I am a 77 year old, not tech savy person, with homes and computers in Florida and the Dominican Republic. Mani is only a phone call away, and has solved every problem I have had. I highly recommend him.

We have been working with My Remote Tech for quite some time, around 5 years. They are responsible for IT consulting and support for our 3 companies which all located in Los Angeles but different locations. Recently we have been saved by My Remote Tech due to an unexpected server crash including all our exchange local emails. Our company has been working with My Remote Tech for a little over 3 years and have had a great experience. Mani is responsive, clear and problem solver. As someone with little IT knowledge I appreciate how helpful he is and it definitely makes my job easier. Give them a call ;)

I recently had some issues with our Mac systems in our office which apparently was difficult to resolve! The reason Im saying is because we had two different Mac consultants trying to fix our issues and unfortunately they both failed to fix the problems. Finally we found My Remote Tech to come and look at our systems just to see if they can do something. Surprisingly they did fix our issues on the first spot at the quickest time. Ever since weve been working with My Remote Tech as our primary outside IT & computer consultant and it couldnt be any better since our downtime has been decreasing exponentially. Living in the neighborhood I pass this place all the time, today I needed them severely and he really pulled through for me. Within 20 minutes he had my POS laptop up and running. Real friendly and honest guy as well. 10/10
