Extraordinary service doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. Orion is by far one of the friendliest, warmest, and efficient customer service associates I’ve ever met. I was in a terrible spot unable to use my phone due to a broken screen, which we all know now of days is our life, so a very delicate situation. I could tell how much Orion not only cared but genuinely wanted to help me. I thought I was being over dramatic however he did stress the importance of this item in my life. In 20 mins he repaired my screen and calmed me down. I was able to go to work knowing everything was going to be okay 😀

The young guy forcibly scanned me in for $40 “diagnosis” when I had asked if just buying a new phone would be about the same as the repair. *Charged* then he said it was unrefundable for the first initial diagnosis for the screen repair, then said it was actually part of the payment towards the screen repair or lowering the overall price ALL only after I had asked if it would’ve been cheaper to just get a new phone, he said no so I ended up getting the repair, then dropping it in water came back to the other store they have in Santa Rosa and then that guy cost about the same and all this time it would’ve probably just been better to get a new phone but they were untruthful when I had asked if buying a new phone would’ve been cheaper or about the same. As well as the fact that when I brought it home the first time the phone kept turning on at night leading me to believe the younger first guy might’ve added spyware. The volume buttons don’t work now but after more searching I do believe is associated with the water damage and not the tech’s direct fault.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This little phone fix-it shop is fast, fair priced, and super customer friendly!! They work on laptops too.

Great company, very professional and respectful. I needed help with my tablet and it was quick to fix here. Michael definitely broke his back for me. That man is one of the nicest people I’ve met. Not only have you made a loyal customer but a friend! Thank you Michael! Great job

2 weeks ago I brought my stop-working iPhone 7 Plus to this place for the first time.I ended up getting a used iPhone for an emergency. There was some minor issue with my Verizon connections so I had to get a used iPhone twice.It was unnerving but a very new valuable learning experience to me.In spite of my rushing needs Noah was able to provide super patient, polite and considerate services to me. Thanks to his help, I was able to have a great vacation with security—a working iPhone on me.He is probably a nicest person I have encountered in Santa Rosa area.I am very grateful to him.Now my family have a reliable help for our computer equipments.

I LOVED the work that was done on my phone. I thought I would never be able to fix my phone ever again but Michael helped me out and made miracles happen. Michael made me feel like I was just not another business transaction. He took out of his day to provide me the best service and I really appreciated that.

Wow!!! The best service that I got for a long time. I had a simple problem with my work phone (that you can imagine how important it is) they fixed it in less than 5 minutes and everything is working like new.The price is more then fair.5 stars all the way!!!!

This place is the absolute best! After the 2022 holiday season, I broke my phone and urgently needed it repaired SAME DAY and they did so without a problem. I dropped it off once they opened and they had it ready for me by 4p, give or take some time, a friend had to pick it up for me.This has been my first ever review due to how impressed I was, 10/5 stars!

I had just found this local store for computer repairs. I had my battery for my iPhone replaced. an older iPhone 6. Michael was very welcoming and seems to know his business very well. I could’ve waited and had it done right away, but I chose to come back the next day as I was in a hurry. Very convenient!

Awesome! Its rare these days to find a business that still cares for customer service. This place helped me and provided service to me for what I could affordable. They genuinely wanted to help me and get my cell running again, and didnt take advantage. Thank you so much for restoring some hope that there are still good people in this world! This place rocks, I wont go anywhere else for all my cell needs.
