10/10!! Great customer service— very accommodating and considerate. My mom wasn’t home the first time they stopped by and they didn’t leave the flowers since it was extremely hot that day. I missed their call because my phone had overheated and turned off! They went back at a time that I confirmed my mom would be home and hand delivered the flowers to her. Thank you so much, she loved them!

Im so impressed by this flower shop. I ordered an arrangement for my sisters birthday, and it looked just as great as the website image and honestly EVEN BETTER in person. I’ve been using them for years but the quality has gone down. I was concerned about the freshness of the flowers and even wrote a note about wanting the freshest flowers since I have been noticing that they include older looking flowers sometimes. The bouquet my mother received for Mother’s Day had some wilty brown flowers. For $160 plus, there should be attention to detail. I need to find a new florist.

Wonderful service! Easy to order. The communication was excellent. I didnt see the bouquet in person but the recipient sent a photo and it looked every bit as beautiful as the photo on the website. Ive been to a LOT of florist websites and I think the creativity of My Glendale Florist is one of the BEST!.On the day of delivery, at the last minute, there was difficulty delivering because they couldnt reach the recipient but My Glendale Florist stayed on it, contacted me, continued to contact the recipient and all was good! Wow! This place is fantastic. Now I know why they have so many reviews. I’m currently in Connecticut and called them for an arrangement for a friend’s birthday. I told them they could decide on the design. I gave them an amount that I wanted to spend, they completely knocked it out of the park. My friend received the most creative arrangement with the most beautiful pink and white roses, and other extra flowers added. It was stunning. I order flowers all the time from different places around the country and this is legitimately one of the best. I will definitely be ordering again.

One of the rare times the actual product was better than the online photo. I ordered an arrangement for a friend’s birthday. When I received the BloomSnap after delivery, I was very doubtful that that was what had been delivered. The photo was just too professional-looking and the arrangement seemed to be better than what I thought I ordered. Still, I prayed that the final product would be at least half of what the BloomSnap showed.When my friend sent me the photo of what she received, lo and behold, it was the exact arrangement pictured in the “professional-looking” photo! I couldn’t believe it. It’s a shame I don’t actually live in California or else I would have found my new florist...

I needed a dozen long stem roses sent to a neighboring city - and I needed it same-day, by early afternoon.. This florist was fabulous. I specifically asked them if they could use certain greenery with the long stem roses, as well as I wanted the *color* of the roses to be a dark, burgundy color. What was received was perfect!. Deep burgundy red, and velvet petals. She is elated with the bouquet. If youre looking for a florist that really LISTENS, this is your florist. I ordered, and they delivered within 4 hours. Walked in very hesitant to what the service was going to be like but walked out extremely happy. The lady that helped me was very kind even though I interrupted her lunch time. She was kind patient and very helpful. They have a huge selection of arrangements you can choose from and they even tweaked it to my liking. I ordered flowers to be delivered at a bridal luncheon and not only did they deliver them on time, but they delivered the prettiest, freshest flowers Ive seen in a long time. I can’t begin to say how pleased I am with Glendale Florist. My wife just moved from her DTLA office to Glendale so I had to find another florist to handle my special occasion deliveries to her. I love this local Flower shop. I have ordered couple of times from My Glendale Florist and they have always made beautiful arrangements. What you see and pay in the pictures, is what you get. I am very happy with their delivery service as well. They notify you step-by-step as soon as your flowers leave the store and reach the destination. My Glendale Florist is the ONLY florist that I will use in my local area. I wish I could send their flowers to my friends all around the country. There is a special talent they have which make bouquets of flowers come to life. What I also love is their attention to detail with the logistics/shipping of the products. Glendale Florist exceeded my expectations- while ordering an arrangement for my grandmothers funeral, they called to make sure they had all the information they needed to coordinate with the funeral home and texted when it was delivered. When we arrived, I was floored by how beautiful the arrangement was- it was even better than the picture. They added other blooms that were beautiful (and this was with the standard order, not deluxe). My mom, who wasnt keen on getting flowers in the first place, was so thankful that we did. She loved them and thought the arrangement was the perfect way to show our love for such an amazing woman in our lives. The bridal bouquets at this place start at $150 but I didnt want to spend that much. So I went for the regular bouquet priced at $65 (for 12 roses). I asked for matching paper for the wrapping and a little bit of customization as it was my wedding. Picked it up the next day but the paper was brown and looked like the wrapping was put together in 5 mins with no thoughts. I live in Australia and Ive been using Glendale Florist to send flowers to my loved ones in the US for a couple of years now, as they do such a great job.This time I had a problem trying to add an item to my order and used the online helpers at the florist to try and solve the problem. I cannot over-emphasise the support they provided in trying to overcome the issue. In fact after I gave up, they kept on trying and managed to rectify the problem whilst I slept. I ordered the Vanda Orchid and Lisianthus Special from Glendale Florist for my fiancées birthday.Having them delivered to her work, I was nervous they wouldnt get delivered properly (I didnt have good luck in the past with 1-800-FLOWERS).They sent me a text when it was out for delivery (saying itd be delivered in about 23 minutes) and one saying itd been delivered shortly after my fiancée texted saying how beautiful the flowers were.Im glad I found BloomNation and Glendale Florist. Heres why these guys rule: I ordered flowers for my wife in the afternoon. Already a late start. The flowers I wanted were out of season, but they had some available at another store, so they got a speedy pick-up and got them for me.Then, the address I told them to go to was an old, out of date address. Time was getting on and it looked like they were going to have to delay the order a day or two. Damn. BUT NO. They didnt give up. They found the right address on their own and got it delivered anyways. It was a lot further, too.Not only did they deliver it in time, but they didnt charge me for the extra effort. Also, they ran out of small vases, so they gave me a full size arrangement! Now THATs uncommon service. My wife got her flowers and all her co-workers were impressed, and the girls were jealous... Ok, so I made up the jealous part, but she got compliments.Highly recommend these guys.
