First off, I never leave reviews but I just had to praise Mariah and Roberts AMAZING customer service. This is my third time working with the both of them and they always go above and beyond for ALL their clients. My friends and family all support our favorite local tech repair shop My Cell Repair! Im so happy they finally offer insurance which beats Apple and all cell phone providers prices. My phone was not usable so they filed a claim for me and got my claim expedited. I only paid $29 for my deductible on a screen that is about $200. I was in and out in less than an hour! Top quality parts and service! They have a customer for life. Thank you again to my two favorite technicians!

Avoid this place at all costs. This place has no knowledge on how to properly fix phones. Reviews are not accurate. I got my phone repaired here, and it was never fixed correctly and now my phone is broken. I tried to go in to get it fixed again and they never fixed it. So I go in again, in line another customer is also in line for a faulty phone repair just like me. Hearing his story was the last straw and I left and went to buy a new phone and will avoid this place indefinitely.

Robert was SUPER nice and fixed my Samsung within minutes. We drove over 2 hours to get it fixed here. He was very welcoming, we had great conversation while he fixed my phone and he was happy to show and teach my kids some tech-y things. I highly recommend Robert at my cell repair. This phone repair place is a great resource. They are very knowledgeable and can diagnose and fix just about anything that is fixable on Android or Apple phones. Phone repair is not cheap by its nature. Parts are expensive and you pay for highly specialized labor. They also sell phones and accessories.

Do not come here. This place is definitely sketchy. I had my phone repaired here by someone named Robert he was very nice and sounded like he knew what he was doing. He greeted me and right away told me that he knew the solution to why my phone was not charging. I’ve had times where I just needed to clean it out and that did the job, but I trusted him left my phone with him and came back to pick it up and it was done. It started working again. Skeptical I went to Apple to check if the charge port was actually changed and they told me the device was never opened. I wanted to go get my money back, but hey, what do you know I was charged cash and not given a receipt!!! Do not come here. These guys are scammers and thieves. I’m never taking my place to a phone repair spot ever again I knew it was too quick and kind of shady. I should have listened to my gut.

To Robert and his staff, I feel thank you is never enough when said, for how many times you all have fixed and ironed out my phone related issues, I lost count ages ago. there isn’t another place in Santa Rosa that will offer pricing as fair, nor will they ever offer advice that is intended to take you deep out of your own pocket and comfort zone. Through a series of unfortunate events, my cell recently phone lost connectivity. For 5 days no calls, or texts came through. A trip to the Santa Rosa Verizon store resulted in an emphatic approach in an attempt to persuade me to buy a new phone or find a Sim card tray replacement. Well the prospect of redownloading contacts, texts and reconfiguring my phone was not in the cards let alone the cost for the new phone, so I embarked on a journey to repair my phone..Robert Balian was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and was able to get my phone connection fully restored. Both times I have used this business for repairs, Robert has been very helpful. He strikes me as very confident in his skill and always assures me he can handle the repairs for my phone. I met the owner Kris the first time I went here last summer and he also seemed very confident and assuring too. They make a good team and seem to actually like helping people. I recommend you have your phone and tablet etc repairs here and avoid the hustle and bustle of the SR mall. This store is in a less busy part of town than the mall, and is much easier and convenient to get in and out of. I am glad I found this repair store! 👍👍💯

Perhaps they mentioned (I dont recall) that the glass may break while repairing the phone as a boilerplate statement, but I didnt expect they would actually break it! I thought they were professionals. Not only did they break the back glass, but they didnt fix the original problem that I came in for either. So now I have 2 problems instead of one. They were not willing to give a refund or even just fix the glass THEY broke. Customer service when things dont go right was very poor. Not even an apology. What a waste of time and money. Use these guys at your own risk. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Buyer BEWARE!

I didn’t know what happened to my phone and she told me it was water damage after examining it. Her male partner was very nice too. They were really fast to fixing it! So worth it! She replaced a port in a more Then Expedient time Frame. I felt very taken advantage of, and was told on the phone that the $400 new screen came with a battery. Then when I was in the store, I was told some new screen repair packages from Samsung come with a battery and some don’t, but same price and extra for the battery. The owner would not stop trying to sell me everything in the store including his dog, and not to mention they charged us $66 for a non refundable diagnostic test leading us on that it would work. Which then they proceeded to act like we should’ve known it wasn’t going to work from the extreme damage from the start. At the end they tried to charge an extra $250 for a “data extraction” which would be just taking the pictures and contacts off. He seems very desperate for money and shiesty. Take your money else where!

Don’t bring your phone here. They destroyed my iPhone . The screen they replaced was not working. My iPhone started typing by itself and the touch screen didn’t work. I wasn’t able to go in right away and he questioned me accusing me of breaking my phone. I had a screen protector on my new screen. He said I broke but also said the new screen isn’t working properly. Then asked why I took 9days. To come in. They have a 30 day policy yet he would fix my phone. When I paid for the new screen he charged me$3 to use my credit card and also wanted a tip which Igave $10. If I Lon what kind of crook he is I wouldn’t of spent a dime. This place is awesome! Robert helped me change the charging port on my uncles rugged cellphone, and made it easier to plug a charger into it! I had the best experience dealing with him. He didnt try to over charge me or sell me anything I didnt need or want, like most places. I got the phone back in a matter of hours! Dropped my i phone 11 in the river. All the camera lenses fogged. Luckily the phone still worked. In any case, Dropped it off at 4 and picked it up at 6 looking and working great. $60 well spent ! Water gets in the phones easier then out and over time can wreck them even if everything seems fine, Its cheap insurance to have it properly dried!

A little expensive if you dont mind the quality. It was about 280 for my phone repair, but that was well worth it because my screen was almost completely destroyed and you couldnt see most of it because the OLED panels were harmed. Great service, nice guy, and he did a great job with my phone. 9/10 would recommend.

Im doing cross country road trip with my family. My kid broke the lighting cable off inside the port. I bought it to My Iphone repair. The repair tech was so friendly. My screen and battery were replaced and when the older 5s I had was still not performing for me, they professionally and happily offered me an awesome replacement phone at a fair price. My daughter was devastated that she had dropped her iPhone 7+ shattering her screen. It looked unrepairable. After calling several repair businesses, I visited My iPhone Repair on Marlow Rd. In addition to replacing the screen, I was interested in repairing the charging port. The technician helping me determined that the port was fine and it was most likely the charging cord. I had brought my broken, paperweight iPhone 11 Pro that wouldn’t even turn on anymore to many different shops including Apple, all of them said I was better off going with a brand new phone. But due to my financial situation I am unable to afford that currently. I heard about this shop My Cell Repair and decided to go in and see what they would say. I spoke to the owner Rami and explained to him what the problem was. He said it should be no problem to fix it at all, so I left my phone there with him and came back in less than 2 hours to a perfectly functioning phone again. This is going to be the last time Im doing business in this store. I was helped by this girl who has the worst customer service. She said to replace my broken screen it was going to be $273. I paid her and was told to come back in 1 hour. I came back 2 hours later, and she gave me the phone with a iphone is disable message. I asked if she can help me get rid of this message and before I finish my sentence... she told me its $250. I ended up driving back home and fix this issue in less than 10 minutes... its crazy that they tried to charge $250 after Ive already paid them $273. Sometimes greed is really bad for business, thats why Im never coming back to this store. Good luck.

My Iphone would not charge, I seriously thought about getting another phone. But I bought it in, and within a minute it was determined that the charging port needed to be replaced. I left the phone and came back an hour later (a very, very long hour...no phone) and it was ready. Now, I can say my phone is like a new phone, and it only cost me about $120. Weve had our phones repaired here many times over the years and each time we were treated professionally and the repair parts were the highest quality. These guys also buy and sell phones and have always been fair with their offers they made us.Dropped our insurance coverage because it made better sense to repair our phones rather than pay monthly fees and deductibles per incident. I’m almost constantly destroying my phones, tablets, and most recently, my Microsoft Surface Pro. These folks are always able to get me in and out the door FAST! With every screen repair I’ve brought in and been satisfied with, I decided to bring them my laptop. Annnnd they knocked it out of the park yet again! The laptop was a tough screen repair that I knew was a challenge after looking up the process online. Dan (a tech there) is great. He’s extremely positive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even called me during the repair to let me know how things were going. They were super thorough in the final tests and delivered a perfect product yet again. The tech did good job in replacing the screen of my iPhone but he didn’t tell me that the phone system will give me a permanent message because the screen is aftermarket and the message WILL NOT disappear until install the OEM ic chip and the tech said will not do it or will change me $250 extra!!Editing: I’m not a competitor and I’m not trying to hurt your reputation.Like I mentioned in my above review, you had to mention what is pros and cons so the customer can decide.Last think the message is not a TEMPORARY MESSAGE!It is related to a hardware not to a software.

I was persuaded to take my wifes iphone 7 in [after it was run over....] upon seeing how professionally this shop handled a complaint. Their service was quick, professional, and....just geeky enough to assure me that the phone was in good hands.They were able to locate a second-hand replacement phone from one of their other stores and transfer data the same day! Only problem is, My phone starting pressing random apps and typing by itself. I did some more research and figured out that my phone had gotten ghost Touch Which is where your phone presses things and types by itself. I sent my good friend and colleague in to replace the glass on his Samsung S6 phone. I elected to help pay for the repair since we were working on a project together and needed him to have a functional phone ASAP. He went out to drop off his phone at My Cell Repairs Marlow location, and before he returned back from lunch downtown I got the text that his phone was ready. Incredible! When I saw the finished product I could see that the repair was of the highest calibur and essentially good as new. We would have been happy with the work if it had taken 1 or 2 days. So... I decided to save a few bucks by going to their competitors Batteries Plus and boy was this a mistake. Batteries plus could NOT fix my iphone, after an hour of a failed repair they stripped the screws to my phone and handed it back to me saying it was not repairable!!The guys here at My Cell Repair were able to remove all the stripped screws and even had to replace a few burnt out components on my motherboard under a microscope!! I watched the entire repair as I was nervous of losing my precious data, photos, bank records, and texts I needed for a court case etc...In the end of it all my iPhone XS is back to life with all my data preserved!!Anyone reading this please do yourself a favor - dont try to save a few bucks by going to a less expensive place - you will work with novice technicians and most likely end up paying more out of pocket at the end of the day. I found My lphone repair to do good work at a premium price. Heres a business that has open in my neighborhood offering a technical and personal service. Yet my recent experience felt like whats most important to them is cash not sevice. Their prices are 30% higher and there is a overwhelming feel of bottom line. I only mention this because good service should carry through the whole experience not stop short of the REGISTER .Well I appreciate you taking the time to respond. My issue is the insistents of cash with no refunds. There are very few business that have that requirement and even less that I trust. I had the phone for less than 24 hours when I bought it back(in the exact same condition). As you should know cell phones are a personal item like clothes or jewelry and in each case there is a buyers remorse period. Your salesperson Rami new full well that the phone I was looking at while it only a year old was out of date. I brought it back in good faith I expected that you would give me my money back in good faith. After all this wasnt my first time there. The alternative phone that Im being forced to buy I found on line with a reputable company for $100 less. Thats a 30% discount from your price.

I have pictures of the phones lcd screen fine before I took it there then they call me on some bs saying it failed. No they broke it. I will never go there again. Mobile kangaroo is a little more pricey but they do a WAY better job. The guy Alonzo was rude to me, he raised his voice at me in front of all the customers when I showed him the pictures. He repeatedly said that they told me it could break yet he was not even there when I originally dropped my phone off. He was extremely disrespectful. I just tried to pay & leave. I will NEVER go there again, you shouldnt either. But hey youve been warned. Lastly the guy told me my lcd screen was fine & would be fine when they took the glass off. & I had to leave my phone there for over a week because they had no colors in stock!!EDIT: A friend of mine posted on facebook about that shop asking for opinions, I commented my opinion. I feel a little sad tbh to leave a bad review because the guys we’re actually nice. I just felt that they didn’t offer me a solution to problem that was created in there hands . I took my iPhone XR into replace the battery everything was working fine with the Face ID on my device and when I got it bk I was no longer able to use it. The guys tried to fix it but it no longer functions and they tell me it’s a software error but it obviously isn’t as it was working bore and we updated the software and it still doesn’t work. Whe I get a chance I will have to take it somewhere Else and will probably cost me more than I can afford . I felt like some kinda compensation would have been professional. Maybe in the future they should check that these things work before taking them from clients. Very disappointed that this no longer functions on my phone . It was less than an hour before their closing... I was packed and ready to travel 200 miles home for a family holiday gathering when my trusted Samsung Note kept toggling between trying to power off and restart. It was basically useless, and only about a week after the warranty had lapsed from my carrier (AT&T). I walked in the door of their Marlow Store, and asked for HELP!! The main guy there, always working at a desk behind the counter said he was pretty certain he knew what the problem was: The Power Button (which on these phones has multiple uses). Anyway, he takes a special tool to the chassis, gets it apart, and despite telling me he did NOT have the new part that might be required to repair it, he fiddled with it a bit, and cleaned the contacts, and within about 20 minutes, put it back together. And it worked (I then drove away to enjoy the holiday with my family)!...And, get this...its still working, nearly 18 months later! [BTW, while there I used that brief time to chat about how I was using that button, and was re-Educated, so that I NOW use one of 2 other ways to perform the function that was wearing out the Power Button in the 1st place]. I have also purchased a Droid Mini to use on Verizon, and though it was gently used at the time of purchase, its still in perfect working order. While its true they arent selling used phones at a deep discount, the phones they sell are in great condition! ALSO, If you are careful, which MEANS you actually immediately GET & USE a protective case (made of substantial material) AND a screen shield (tempered glass is my favorite choice), you get what you pay for...and if/when you need help, these very decent guys are there for you.These smartphones are really complex, fully functional computers that have mobile phone and messaging function. I could not be happier that we have such trusted, expert people to help keep old(er) phones in use. Had it not been for them, I would be out many hundreds of dollars related to just 2 transactions (interactions).

Had a piece of a lighting cable stuck in my charging port, I paid for it, and an hour later it was fixed. However, when I picked up my phone, they told me my battery had to be replaced soon (I’ve had no problems with the battery beforehand), but I just disregarded it. When I got home I plugged it in, and the battery behaved completely differently. Before, I was able to use my phone on regular settings (Bluetooth headphones connected, brightness up all the way) and it would charge fine. Now, I have to have the brightness all the way down and god forbid I have Bluetooth on. If I have my screen brightness up like I did beforehand, it LOSES BATTERY CHARGE!! When I went to bed and plugged in my phone for the night in my usual cable and outlet, it only charged to 40%...IN A WHOLE NIGHT!! Something weird is going on here...
