My Moms laptop stopped connecting to any networks. I called All the computer repair shops in Napa CA and they said they could help for 100$ or more. No guarantees of success. This gentleman diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me about a 20$ USB wifi adapter that fixed the problem. He did all that free of charge and that is how you get a legit five star review. This might be one of those rare people that legitimately wants to help others.

Robert at Napa Valley Computer Geek is my go-to computer repair guy in Napa. Robert is quick to respond to my calls/texts and can usually work my repair quickly into his schedule. Robert has always offered his service at a fair fee, which as a small business owner, is appreciated. Ive had Robert do work at my office for years and am thankful to have his number when I need it. Robert has always been extremely knowledgeable and prompt in providing much needed services when IT issues happen/create emergencies for us customers. Robert has provided keen insight and tips (such as product sales, warranties, whether an upgrade is needed/not needed, etc.). I have used Robert several times over the past 3 years and have always been extremely satisfied. Of note is that he was extremely helpful and exhibited unbelievable patience in helping my 88 year-old father set up and troubleshoot issues on his new laptop. Im thankful for his excellent solution-oriented approach in delivering outstanding tangible results and definitely recommend his services!

Ive been having a nightmare trying to get a steady signal throughout our home. We have a Comcast system, but trying to get them to help is simply not an option...Today was the last straw. I called Robert to see if he could fit me in next week. After a brief discussion he mentioned he could swing by in a couple of hours to take a look. He had an appointment free up, so he was at my house within an hour of talking on the phone. 30 minutes later and the problem that plagued me for almost 2 years is behind me.Robert is now my go to guy!

This guy is great. In the current conditions in our country (flu virus) I needed to get something fixed and up and running quickly to be effective working at home. The service was timely, thorough, affordable and very competent in completing what needed to be done. He provides a great value and I know I won’t hesitate sending him more work!

They always fix whatever computer problems I have very quickly! They can usually come the same day I call and they are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they are happy to explain what they are doing and answer any questions with words that I understand.
