I have been with this company for 10 years. The property is very clean and monthly rates are very compatible. What I like most about the property is that it is very secure. Access codes are required to get into all areas. We have met many of the staff members and they are very friendly. Thanks National 53 Self Storage for all that you guys do to keep our goods secure!!

I heard great things about this storage place from a friend of mine. I originally had a storage unit right across the street next to the shell gas station at A1 Storage but moved due to not being informed with the new policies. I like how National/54 Self Storage is gated and it feels like it has more security. The front desk staff was so friendly & welcoming. I will be writing a positive Yelp feedback as well. There are two self storage facilities in National City Mile of Cars vicinity, and National 54 is the newer facility of the two. Its a few bucks higher, but youre paying for a newer, cleaner and safe storage facility. Also, its right off the 54, so freeway access is convenient. The storage manager and staff are nice and courteous. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer for many years but this past months it’s been on satisfy customer service every single employee has different payment differences to pay for the units they don’t give the correct respond and when you get to the location always come with a different pricing for the unit excuses because you were late and that’s the rule you had to pay two months advance because you were late payment getting tired of it because they’re not professional trained correctly and I’m not getting the unit free I pay late or not I pay always And also they don’t have emergency contact of any kind because they save the management is not available on the weekends so they can help with any questions is there a new people they don’t have any available to help
