Store selection is fair, kinda rundown and people constantly smoking in parking lot no food selection tbh. Its not too easy to get around (its a big L shape with no continuous canopy) and if its sunny, quite hot due to all the asphalt with no shade.

This outlet are ok. but they are kind of small not all the big stores are if you want a full outlet experience go to san francisco outlets in livermore or in vacaville. The do have levis outlet and a gap.

Despite not being as big as the Livermore outlets, the Napa outlets have a lot of the brands you would want, and pretty good deals. If youre in the area for wine tasting, I would definitely recommend stopping over for brands like Brooks Brothers, Guess, Calvin Klein, Polo, Kate Spade, and more.

Terrible customer service. Was threatened by security for parking my work vehicle In the parking lot,(5 minutes) would not give me a reason as to why. The old man threatened to have my vehicle towed and the police called for trespassing. I was never given any warning, nor was I told prior to the incident to move my vehicle. you have nothing better to do than harass honest working people?

In a nutshell: Its a small and OK Outlet! Have seen better, have seen worse.You can quickly get through the shops, which are arranged around the large rectangular parking lot. Choice of brands is limited but still ok. Theres a small café and a small food court with three small food joints. When I was there (Feb 23), only one was available, though. Another was closed and the last was under construction. Deals in the stores were good, got some pretty good rebates (especially at Tommy Hilfiger).If you are passing through and just want to see whether there are some good deals in place — go for it. If you are on the lookout for a bigger outlet with a large choice of brands (which is your only destination for the day) youre probably better off elsewhere.

Love this Adidas store. I live an hour away and I travel to this specific store because of the employees who are good to each customer and genuine.There has been times that they run low on different things and womans clothes are limited items. More mens then womens. Small variety of kids as well

I recently visited this Center during a busy Saturday afternoon. I was pleased to see that they offered many stores that fit mine and my families needs! The Center is very clean and welcoming with ample parking available. I stopped in the bathrooms near the food court and noticed they were very clean, even during the busy lunch rush! Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful while I shopped! LOVE the new stores, especially Kate Spade! Oh, and if you sign up to be a VIP Shopper Club member, you get a free Savings Passport! WIN!!

In the food court, there is a mexican stand called Lenchos. Lenchos has a good flare for gourmet Mexican food. Good flavor play on Mexican spices. Tender meats in juicy broth. Homemade corn tortillas with their tacos. We ordered the same thing, but my corn tortillas were green, and my friends corn tortillas were regular color. (???) The tacos are fabulous. The fish and Chipotle are just the right combination to savor your mouth. And the deep-fried quesadilla was well done and topped with a lovely aioli. The chef is a master at flavors here. Although better tasting than the other Mexican restaurants in town, I was surprised that the attention to detail lacked on presentation, though.

Went to Nike and Adidas outlet for kids shoes for school. Parking is good and lots of shoes but the prices hardly make it what you would consider an outlet. Prices are still in my opinion, really high but if you have the funds and just more concerned with getting the brand and style you want then they definitely have a large, very large assortment, along with some clothing as well and the staff are very helpful. Prices threw me as I expected outlet prices....serious discounts...and that wasnt there so dropped it to three

Review for Lenchos Mexican food.The tacos were made with hand made tortillas but the fillings were very small. The zucchini vegetable taco was good but the tortilla overwhelmed the flavors of the zucchini’s due to the very small amount of filling that they give you. This was the same with the carnitas and the chicken pipian tacos. They were more like small bites but at $5 a taco is not what I was expecting. The Mole was very good but some of the bites had a bit more salt than other bites so that was not consistent but still good. The burrito carne asada and the Al pastor were okay, again very frugal with the filling portions in them. The best was the potato tacos.

The Kate Spade at Napa Premium Outlets store was excellent! The manager and sales team were excellent! I had a damaged item and they were able to exchange it, no questions asked. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location!

This outlet is somewhat low-key and smaller than the usually outdoor outlets. But it has the usual popular brands such as Nike, Adidas, Gap, Banana republic. Because its kind of out of the ways, it has plenty of parking space and friendly staff. The big minus is that it has a very small and limited cafe, only 3 food vendors.

OMG this place is awesome because there is it Guess outlet. The number of stores here are incredible, like a Levis store and a Ralph Lauren store. Unlike many other outlet malls, the Napa Premium Outlets is almost fully leased, definitely not a “dead mall.” Easily walkable, conveniently located off the 29 freeway. Nice shops, and there are still have a couple of places serving food and beverages.

Small, quiet shopping center. I like the Adidas outlet, although sometimes it is hit or miss on their selection. Under Armour is another good shop for activewear. The Lucky Jeans shop is great, staff is awesome. Have found some great pairs of sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut. Staff at the Coach store are very helpful.

Great shopping in the downtown area..(on the other side of First street ) really cant beat the brand names and amazing deals. I love the American Eagle store, Coach, Banana Republic. They have so many stores to choose from right here in Napa. A must stop place for visistors and for locals a little too tempting to want to go every weelend! :) Also there is a decent food plaza to rest and get some lunch.

Not really destination worthy (Livermore is larger), but if you only need to go to a few stores, you can have a successful trip.Pros: MaxStudio outletGreat service - very few shoppers in store on Friday evening. Staff offers to start a fitting room for you and will keep offloading items from your hands! this really beats fighting in line for a fitting room and then fighting in line to check out.Cons: super small plaza, only worth it if already passing through the area if there are stores you like.

This outlet sucks, the stores suck, this place is a waste of gas to drive to.Im pretty sure the only reason this place is still running is because the person who stopped here had a sick baby who puked on them and they needed a change of clothes so they could drive to a REAL shopping center to get clothes they would actually WANT to put in their closet! I wish that had been my situation and I dont even have a child!Its been almost a decade since Ive been here and nothing has changed. NEVER AGAIN! Out of the 3 places i decided to visit, the one that was most important (Sunglass Hut) declined my card multiple times, even after i had called my carrier (bank) and made sure it was all up to date and the balance was available, and even showed the cashier that my balance was sufficient, my card was atill being declined. I came with a friend for two things. We came with my friends son who wanted to ride on the new mechanical rocket ship and car but it wasnt working! The grounds keeper came up to us..very nice man. In the restroom today, the cleaning employee was cursing that patrons were using the restroom while he was cleaning it. Spoke with the management office and I was confronted with excuses and their hiring practices instead of empathy and consoling me. I only heard a sorry from the management staff as I was walking out the door. will not be returning to the property.UPDATE:Emailed Simon Property whom owns the property about filing a complaint on how management handled my complaint about the employee cursing, was contacted by the property manager and not her boss. Sad that the Corp that owns the property does not care to handle complaints about their individual property management professionally. Will not be shopping at any Simon property owned establishments.
