Super nice staff, especially Chris and Seth. They are also very honest. My check engine light was on and they could’ve told me it was urgent and couldn’t wait. Instead they told me it was safe to wait weeks until the dealership could get me in so that it would be covered by my Hyundai warranty. I’m new to the area and had a bad experience with the only other shop I’ve used. But I would 100% return here and recommend them to anyone in the area!

I was in need of a 4 wheel alignment after purchasing 4 new tires from America’s Tire, and they recommended My Auto Surgeon. So, I went on Yelp, saw the great reviews, and made an appointment. Arrived at appointment (a few mins early), I was checked in by Chris (really nice guy) and off I went. My car was completed as promised and I left a happy camper. Car no longer pulls to the right. Great price, and staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

The customer service here has been by far the best experience Ive had when dealing any mechanical issues. They are experienced and knowledgeable. The fact that I needed a tow and didnt have to coordinate with the tow truck personally was a huge relief. I also felt that there prices were reasonable. I would high recommend them to everyone.

It was great working with Dan at My Auto Surgeon. He helped to dial me in with them and get my car in top shape. Giving them a deposit to get the parts needed one day, they called me the next day with parts in hand to schedule my appointment. These guys are the sweetest and best! I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years and they have always been nothing but kind and honest, even going so far as to turn me away telling me that a repair I needed was covered under my vehicles warranty and that I shouldn’t have to pay them for a repair that was covered by my vehicle manufacturer. They care about their customers and I always feel like I can trust them.

Very quick and efficient. A tad bit pricey on certain repairs but I’ve taken my wife’s car here twice for larger tuneups and they have been able to have it done the same day. Schedule in advanced, as their calendar fills up quick.

One of the best bang-for-your-buck businesses around! These guys are seriously great at servicing your car and are transparent every step of the way. I have never once felt as if they were trying to sell me things I didn’t need, and they even tell you when things can wait to be fixed, if it doesn’t fit your schedule or budget. If you don’t have to go to a dealership to get a repair done, DON’T! Bring your car here and you won’t regret it!

My Auto Surgeon has shown to been reliable and honest with each visit. We take my car (European), my husbands car (electric), and both our children use My Auto Surgeon for their Toyota and Hyundai. Weve never felt we were being ripped off or lied to, in fact at times where they could have easily snagged a few extra bucks on repairs, they were so honest to point out that the issue(s) wasnt as serious as expected and saved us some money! While this should be expected behavior at all auto repair locations, sadly, it is not. We feel lucky to have come across this place and will keep recommending to all who need service. A brief experience. A wheel stud replaced.But nice, friendly and helpful people - Chris especially. Not familiar with shop rates, as the work was paid by the tire place who caused it. I just wanted to share my great experience at this business. First of all, I loved the name. As a surgeon and business owner myself, where else would I bring my car! The team there is terrific! I met Chris and Mirene who helped me and they were great. Great customer service, great work, reasonable prices. Took my Audi A6 there for an alignment, due to some uneven wear on my tires. They trued everything up, and even explained the computer printout of the before and after alignment numbers. Ill definitely be going back to MAS for any future repairs.

When my car threw a tantrum and left me on the side of the road. They were there to help me. They were very patient and understanding. They listened to me and made me feel important. My Auto Surgeon saved me 2500 bucks. Les Schwab said I needed my whole front end replaced on my 2005 K2500. Got a second opinion to make sure and no work was needed. Only an alignment. Very grateful for their honesty. I will be back for sure and will be recommending others to take their cars and trucks to them.

I always take my car in here when I have a problem, Ive even called and received advice on how to fix my vehicle. This is a stand up shop, they wont try to get you to fix anything you dont need (they are honest about what you need done), and they always do fantastic work. After taking in my car a few times, they got to every problem I had and made sure that they talked with me about the options I could take for repairs. I used this place last year when my car stopped working. They were able to give me a reasonable quote before I was able to take the car in (cheapest place in the area by a few hundred dollars). Once the car was in they kept me informed every step of the way, going so far as to offer ways to save money. For example: I could use part A for $300, or he could go to an auto part store and pick one off the shelf for $200.Numerous times they went above and beyond what I paid in order to get my car fixed as soon as possible. I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I love my auto surgeon. But on this occasion I took my car in for an alignment I noticed but didnt pay attention that the service tech took a quick start to my car to start it. The next morning I got in my car to start it and the battery was dead and nobody informed me that I had a problem with my battery. I’m torn on my review here for this shop.Back in october of 2018 - I brought my (basically new) Alfa Romeo Giulia QV to these guys to have some aftermarket work done (lowering springs and centerpipe install). The work from this visit was great and I have since had no issues with any workmanship of the installation of these parts. During this service visit, they also performed a wheel alignment on the car (after having it lowered) to which also turned out very well.After a few months had gone by, around late Dec. 18’ - I was having some issues with my alignment being out (nothing too serious, but a noticeable pull to the right) - so I opted to bring the car back to have the guys check it out and inspect and advise. During this visit (in late Dec.) I waited for the car onsite while the techs did their work on the re alignment. After about an hour or so on the lift, I was advised that they weren’t able to get the rear driver side toe angle into spec and that the rear axle camber wasn’t adjustable without the use of special bolts known as “eccentric bolts”. After the techs got the car off of the lift and I had a chance to drive the car - it was noticeably way worse than even when I had brought it in to begin with with now a hard pull being exhibited to the right and the steering angle completely messed up and the wheel having to be jilted to the left about 15-20 degrees just to keep the car on a straight axis.I immediately drove the car to the dealer down in Sacramento to where it still is as of this writing - being evaluated by the techs there. The current news I have thus far is that the rear axle camber is adjustable from the factory and that the bolts needed to adjust the camber angle on the rear are already in place. I’m still waiting on some other work to be performed on the car prior to it’s release - but I will see what if any difference has been made once I pick up the car from the dealer with regards to its alignment issues. I will update this review accordingly once I receive the car back and get the dealers final report.I really like this shop and the people who work here are very friendly and extremely helpful - but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth and the quality of the work performed was 180 degrees opposite of what I received the first time I ever brought my car here. I don’t have anything disparaging to say about the shop or it’s people - but I would have preferred if they would have been willing to look at my car again further to try and corrrct this problem as I really appreciated their hard work and efforts from my initial visit.

I live in Vancouver, Wa and recently bought a used car in Rocklin. But before I flew down to pick it up, I called and talked to Chris Kwon at Auto Surgeon to schedule a pre-inspection (which I ended up finding on Google and going with them because of their awesome reviews). Since I live in another state, I asked Chris if he could have his mechanic give me his honest opinion on the overall condition of the vehicle, which he said absolutely, no problem. Chris was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. I ended up buying the car, and when I got the car home to fix the things Chris and his team found, my mechanic said he didnt find anything else, and that they did a great job with the pre-inspection. I would highly recommend My Auto Surgeon!

I used to go to auto surgeon all the time. I was coming home from work one day ( at 3 am) and the buss in front of me slammed on his breaks causing me to slam my breaks to avoid a crash. I went to Auto Sugeon first, I cant remember what they replaced but I had to pay a lot of money for it. Then I went to Costco to make sure my tires were ok and said everything was all right but I still heard a noise so I went back to Auto Surgeon and actually showed the mechanic what I heard why driving. Turns out I stripped my tires and neither place noticed... The sad thing is thats all that was wrong. And Costco has a life time warranty for tires, I could have gotten that done for almost free. Instead I waisted a lot of my money... Ill be honest with you when the owner was working at the store close to my house I loved it. But now that he opened another store and is at that store I feel like well effort isnt being applied. There is no actual supervision for the mechanics working there..

I was told by another mechanic that I needed new front and back brakes; I only had enough money to do the front. 6 months later I go to My Auto Surgeon to do the back brakes and it turns out I didnt even need new ones. And they didnt charge me to tell me I didnt need new ones. I will be coming here FOREVER just because I can trust them to tell me the truth instead of gouging me for every penny.
