Great Place and Customer service overall. I was here a couple nights ago to pick up a couple vaporizers and had a chance to have a great conversation with the owner! He is a great guy and it was pleasure meeting him, his prices are the very best in town if you ask me and the store has great overall inventory. He even threw in a few items for FREE and you cant be free at all!!!! The guy at the register was awesome as well and very very helpful and had great customer service! I will be back for sure!

It’s seems one must spend big to get good out of the toys sold in this location purchased a flashlight that was said vibrates upon use the item proceeded to break and no longer functions.How one uses the item is to be taken into consideration but the toy was not even used in the way it was suppose to and broke still I will not be shopping here again the shops in Lancaster sell the same merchandise for the same price and actually functions.

Bought a product 35.00 got home Just a and inside was just a charger. Called the Business; the guy said, if you would have opened it up when you got it, an exchange would be ok. I live 30 minutes away! He Argued with me, and said I will have to disput it with my bank. Guess what, I am! Worst service ever!!

Great selection with better than average pricing... Store owner was there when my GF and I visited this store, we spent over $250 but received good value. There was a woman working there who was friendly and helpful at first, but when it got close to the stores time to close she became rude and disrespectful with a singular focus on getting us to stop shopping and leave. Owner seemed like a good retailer with lots of knowledge and very engaged with the customers the woman seemed to be chasing out of the store.

First time going to this store ..very huge selection..Was able to get out with my purchase of $226.28.My biggest mistake was not looking at the size of this cute outfit I selected with the help of the girl employee..its a small size .and am a xlarge 😔..so when I realized the mistake, I immediately call the store, if it was possible to make an exchange to the correct size and I was told that by law in california... No exchange or refund can be done ...the outfit was $50....I was asked by the male employee if I had tried it on....lol ...really?? .would someone of an XL size really fit in a small size ?..thats a joke !!..Ooh and something else ...please dont say at check out what your customers are taking home out loud .. while you have other customers nearby and can hear...not everyone is comfortable to have others know the exact name to our items...you were very loud and I had a male guy behind me just staring...
