Our VA joined us as we were opening our new practice. It was just he and I to start. He has excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, attention to detail and a great work ethic. Any barrier we faced as a new business, our VA met the challenge head-on. Now that we are up-and-running, the rest of the staff also enjoy working with our VA. He balances kindness and professionalism and is a valued member of our team. Our patients also share how helpful he is. We had our VA, Mary Santos, start with us in February and I truly enjoy working with her. Shes shown to be very reliable and helpful. I researched MMM and decided while minimally more expensive, the candidate pool would likely be stronger and I liked they enforced their policies of respecting the VAs PTO, and community values. I am glad that I can hire qualified people on a full-time basis who are provided a living wage and benefits without bankrupting my business. I found MMM through a google search, and then started talking with John L. He was very friendly and had a lot of good questions for me, discovering if a medical virtual assistant (MVA) was right for me. After a few months of me thinking, and preparing I pulled the trigger with MMM because of a few reasons. First, the company is US based, and theyre HIPAA compliant, and continue to keep their employees up-to-date with HIPAA policies. Secondly, was how well they were at communicating to me in a timely manner.
