I did not have an appointment and I was desperately needed my live Scan. I’m so glad I meet Vazgen. I went to Notary Public & Livescan/Fingerprint by Vazgen Davtyan and had the best experience. I did both my Notary and Livescan at the same time. It was a very easy and quick process. Especially since I have never done it before and went alone. I loved how easy it was to make an appointment, Mr Davtyan is very patient and always picks up calls ready to help assist. I highly recommend his services.

I went to get my Livescan fingerprints with him today and it was such a smooth experience! Communication was great, place was clean, instructions were clear and he was very kind. He even gave me some gum and hand lotion! I would absolutely recommend his service and if I need anymore services in the future I will definitely go to him!

Vazgen was great! Called about walk-ins and while he usually does appointments, I was able to come in just 20 minutes later. Very patient and kind while doing my fingerprinting, he talked me through each step during and after the process. I’ll definitely be coming back for future needs.

I completed my livescan fingerprinting with Vazgen on a Sunday. He was very kind and accommodating- able to fit me in last minute. Another bonus is he doesnt grab your hand and force you to do the roll technique- instead he shows you how to do it yourself and you do them all at once so it’s super efficient! Highly recommend.

Mr. Vazgen was awesome, I was already in the area and called about walk-ins to do my live scan. He said, he usually does appointments specially saturday and he added he can only accommodate me if I can wait in 10-15mins. He drove to his office from his home in less than 10 mins. I appreciated that Sir. Very patient and nice person while doing my fingerprinting, he gave me more instructions and details what to do and where to call if I don’t have any updates regarding my live scan after 2 weeks. I’ll definitely 💯% coming back this place for future needs. Thank you.

I highly recommend Vazgen at Multi Services CA, over here in Glendale. I use him frequently for notarizing Affidavits for my legal service business. Its easy to make an appointment. There is free parking for 90 minutes in the lot on Orange. In addition to notary public services he also offers live scan, and apostille services as well.

We needed a Single Status Affidavit notarized and with an Apostille to get married overseas. This gentleman took us without an appointment and in the evening after work. He was respectful, kind, and very thorough! Has great ‘bedside manner’ which is sometimes lacking in today’s day and age. Our marriage license was approved because of our documents.
