Pascal is a WIZARD.I came in with a 10+ year old iPhone 4 that other stores claimed to be beyond repair (it was ran over). He didnt have the parts on hand, so we had them ordered. Within 2 days of their arrival, Pascal had it all pieced back together perfectly & for a great price. I wont be taking my repairs anywhere else from now on. Thanks!

Broke my entire screen on my iphone today by accident. Looked up two fix it companies here in Los Angeles and called both. The gentlemen at MyTechWorld answered my to the point questions efficiently and quoted me a price right away. I was able to come in, drop off my phone and come back in 30 min to see that it was repaired to perfection and made my phone looked and operated like new. I am so happy I found Pascal at My Tech World. I spilled coffee on my laptop took it to apple immediately and basically was told the minimum I would pay is $1,000 and it would have to be shipped, opened and analyzed. Pascal took it in and opened it within hours, cleaned it out, sent me images of the damages, clearly communicated what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and I got it back within in a day (lucky I didnt ruin all the parts). It was so refreshing to connect with someone who is experienced in their field and is just a kind & honest human. Thank you Pascal. What could have been a nightmare you made easy.

Pascal took his time communicating with me over the phone prior to my arrival at the store and when I picked up my laptop. I needed a battery replacement per Apple diagnostic. Pascal was able to do the replacement within a couple of hours and at a great price! I did make an appointment to secure the fast turn around. Parking not an issue in the plaza (went on a weekday after work).

I called another local shop, yards away from my own business, and I didnt receive a return call until two days after MyTechWorld repaired my MacBook. I cant recall the owners name, but he quoted me fair for the job requested. I submitted my laptop to him and the next day it was repaired, WIPED CLEAN AND LOADED W/ THE NEW IOS software, as promised. Good tech, better man, and you would be fortunate to do business with him.

Dont trust this people with your electronics. I took my electronic tablet over, just for them to take a look at it, and they charged me a fixing fee. In shocked I pay the fee. The tablet die within 3 weeks again, which tells me that they never actually fix it. I took it again and they gave me a nonsense explanation to keep taking my money. After a big argument, they returned my money and they said that they need it to take the piece they gave me previously back. The man took my tablet in the back and I heard loud snapping sounds, then he gave me the tablet. When I got home the home button and the audio connection are completely destroyed. He destroyed the tablet internally. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE!

Great Job AND Service Once Again!I took my Samsung 6 phone to My Techworld a few months ago after Sprint said they didnt have parts to repair my charger port. The gentleman at My Techworld said he COULD fix it and said give him about an hour on a Saturday. He called me in 20 MINUTES and had my phone FIXED! (Didnt have to buy a new phone from Sprint, those Jerks!)Recently I took a Sony portable DVD player ( about 8-9 years old that I bought for almost $300) to My Techworld that was broken. It had a crack in the screen frame, the screen was loose and the player did not work. The gentleman at My Techworld took a couple of days to look it over and said he COULD fix it for about $80. They not only put a new mother board in to make it work, they replaced the cracked frame and reset the screen! Its like new again! These guys are AWESOME! Now my kids can watch DVDs on the road again! THANKS AGAIN MY TECHWORLD!

Man do I wish I hadn’t come here! I saw most of the positives and thought OK, should be fine, even though I did scan through quickly and saw some negatives. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and it had a problem with charging through the port. I could still charge through wireless however which I was more or less fine with but thought, hey, if I could fix it easily and quickly, then fine.They told me it was $75 to fix the port and I said OK. They told me I had to change my battery too. $40 for a new battery they said, I said fine.When I came back some 2 hours later, I saw my phone looking trashed and ugly. See pics. My phone looked practically perfect cosmetic-wise before and now the back and front had these ugly marks from being ripped open. When I pointed this out, the tech guy at first didn’t even admit it was damaged, said it was glue or something (yeah, you carelessly ripped apart the phone wrong and now the glue ripped off the backing causing damage).Well whatever it was, it’s ugly and he 100% did this. It’s mostly on the back but if you look at the front, you’ll see damage too. I was pissed about this and asked why he didn’t inform me of any possible damage of opening the case and he said he didn’t know it would damage. Later on, he contradicted himself saying other cases open with minor damage on the side only. At no time did anyone ever mention this could happen or was likely or possible. If so, I would have chosen not to have any work done at all, since the port charging problem was minor since I could still wireless charge. I’d much rather continue to wireless charge than have the beat-up ugly phone I do now! I mentioned all this, and the 2 guys stared blankly at me like they did nothing wrong.Well at that point the damage was done and the most they offered was a $15 discount (at first the older tech guy offered $5 off). At that point I said fine give to me and let me get my phone and get of here. I left and minutes later in my car, I then noticed my buttons on the bottom of the phone didn’t work at all! I went back in and told them and they opened it up and worked on it some more. That was fixed but the phone was still ugly and unsightly from all the damage they did to it to open it.Even worse still, I later find out the microphone in the phone doesn’t work when I tried to make a call on it. I can hear the other end fine but they can’t hear me at all. I then realized they screwed up my microphone too! I only noticed much later because I use the bluetooth connection in my car. I go back the next day and the Pascal guy reluctantly worked on my phone, implying that maybe I already had damage to it and or that it was almost about to fail by itself which is just ridiculous. Their sloppy work was obviously the cause for this! He agrees to fix it and says “no charge” and goes on to say how it’s costing them all this time and money to work on my phone, like he’s doing me a favor. It’s not like I wanted you to break my phone and waste my time either. At the very least, fix the problems YOU created and not blame me for your poor work. It’s not my fault you destroyed my phone and can’t repair correctly. I’m not the one advertising phone repair and charging for it….So I spend some 5 hours there the 2nd day, get it back and the microphone is fixed but cosmetically it’s even uglier. The Pascal guy said he had to remove the screen to do something and replace something which caused even the main screen part to have this ugly tear or rip. I now have to stare at this all the time now since it’s on the actual screen! Ughhh… The microphone did work at that point and I checked the buttons and they appeared to work so I left. I told him how unhappy I was with this whole thing, how he made me waste several hours on the first day there and about 5 hours the next (!!), but he was unwilling to offer a refund.There was more I wrote but it says character limit exceeded so... That’s my experience with them. Good luck to you if you go there yourself. I would highly recommend against it however.
