Three weeks ago, my mortgage company contacted me and they informed me, that I would need to find a new insurance company, asp or they would have to impose their own insurance, at a very high rate. This was weeks after Mercury Insurance had dropped my policy and this, along with my agent never contacting me. This is when I found out what was going on with the insurance industry in California and how they were no longer providing coverage for some home owners. After days of feeling helpless, I contacted and met with Kevin Colburn of Giddings Insurance Agency, for help. Kevin made a commitment to see what he could do, for my family, and I would need to give him a few days to work on it. It wasn’t long before Kevin called me, giving me the good news, that my family could finely fill secure again. Also Kevins abilities even put together an insurance package, which rolled back my rates to what I was paying in 2022.Thanks again Kevin for being my agent.

I’ve been with Allstate for the past eight years. I’ve had a good experience with Allstate. I have been helped by Kevin. He’s been very helpful with my policy very honest and polite. I would definitely recommend Allstate. if you wanna have great service, would recommend to ask for Kevin

The very first time I called Kevin Colburn @ AllState, his focus was on how to help me with my insurance. I was lucky to have had such good guidance and articulate response. I was impressed both by his intelligence and his humanity which is rare. He goes beyond the professional call of duty and gives you his best shot. May his tribe increase in this world of ours!

I give Nathan Giddings: Allstate Insurance 5 stars for all the help that as a customer I have received from them. Ive been with Giddings insurance for some years now and I can say they are the best. I got into an incident not long ago (still in process) and Kevin from Giddings insurance have been helping me since the beginning. What ever question I may have Kevin is the man, he is a very kind guy and have the patience to listen and to answer to my questions. Kevin is knowledgeable guy and very helpful. I would have given them 2 stars, but Ive had Allstate for almost 7 years and prior to the most recent incident I experienced everything was totally fine. I had Allstate when I was married to my ex-husband so when I got a divorced, I decided just to stick with them because theyve been great so far. When I finally decided that I wanted to remove my ex-husband from my policy, they informed me that they would have to speak with him and that he would need to sign off on it which he agreed on. I spoke with them and let them know that I want to be the primary person on the policy which they agreed. I signed the new E-document and was informed that everything was good to go.....or so I thought. Fast forward 3 weeks and I noticed that Allstate hasnt taken out the money for my policy, so I decided to give them a call and found out that my policy was actually cancelled due to an error on the representative that was working on it, and Ive been driving without insurance for 3 weeks! First issue was that I was the one that figured it out and then when I called for them to reactivate my insurance since Ive never missed a payment and it was cancelled due to their error, I was asked if someone can give me a ride to and from work! Im a single mom that works a full-time job along with my daughter starting school, I cant rely on anyone to give me rides everywhere especially when its not my fault my car isnt insured. This cost me 4 days of being stressed out and calling family members/friends asking for rides which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. When I tried to get new car insurance through another insurance company, I found out that in the state of California, it now takes up to 2 weeks to get new car insurance! I was able to piggyback on someones insurance and am covered until my Geico insurance kicks in but the whole process was ridiculous, and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Amazing experience with Ms. Leticia from the Giddings insurance agency. she was able to answer all my questions and give good feed back on the current policy i have. she went thoroughly threw the policy and was able to work with me to find the best monthly payment that meets my financial situation. she wasnt trying to take more money from my pocket like we all might think insurances do, but in the other hand she actually saved me a good 70$ TODAY!!!! WOWW RIGHT. Not just that but to top it off she was also able to set me up an appointment with a life insurance savings account agent, something Ive been thinking about doing for a good minute. I hope he can do the same. I definitely recommend working with Allstate agents. Thank you Ms. Leticia.
