Fantastic experience working with MVP Consulting. Our company was seeking Joint Commission Certification for a Healthcare Staffing Agency. Let me start off by saying working with our dedicated consultant Tammy was hands down the best experience Ive had with any professional service. I could not be any happier with the work she did but also with her professionalism and demeanor.As a recent start up we had a long way to go to meet the Joint Commission standards. Tammy systematically brought us into compliance. There is a level of anxiety when working towards the review and Tammy always made us feel like you got this!. Tammy became part of the team, not simply someone who was hired to do a job.The Joint Commission reviewer was extremely impressed with Tammys work as well. She mentioned twice how impeccable our policy documents were, which definitely got the review off to a good start. At the end of the review she said our consultant did a fantastic job preparing us for the review and told us we certainly got our moneys worth with Tammy! I wholeheartedly agree.We passed our initial review with no recommendations for improvement, i think that says it all!A first class experience working with MVP.

The team at MVP made our accreditation process smooth and worry free. We had them come and do an on-site visit and their insight helped prepare us for the actual survey with what to expect. I appreciate their professionalism and the support they provided. Even after the survey, they helped us get everything ready to meet the requests needed by CARF. We worked with Tammy at MVP to get Healthcare Staffing Certified (HCSS) through the Joint Commission. Tammy explained all of the standards in easy to understand language. She took the time to meet with our team members to train them on each area of need and made sure that we were confident going into the survey.

Professional, knowledgeable, and always available are words that i would describe MVP Consulting. Working with MVP was an amazing experience. They provided much more than consulting, it was more like effective client engagement. Their were a ton of teaching moments and in those times, MVP consultants were very, very patient and explained what needed to be conveyed using an easy to understand approach. If youre interested in quality service regarding STRTPs please consult with MVP. Primarily, all I had was an idea to start an STRTP. After my first consultation with Martin I had a full blown plan. MVP is very transparent with expectations, necessary finances, and time-lines. They provided a great team to support with completing the Program Statment and Plan of Operations. If youre like me and starting from scratch, I highly recommend Angie and Rachel. These ladies contributed a wealth knowledge concerning what is necessary for these key documents while incorporating what I desired for my STRTP. Throughout this process they were proficient in providing consistent support and I felt well advised about my STRTP formation. Im currently approaching submission, and feel very comfortable moving forward with MVP to obtain Medi-Cal certification. Yes, they are that good.

The consultants that helped us, Martin and Natalie, were easy to work with, helpful in exploring our staffing needs, as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable. They assisted our Clinic with recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding multiple Psychiatrists that matched our requested requirements. We used MVP for our initial CARF Accreditation Survey for Employment and Community Services. We dont have the results back yet, but our CARF Surveyor said it was one of the best initial surveys he has ever completed. Martin had my business partner and I well prepared for our survey. Between virtual meetings, he gave us items that we needed to work on before our next meeting. Meeting agendas were succinct, as was virtual meetings, which is/was appreciated. Out of about 840+ standards, we only had 2 recommendations. For our first survey, I feel we knocked it out of the park, mainly due to Martin and his team.

Do you require a Group Home/Short-Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) Consultant? My company, Dignity Community Support Services (Dignity CSS), was advised by the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), County of San Bernardino to work with a consultant to professionally complete the mental health component of its STRTP proposal. During our search for a consultant, MVP Consulting Group Services was recommended by a State employee. I reached out to MVP Consulting Group, who reviewed and revised the mental health component of the proposal within one month. Consultant Angie Keyes provided all the modifications to the proposal as requested by DBH. The mental health component was approved with no revisions needed. I was very thrilled with my experience with MVP Consulting Group. I will be using their services in the future.

I’ve had nothing but great interactions with this company. First using their referral services to connect me with providers. I also had my website developed, and Martin was excellent at taking my vision and making it come to life.. and even adding little touches to personalize it for me that I didn’t even think of. I thought my last minute request to have all the content on the page translated into Spanish for my Spanish speaking clients would be a problem. NOPE!
