I’m not a reviewer by any means but I just wanted to share my experience and to be honest - it was amazing. Joshua Leyva is such an easy going salesmen, my mom and I never felt pressured by him. He provided options, took his time, and provided really great customer care/service. I had my 2 year old with me and Joshua L. was so great and patient when it came to conversations. I would highly recommend going through him. He provided us a great deal and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I had a great experience at this dealership.Omar helped me in finding the perfect vehicle for me. He was patient, respectful, and honest! After my prior experience from attempting to buy my first car from a different dealership I was hesitant and anxious to get my hopes up only to leave with nothing. BUT Omar was able to make it happen. I definitely would recommend this dealership. There was no pressure which made everything go smoothly. I was able to leave within a few hours with a good apr, good price and the vehicle I wanted. They did not disappoint!

The maintenance warranty is not covered at every Ford as sales rep lied to us about. The car we bought is a lemon. It’s not only giving us transmission issues, front and back differential leaks, broken CV Axels, and so many more issues…. This car was 40k we put down 20k and this was what we got!?? Who has 40k laying around. You’ll regret buying from them. The oil place they send you to across the street is a hack job they not only break stuff on your car but they lose pieces to the oil pan… I’m missing all my bulbs and thankfully my bf the buyer of the car is a mechanic because he is the one who is fixing your mistakes after WE BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY…. They are a scammers. I didn’t read the reviews hopefully you read mine and realize they don’t care about you they care about your money. We have to pay over 10k to get this car drivable I have 3 kids to feed and we’re in a situation that they placed us in. Please don’t let them fool you.

Rick Mims handled my purchase very well. He was great to work with and handled everything I needed. I would absolutely work with him in the future however, the issues Ive had to deal with after the sale were unacceptable. This is the second car I have purchased from this company and both have had issues within a week of the sale. In this case, I started experiencing loud knocking noises on any minor speed bump as well as a progressive vibration that seemed to get worse as I drove the vehicle. I took it to American Tire depot in Hanford as I use them for all my vehicles and they informed me that the idler arm and Pittman arm were bad. As soon as they got it in the air 2 of the wheels were loose, most likely what was causing the shaking and knocking. Also, the tires were 5 years old and tread was separated on 2 of them. I had been driving this truck up and down the valley in the few days I had it and could have ended up in the hospital or worse behind these issues. I contacted the dealership as these issues should have been caught by them. The sales manager Freddy Flores seemed helpful at first but then told me that if the state of California didnt require him to fix the issues then there was nothing he could do. He was supposed to call me back for pick up of the truck within an hour and I didnt hear anything back all day. I called twice with no answer. I needed this truck running and I ended up paying for the repairs myself. Later, at around 5:45 PM I received a text message from Freddy Flores but by then the issues were resolved by me. There were no apologies or questions about anything.Im not trying to say that this is the worst dealership, I just wanted to let people know about this experience I had with them. Im sure people have had great experiences here but unfortunately for me I did not.

I would love to give negative stars for this review. We bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 from this dealership in September 2023 that shortly after we bought it started losing power while driving. We took it to the Chevy dealership to find out that it was faulting wiring to the battery and they fixed it. Just thought oh well its a used vehicle these things happen. Fast forward to February 2024 we purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and within a month and a half have been told it needs a new engine. To top it off our September purchase went back to the shop to be told it needs a new transmission. We contacted the Sales Manager to inform them that the two vehicles we have purchased within the past 6 months have major mechanical issues and would they stand behind their vehicles and help out with out of pocket costs to get these repairs done. I was told the information was forwarded on to the General Manager and owner of which never even took the time to call and thank us for buying two pieces of junk and maybe apologize for it and see how they could make it right. They hid behind their Sales Manager and had him call to say that we purchased a used vehicle and any normal wear and tear we would have to pay for out of pocket. This is not wear and tear from our very short time of owning these vehicles these are vehicles that are junk. No coincidence that we bought two vehicles from one dealership that both ended up having major mechanical issues in a matter of months. I will never purchase from this dealership or its affiliates again. Also check the Yelp reviews before you buy from this dealership because there are others on there that are experiencing similar issues. I am sure this will be removed by the owner in short time. The whole reason we came back a second time was because the sales process was super easy. Now I know why they want this junk off their lots quickly.

My husband and I recently had quite the experience with this typical used car dealership. First, the car was supposed to be delivered on Monday. When we reached out, after multiple calls we were told it would be Wednesday instead. When we again reached out on Wednesday we were told it would be Friday morning. Finally, after multiple calls that went to a full voicemail, it was finally delivered Friday evening without the promised 2nd key fob. After a week of unreturned calls, Josh Nunez has the audacity to lie and say he never promised a 2nd key. Don’t do business with these people if you expect honesty or quick and reliable service.

I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle with the market the way it is. However, I wanted to get back into a truck. My Carpark by Fahrney was real persistent calling and sending texts after I went and looked at a vehicle. My last two vehicles have been through this dealership. Another time I came to look at a vehicle that I made an appointment to see, but upon arriving I found out the vehicle was sold. This time I financed a truck, which we know are expensive. As I had more time to listen to it when I got home I was concerned because the breaks or some other part were screeching badly. I didn’t hear this during the test drive because the salesmen are talking about the features and it was hot so I had the windows rolled up. In less than 2 weeks I’ve had to make arrangements to bring the truck back to try and resolve this issue. I feel that my vehicle and others need to be inspected more thorougly, other than just the regular maintenance before they put the cars on the lot. My first visit was to the service department they told me the noise was normal, to which I told them no it wasn’t! I even have videos of this loud and disturbing noise. The second visit I dropped it off on Friday before closing hours. That way when Monday came around they could start fresh on it. I asked the service rep to please keep me in the loop. I didn’t hear back until Wednesday, and I had to call, which was also difficult to get through. When I was finally able to get through, they hadn’t even gotten to my truck! Not trying to be entitled, I feel my truck should have some priority given the situation of me just purchasing this vehicle. This is also my only means of transportation. The sales department seemed real persistent to get me/customers inside the business, but once papers are signed and customers have more questions/concerns, they’re done on their part. Makes the customer feel brushed off. I think I’m not out of line being beyond upset. Unless matters are resolved I’ll have to take other measures to make this situation right. This has been a very stressful and frustrating experience.

Cristian and Hiram are really professional and will work with your budget. Went to three different places and just didnt get a good vibe. Cristian is super relaxed not pushy knowledgeable and patient. Hiram went above and beyond to provide a doable payment. I appreciate the extra effort guys! Huge thank you!I am beyond devistated with how things have turned out after purchasing a car from them. Found issues on the drive home called to get it checked out at there sister company across the street. Brennan said it had to be approved by a manager before checking it out. No managers answered finally made contact with Matt the sales manager from GM who signed off to make the issues we were having right by getting it checked out . They put a dye and said to run it so they can see whats going on made a follow up anappointment. In the mean time The finance guy from carpark calls and urgently wants the contract re signed. This time he said that warranty cannot be in the loan and has to be paid outright? He does offer a 18 month payment plan for 3 thousand plus dollars a thousand more than was originally given. Talked it over and mentioned the car already had an appointment and after going back and fourth with my partner and over all feeling pressured by the finance guy to sign already we made peace with the idea that after they correct (what should have been cought in their 120 point inspection that they so proudly stand by to give piece of mind to potential buyers. )We can take the car and be responsible for future breakdowns . Now when we take the car for the scheduled appointment we are told that Brennan asked for the day off???? Ok no problem a very polite worker named Erin affers to help me to the correct side to get the car checked out. Poor guy had no knowledge of what was going on and no notes were there for him to go by. Well its been almost two weeks the sales manager at GM conveniently does not remember this conversation. The only reason the first appointment was made was because I refused to pay for something that should of been cought in the first place this needed the sign off in the first place. Its been almost two weeks with this frustrating situation no one answers no one is available except for that poor guy whose trying to see if the other warranty will pay for these issues. What a headache and money draining experience the car was purchased because it was from a reputable dealer so we thought? We should have ran off when we got the bait and switch. The main reason we went there was for the $9,990 car that was advertised on their big screens but when we asked about it the sales man said they only had 7 cars all worth around 15 k. That should have been a huge red flag but sadly I fell for their charm and sweet talk about only having quality vehicles that have been thoroughly inspected. I just hope they make this right and fix what should have been cought in the first place.Update on review it took an exact month to get the car back. One month of going back and fourth calling for updates Managers and all staff that so happily helped us at one point never returning calls. They did fix a water pump leak while other issues were fixed outside of their shop and paid by us because this had become a living nightmare dealing with all the run arounds. If they would have taken accountability from the beginning and made it right it would have been a different experience for sure.

Saw an online listing for a manual transmission Tacoma, which are hard to find. Was contacted by a sales associate, Will, and was told it was an automatic, but he sent me a link with an enthusiastic this one is stick! So I made an appointment to see it that weekend. I confirmed with two or three other sales associates who reached out to verify the appointment that I would be there to see the *manual* truck. I drive down day of appointment 4 hours from north of Sacramento, to be assigned to a different sales associate, and within 5 seconds of opening the door to the truck, it was obvious this was an automatic. Anthony, the sales associate, realizes its the wrong stock number. They check. That one is automatic too! Sales manager gets involved, tells me their Vin decoder that generates their online inventory pages made an error, marking it as manual. Then proceeded to make suggestions for other purchases I was not interested in, including a great deal on an automatic and you can trade it in when we get a manual! - why would I pay for something I dont want. He also offered shopping for a 24 model but they are changing the body style and they are more expensive. Spent about 2 hours at the dealership, plus another 4 hour drive home. They filled half a tank for me at $30. For a wasted 10 hour day. It would have taken someone 30 seconds to verify the vehicle had 2 pedals and not 3 as requested. Sales Manager joked that he should have been the one to verify. Supremely irritated.
