My appt today with Dr Brott was one of few “cosmetic” appts I have had. He talked to me both prior to this appt and before beginning the work today. Dr. Brott also continued to tell me what he was doing at each step along the way. He is one of the best communicators of any health care professionals I visit. He sets very high professional standards for himself and his staff and yet does it in the most comfortable and friendly manner. Although my desire was only to close up some spaces between teeth and remove some staining along the gum line, when I looked at the final work, there was no evidence of “work” having been done - only beautiful, natural looking, perfect teeth. He is an artist at cosmetic work as well as advising on preventative measures and the normal procedures that come with a mouthful of aging teeth. Both my husband and I have been patients of his for many years and would highly recommend Dr. Brott for any and all dentistry needs you may have. Six stars.

Doc Brott is the best dentist I’ve ever had, he has been my dentist for 13 years now, and has fixed all my friends and family’s teeth, everybody keeps going back to him because he’s the best anybody could ask for in a dentist and does the most beautiful and painless job on everyone’s teeth. Not to mention his wonderful personality. Yesterday when I went in to fix some things on my front teeth he made them look perfect again, doing an excellent job as usual, I am so happy with his work!!!

Found this little gem during Covid. High quality state of the art dentistry, but the best part is the people. Barbara, my hygienist does an exceptional job while also being warm, personable and encouraging.Yesterday I had to call them and cancel my appointment, which was within the hour because of an emergency on my farm. Half hour later the emergency was over and I called back to see if I could keep my appointment. Thankfully, they said yes and I dashed in. Everyone was very generous as I had clearly been working in a stall, helping a pregnant Lamb give birth. Everyone still had smiles on their face and treated me with such respect. Plus, I got to meet a wonderful fellow world as I was waiting to leave.

This dentist is thorough & has all the latest equipment, which increases efficiency. Plus his location is perfect. It allows you to receive other oral services (ie: surgery) right in the same building should you need such. He does not accept insurance, but for myself, I find the quality of work so superior to other dental offices Ive been a patient in that Im willing to pay outright. Furthermore, he has very pleasant personnel & is talented in creating crowns which he is able to create in his own office in 15 minutes & the color match is perfect. Superior equipment, creative talent, a pleasant atmosphere convenience & technical expertise is worth the price to me.

I’ve had a lot of teeth cleaning in my long life, and today’s visit was extra ordinary. I believe this is the first time I felt like a person with a mouth rather than a mouth carried on a person. 😁 The front desk welcoming was warm, inviting and professional. My hygienist was perhaps the most thorough, gentle, informational, adept at her craft person who’s ever cleaned my teeth. Quite a pleasant experience, actually. The office has in place an appointment system that functions well. Now that I think about it… My hygienist has become an artist with her skills.

Barbara is an excellent Hygienist. It was pain free with her using “the new” I think “Ultrasonic Cleaner”. She was very knowledgeable and professionally enjoyable. I am my own worst enemy when it comes to my teeth. I thought a little caramel sucker looked delicious -- and it was -- until I managed to pull off a crown that stuck to it. I have been a patient of Dr. Brotts since he started with Dr. Smith over 20 years ago. I moved from Penn Valley to Rocklin in 2008 and continue to be a patient of Dr. Brott. My daughter drives from her home in Reno to go to his office. My other daughter worked for a dentist in Rocklin and we still made the trip up the hill, that is how much we like being patients of Dr Brott. Highly recommend this office.

My parents both switched to him based on my recommendation and are happy too. Dr. Brott works fast and does an excellent job. He can make crowns and repair pieces right in the office while you wait! Dr. Brott was recommended to me. I was looking for a dentist that I was going to be comfortable with. I also wanted to be confident that they knew what they were doing with the latest in equipment and technique. Dr. Brott seems to be all of the above. He is informative, but not pushy about procedures. He informs you about the condition of your teeth and advises what course of action may be necessary to insure a lasting healthy smile with a functional set of teeth. I have been to Dr. Brott twice, where he has begun removing my amalgam fillings. Using the Clifford Test he found the different dental materials that are not compatible for me, and my last appointment I will finish my filling removal and redo a crown that has unsuitable metals contained in it. Dr. Brott knows how to do these procedures safely, and smoothly. His staff is wonderful, and his office is beautiful and calming. I then needed to have him make an implant for an accessed tooth, which has been flawless. I was very satisfied with my experience! We are so pleased both my husband and I have become patients.

Really like Dr. Brott as a dentist.When I went to him for the first time as a patient with a few problems, he took the time to help me figure out how to deal with some problems.Their office is very professional, but at the same time very comfortable because of the people working there.The dental hygenist is very detailed, explains what she is doing and any improvements you can do to help keep your teeth their cleanest and healthiest.I do not normally write reviews, but I felt that this dentist and his office deserved one. I have had my share of Dentists .... and Dr. Brott shines above them all. I luckily met him after some horrific work my another dentist in southern California. With his help, I was able to have 6 caps replaced. Not only did he make me look better, he also made me feel better as I had underlying infection that thanks to him was eradicated. He has an incredible eye for detail, soft, pain-free touch, a kind, caring spirit, not to mention, a great staff. His right hand, Lisa, is a gem. His office manager is totally together - organized, efficient and friendly. He is so good that I am figuring out how to have him continue my dental work, despite the fact I moved cross country. Go see him, you wont be disappointed. Ive sent friends his way, and they concur!

I think what sets Dr. Brott apart from other dentists I have been to is that he really, really listens to you. He pulls up a seat and listens carefully to what you have to say. Every time I visit I feel like I have really been heard and then we make decisions together about what my options are. Hes the best!!

Talk about the epitome of customer service, hands down Dr. Brott & his staff (Nicole in particular) know the meaning of customer service.I had a tooth issue rear its ugly head on a Friday night. It wasn’t necessarily an emergency so I waited ‘til Saturday morn 2 contact their office. I texted my issue & within 5ish minutes, Nicole called me & said, can u come in Monday morn @ 0840?Monday morn I’m in & out in 30 minutes.Like I said above, this is the epitome of customer service.It would be so great if others in the business world would emulate this service. It is such a simple, but so important process, it’s just that most people just don’t get it; Dr.Brott & his staff though, most certainly do get it.Thank u Dr. Brott & Nicole.

Im 71 and come from a dental family (father was a dentist, brother an orthodontist, sister a dental-hygienist married to a dentist) and Dr. Brott is one of the best dentists ive ever been to... not only technically excellent with all the latest technology to treat you, but he is hands down the most unpretentious dentist who treats you like youre an old friend when he walks into the room, and on top of that he has a staff he treats like family... ive seen dentists treat their staff very condescendingly, which they believe is being professional - not Dr. Brott...
