Super cute, and friendly atmosphere in here. It was my first time here and I had Ivee as my nurse. Melanie was extremely accommodating when I came! Ivee was amazing, I was really nervous coming in but she made me feel super comfortable and at ease. I definitely will be coming back here!

Had chin filler done over six months ago done at their Newport Beach location, it was too pointy for my liking and a bit asymmetrical. Decided to try again here, they totally understood what I wanted and mapped out my chin. Ambar was very detailed and asked for others opinions which I loved. The results are perfect, my chin looks symmetrical and natural. I highly recommend this location!!

5 ⭐️sI recently went to go get my lips and chin done for the first time at NakedMD, Chino Hills location, and I was amazed by my results. I initially wanted jawline contour but the nurse who attended me recommended chin filler instead due to my type of face structure, and I was greatful and happy for the advice on what suits me better. I dont remember what the nurse name was but she was super sweet and gentle. Professional place and people.

The first time I was here, everything went well. They listened to my needs and history with botox.The second time I returned it was horrible. The person completing the consultation with me provided unsolicited advise. Interesting because I have been getting botox most likely longer than she has been alive. SHE then finally agreed to lip filler; however, asked that I return in an hour due to her staff going to lunch and I would throw off the schedule. Would I not throw off the schedule if I returned in an hour...........that made not sense. I drove from Lake Elsinore to Chino Hills only to be told what is best for me and to waste my time. For sure will not be returning.

I have gone here twice now for lip filler. First time I used Versa and second time with Kysse. Loved both of these products and also my injector Leana. Everyone here is so nice and the girls at the front desk as well. I wouldn’t let anyone touch my lips except for her! She always listens to my concerns and gives me exactly what I want every time! She is very skilled and knowledgeable. Also made me feel so comfortable before and during the treatment since i’m such a chicken with needles. If you come here, request her. You won’t regret it! I also suggest buying the cream they sell because it helped my dryness so much. Thank you Nurse Leana!

Went to NakedMD for the first time today for tox! Jane and the NakedMD team were wonderful. Easy to find the location and check-in was smooth. I ended up doing tox on my forehead, frown line, and for TMJ. They explained everything well and made me feel comfortable with my appointment. I can’t wait to see my results in 2 weeks.

This is the only spa I will ever trust with my beauty needs. Everyone at this location is extremely kind and professional. Make sure to ask for Nick for injections! I received lip injections for the first time here. I was extremely nervous and feared they would look unnatural. Nick did a phenomenal job resulting in beautiful natural looking lips. I had minimal—almost no bruising—and felt very little soreness. It has been 5 months since I filled my lips and they still look amazing. I continue to get compliments on my shape and how natural they look. Because of this experience I only go back to Nick who has also done my Botox and lip flip. He has such a light hand where I barely felt a thing during the process. I also had no bruising or soreness after the tox. Trust me when I say this is the best place for any beauty needs.

It was great! I truly love this establishment & won’t go anywhere else (: they are so kind & caring. The only reason I’m not giving it a full rating is because during my consultation I was told that my “slouchy” eyebrow could be fixed with Botox/brow lift & that the injector could put extra Botox in my slouchy eyebrow. After the consult, the nurse came in, performed the brow lift & after consulting with her because I felt like they didn’t perform what we have previously discussed in the consult, she informed me that they cannot fix my eyebrow & they just gave me a brow lift instead. I was a bit disappointed & wished I would have been told during the consult that they couldn’t perform what I was actually asking for, because I would’ve backed out of the Botox & gotten a different procedure. I paid the $100 regardless ofc & will be going back for different procedures.

This was my first time getting any work done and I was nervous! I drove all the way from Yucca Valley to NakedMd Chino Hills after seeing their work online. I was greeted and checked in by Nicolette. I got lip filler with Nick and I have never had such an amazing experience with an injector that did above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and most importantly have amazing results. I had gotten .5ml at a different medspa at the start of the year, and it was not only much more expensive but I felt as though the aesthetician didnt hear what I wanted done.Nick not only listened to me, and gave helpful suggestions, but when we had a bit of filler left over and I was already liking my results but did want to use the rest of the filler I pre-paid for, he worked with it and created an amazing cupids bow, and such sharp defined lip lines. I still have some healing for the next week, but already I can see how balance and proportionate my lips are. I will always be coming back here for as long as Nick is there!

Very friendly staff. Janelle greeted me right away and provided me with water with added immunity boosters inside. My injector Perla had the most kind and comforting bedside manner. We mapped out my desired results and she walked me through the process of adding some youthful volume to my cheeks. She provided me a towel with essential oils to relax me and did such a beautiful job. I came here for an appointment with Perla yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! She was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable throughout my procedure and I was astonished with my results! I am so picky and very hesitant when it comes to trying a new injector but Perla exceeded my expectations. She has a forever patient with me. The day of my procedure l was beyond excited, l arrived and was greeted kindly by the office staff. Once checked in they gave me a chlorophyll water, and quickly I was guided to my room to get my procedure done. I did botox and the practitioner was super sweet and made feel very comfortable. Also she had great hands bc I barely felt anything!The whole staff were very friendly. I already scheduled couple facial sessions that I’ve heard it’s amazing! This was my first time getting botox and i had some anxiety getting my masseters injected but as i walked into the clinic, the staff made me feel at ease. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and i felt like i was taken care of while i was waiting for my procedure.My injector was Leane and she answered all my questions about the aftercare and what to expect. She was so sweet and felt like i was catching up with an old friend. Thank you, Leane!My appointment was scheduled at 9am and i was out by 9:30am. She’s sweet, fast and professional. I love that I’m in and out super quick and with no pain. Myriam is always so kind with making sure I’m following the proper aftercare. I was having so many issues with my skin and didn’t think anything was going to help but when I came here they took me back into a treatment room to discuss what Ive been using and in detail helped me figure out what is best for my skin. This was even before the facial and I felt so taken care of and happy right from the start!The facial was amazing and my esthetician was super attentive to my skin needs. They made sure to recommend a treatment plan for me to keep up on so my skin will continue to get better and I am so happy with how my skin looks now!! First time getting a Salt Facial and I must say, the experience was amazing. My pain tolerance isn’t very high so was a bit nervous at first but Genalyn was so informative and gentle, walked me through everything before she proceeded. (The salt facial is not invasive, it felt like I was getting a light exfoliating scrub on my face) I felt comfortable, relaxed, and rejuvenated at the end. The staff were all so friendly and professional, offering me a bottle of water at check in. I felt very taken care of. 😌 Loved my treatment so much that I booked my 2nd appt for next month. :)

I wish I could give 0 stars, I convinced my mother to get filler because she has thin lips, I made an appointment for her based on reviews and asked to make sure it was an RN or someone experienced since it was my mothers first time getting filler and I wanted her to have a good experience, well its now over 2 months since she got it done and the first time Ive seen her since I dont live near by, Im dissatisfied how her lips turned out, uneven one side looks higher than the other and not a good shape at all, shes not happy either and said she wont go back here, it makes me sad to see that they charged her and her outcome is not good at all, I guess you get what you pay for, they had a good sale for lip filler but the outcome is not pretty, horrible, wouldnt recommend this place. Now i will have to find another place to have it fixed.

I had high hopes for this place because of the good reviews and their social media. It was my first time getting lip filler so I was a bit nervous and tried doing my own research beforehand. I was a bit concerned when I didn’t receive any before care on how to prepare for the procedure. My injector was thorough on explaining the procedure and discussing what I wanted. I did feel as though my injector had a heavy hand and I did bleed a lot during the procedure (I am aware that bleeding is normal, but I felt as though I bled too much). I was also disappointed that I did not receive any aftercare instructions. I was told I would receive an email with the aftercare but I never did. Overall it was an okay experience, I wish they would’ve provided me more information on the care that comes with lip fillers especially since it was my first time.

Okay I had high hopes for this place due to the reviews… maybe the good reviews are for the other locations. This review is For the chino hills location specifically. I booked my under eye filler online and to start I got no call or text as a reminder for my appointment so I went through my emails and found my date and time. When I arrived it wasn’t a very warm welcoming staff like on the Reviews. Not drink offered like the reviews say, all I got was a “checking in ?” I thought it wasa little weird since usually other places are really fun and welcoming but I figured it didn’t matter. After being placed in the coldest room ever to wait for 20 min the person taking care of me walks in I think her name is Mau I’mNot if she eve have me her name I’m basing it of the confirmation email. She says I’m there for a prf for my under eyes and I was not so that was odd. I was like no I’m here for under eye filler and she proceeds to say how much she doesn’t like under eye fillers and how she doesn’t recommend it I’m sure all valid points but I’ve gotten it before and had no issues. But she seemed so against it ans like she was pushing me not to do it that I started to think maybe she wasn’t very good at this particular filler. After a it’s up to you, do you want to proceed ? I just decided to get up and cancel. It was a terrible experience andTotal waste of time. She asked me if anyone had face timed me to go over things or called me and I said no I didn’t even know they were supposed to. It was all just very disappointing, waste of time and I do not recommend this place maybe with a different injector… not sure how this place has so many good reviews. Again maybe with a differ person it would have been a different experience. Sticking to my original place even if it’s a further drive.

Both locations are great I first tried Newport Beach and now I tried chino hills and I honestly thought that my frown line was just permanent because no one has ever got it to freeze 🥶 until now !! Apparently the nurse is a miracle worker because she actually finally got it to stop 🛑 i did 50 units in all but 20 on my LL lines . I’ve now found my permanent neurotoxin place! Can’t wait to continue to come here .

Loved the aesthetic of this location and their staff! The coordinator direct messaging me on Instagram came out and introduced himself to me upon my arrival, super friendly. They provided each patient with chlorophyll water as well, and were very attentive. As for treatment, I received Xeomin from them. I had never gotten it before so the nurse patiently explained to me the benefits of it before getting 20 units to start off with. Will definitely be back, thank you guys!

For someone who is new to facials like me, it was important to have an esthetician who explained everything in depth and made me feel comfortable. Thats exactly how it was here at NakedMD. First, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Then, it was immediately clear that the esthetician had plenty of experience. Just by looking at my face she was able to suggest what kind of facial would work best for my skin, especially for my first time. We went for the basic introduction facial. I came out of their super glowy. My face was a little red but since I have sensitive skin that was inevitable. I noticed a difference in my skin even days after. My pores seemed much smaller and my face just looked healthier in general. I cant believe I waited so long to try a facial. I will definitely be going regularly. I went in for first time to get lip filler and I met grace ! Grace’s gentle auroa made me feel absolutely at ease. She walked me through it all and asked about my goals. She also asked if there were any specific concerns I wanted to target. She has a really keen eye for making solid recommendations but is sure to hear you out and make professional suggestions to anything you bring up. The pain was a 3/5 but her gentleness definitely helped. Grace is definitely going to become my go to for future bookings. On my way out, I recognized kandace from newport and as before, she was so kind and personable when checking me out. She made sure to schedule a precautionary appointment just in case I had any personal concerns come up, or wanted to see someone two weeks out -since this was my first time.
