From the initial appointment scheduling to the site visit - was stellar client service. Great operating hours to meet diverse needs. Desirable, clean and aesthetically pleasant location. Had a great experience here. The day I went in I had meetings in the area. I didnt know you needed an appointment but they were very accomodating and took me on short notice. Their located in a coporate office park so facilites were nice. I was greeted at front desk. Explained the process thoroughly, Was done in a quick manner and then explained the follow up process to me. Great experience would highly recommend them.

Easy to schedule, JW was superbly responsive with any assistance I needed. Appointment was promptly on time. Everything needed was there. JW was exceptionally professional as well as lighthearted. He made the experience fun! JW followed through afterwards as well to ensure he was available if any issues arose for which I needed answers. He gets my highest recommendation!

The service was superb both over the phone and in person. Thank you J.W. for making the process pleasant! The receptionist was kind AND theres coffee in the beautifully designed lobby. Oh, and the process was timely.

I had the best experience @ National Live Scan! I called into make sure I was doing everything correctly. JW, an employee, was nice enough to spend 20 minutes on the phone with me to make sure I understood the whole process. He also asked me if the text messages that I received were detailed enough for me to understand. In other words, he was following up on his staffs performance in dealing with new customers. I took all my information into National Live Scan and asked for JW. He told me in person how the whole process was going to work and what I was to expect in the next few days after the process was done. I left there feeling completely confident that my fingerprints would get to where they needed to be safely and in a timely manner. I highly recommend National Live Scan to anyone who needs fingerprints & Live Scans to obtain a license. I appreciate being able to actually talk to someone, who patiently walked me through the entire process.Kind regards,J.P.

No wait time. Was in and out with very punctual, friendly and experienced staff. Although information on location of the office was a bit confusing. Great experience
