad review just because your bank history sucks and they dont want to credit you.

Dropped by today to pay in a check, everyone greeted me as I entered, and said thank you as I left. Thank you to all the staff, its such a change to be spoken to in such a pleasant manner, rather than have people avoid eye contact and ignore you. Excellent.

Reliable bank does right by service members,but this location closed at 4PM when service members are hardly getting off work. Dont know why a branch that mainly serves military personnel would close so early.
