It was my third order with mypanier. The two first ones were fine. The last one didn’t go well. Ten days after ordering, I had to email them to check what was going on! They apologized but it took ten more days to get my order… which arrived in a very bad shape.

Although it’s great being able to order products, they clearly don’t know how to package and store their products. I have ordered twice now and it has been a disaster. The chocolate taste stale, the cans are all dented. The boxes are smashed and rhe chocolate melted ( due to a lack of insulation and proper packaging). I am so disappointed. Also every package has had missing items. For the up charge I would think better ( ex 8 dollar can of veggies that is 2 euros in France). The chips were placed at the top and exploded in the box. All of the biscotte are crumbs and inedible. Pictures attached.Update:I see the business replied but it won’t let me reply back. I believe my post has enough details provided to help you understand the one star review. Additionally, the customer service you provide is slow to respond and clearly not well managed. For example I sent details and pictures of each damaged product and was sent an email stating “please provide pictures of each damaged item.” Will respond again with the information.

I ordered $100 worth of items. After over a week I inquired why I had not received shipping info and they said one item was unavailable and they were waiting so I said just cancel the order as the persons I intended the gifts for would no longer be in the area. Instead of canceling miraculously I immediately got a shipping notice and when I checked with the shipping company they said the only thing that had been done was that a label had been created and that nothing had been picked up or shipped. When I finally got a package (another week later) the chocolate was ashy looking and tasted old or like had been stored in very varied temperatures like it had melted several times. I would not recommend this company at all. Their customer service is very unimpressive and was deceitful when I inquired.

I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and the third time was definitely NOT a charm! They truly do NOT care about their customers experiences. I ordered 3 times from them. 1st time no issues, 2nd time, long story short, an item was missing and I received a refund for it.  This 3rd (and last) time, 2 products were severely damaged and 1 was expired.  Their packaging has never been the greatest and this time, it was so poorly packaged that everything got smashed! Bottles of syrups were dented, cookies crumbled and some were inedible. My French salt container was busted and there was salt everywhere when I opened the box. My biscottes were crumbs and one product was expired! I emailed them and they offered a store credit or loyalty points. I replied that I do not plan on ordering from them again and requested a refund for the damaged and expired items they sent me. They agreed.With the many negative reviews about their poor packaging, customer service and these last 2 experiences, Im honestly surprised, things have not gotten better at myPanier. They just dont care it seems like. Its truly disappointing! I DO NOT recommend and will NOT order from them again. You can find most products on AMAZON now, just head there.

Placed an order on May 2nd. Estimated delivery was May 18-20th. I have sent two emails with no response. Have called the phone number with no answer and no return call. Have never received any notification of shipment. When I check my order status it just says “order received “. This is my first experience with them and will be my last. Beware.

NO STORE NAME but little parking signs: easy to miss. At least for me. But once inside you don’t know exactly where you are. Back in France? Italy? Spain? Various spices from Europe and North Africa (Algeria, Morocco), got lamb merguez, I’m dying to taste! Neat place, staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be back!

3rd Order From My Panier! Great selection of French products that are hard to find in the central part of the U.S. & at a great price. Received my order in a timely manner. However I have learned the hard way not to order dated products in quantity because the 4 jars of Benedicta Mayo I received have a very short expiration/distressed dates. Most will be way past its expiration dates before they are opened. A COMPANY TRYING TO ADAPT TO THE INTERNET AGE BUT FAILING! I should have read the Google reviews. In the future I will order at a higher price from Amazon. BUYER BEWARE!

This place has amazing French products that are hard to find. Is it a bit overpriced, paying 20 dollars for chocolates that cost 5 euros in France, sure, but you pay for it to experience the nostalgia. My complaint is with their customer service. According to their instagram, they are the largest supplier of French products. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of products from them and have always been a loyal customer. I recently had two packages stolen from my front porch, one of which was the mypanier order worth 250 dollars. It had all the Christmas treats inside for my family. We decided that instead of gifts we would splurge on treats and French goodies as it is very expensive. I explained to one company and they immediately replaced the package, mypanier on the other hand has been a nightmare to deal with. I explained to them that FedEx doesn’t want to take responsibility for the package ( despite them delivering after 10 pm and not ringing the doorbell) because mypanier doesn’t require a signature of receipt, so they claim they are at fault. Mypanier wants me to deal solely with FedEx as “ once the package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible.” Although they are not wrong in believing that, for a company that has business insurance and the largest supplier of French products, I would think that customer retention and service would be their main priority. Further, FedEx informed me that a business who files a claim is more likely to have it approved than the recipient filing it, especially since they have business insurance and protections in place. Although I have explained that to them I seem to be getting the same response. Unfortunately, without FedEx approving the claim and without a replacement package, we will be without treats this holiday season. I say this as a caution to others, with porch pirates on the rise, the poor customer service and understanding for others at mypanier, and the lack of signature required for such a costly package, you may want to think twice before ordering from this company. Although I have enjoyed some of their products, when they are available and not sold out, and have ordered thousands of dollars worth of products, I am sad to say that based on their ethics and treatment of my circumstances I am going to have to stop recommending this site to others and will no longer be ordering from them.

They had the specific Brand and type of flour I was looking for to make pizzas. Great selection of snacks as well. The person at the register was friendly.
