I worked with designer Rhochie who is a superstar! She is kind, patient and always looking for ways to improve a layout or save cost for the consumer. She spent hours with me on the computer going over my kitchen and three bathrooms! I did all of my cabinets and countertops with MTD and am very happy! Their installers are also wonderful! Special shout out to Felipe who helped me customize my shelve heights and went above and beyond with our hood install. This is the second time I have used MTD. We did a commercial building kitchen with them and that also turned out fabulous!

We interviewed multiple cabinet manufactures before starting our home remodel. We chose MTD kitchen and were extremely happy with the process and final product. Ask for Travis to do your design, and Alex for the counters and flooring. They are the best. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable and listen to what you need vs trying to up sale you. We were so happy we had Travis also design our bathroom and bedroom closet cabinet system. The MTD product is very high quality and built to last.Their installation team were professionals and true carpentry artists. They completed the installation on schedule and in a short time. I had custom molding, and their installation team were true artists.MTD quality was excellent and exceeded my expectation.

We so appreciate MTD’s great design, installation, and maintenance of our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are high quality and look great and MTD stands behind their work. A few years after installation, one of the hinges broke on our cabinet door and it got stuck when closing. MTD sent one of their team members to our home, he fixed it quickly, and made sure we were happy. Now it is better than new. We feel lucky that our contractor recommended MTD!

Eugene did a fantastic kitchen cabinet job for me!!! I would highly recommend him. He is very professional and he takes great pride in his work. He was punctual, detail oriented and very responsive. He took his time with my installation and the end result was great!! If you need quality work.. He is your guy. Five stars all the way! Kudos to you...Miguel came measure and installed our counter top in a day perfectly matching the seams..his work is truly a master piece !!Rhochie and Benj coordinating the team so well .. Couldn’t be happier with their team work. Would hire them again!! They do not honor their guarantee. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!This company sold us on Pental quartz countertops, charged us $25,000 to remodel our kitchen. They stopped showing up near the end of the install. I had to beg them to come finish the work. It took over a year and a half to complete! They never came to do the final walk through as stated on their website, and as promised during the sale..The Pental quartz counter tops began chipping before the kitchen was even finished. It chips away so easily. Ernie Lehman at MTD declined to fix it. He blamed the problem on us.The cheapest Home Depot counter tops would be stronger that the very soft Pental quartz.Poor workmanship and horrible service!

Warning. In the middle of kitchen remodel/cabinet installation - they have installed the completely wrong specification in terms of style (frameless instead of framed) and material (mdf instead of wood) and shockingly will not actually fix their mistake and install what i actually ordered.

I have used MTD kitchen for 4 kitchens in rental units and have had very positive experiences with them. Prices and quality are reasonable and customer service is very responsive. They stand by their products and will come fix anything even if a year has passed. Highly recommend.

Our project: $70k for cabinets & stone install in kitchen, kitchenette, & laundry room.MTD is a mess. It took them 7 months to finish a kitchenette and laundry install and six months for a kitchen install.Wrong materials delivered multiple times, broken or wrong cabinets/drawers/stone installed multiple times, and a pain to get anything fixed or finished. Communication is awful and customer service is worse.Highly recommend you go anywhere else.

Start with the positives.Nick is a nice guy and trys his best.Negatives1.They want you to PAY IN FULL before delivery. Since they have have all your money, scheduling becomes secondary. It has been 2 months since delivery and the start of Install and still dont have proper working cabinets.2. Their work is bad, the quality is bad. THE PRICES ARE SO EXPENSIVE for the they installed. The dont line up, some stick out. Worst of all, My cabinets DONT WORK. They dont push open and other get stuck. Installers have struggled to show me how to use them. If the installers are struggling, how will be if I use them.So, if you want to waste your time, your money work with MTD KITCHEN.

We had a fantastic experience with them, the Designer went out of his way to come up with the design that my wife really loves. I was extremely impressed that the whole job was completed less than a week. I can not find enough adjectives how wonderful the whole staff have been. I highly recommend them for anyone that want to redo their Kitchen and our special gratitude to Yuval and Robert, They have been great.

MTD Kitchen is the best! From design to delivery, this entire firm is top notch. We worked with MTD not only to renovate our kitchen, but more recently, to install cabinets and a counter in our laundry/mud room. We worked with Avi as our designer. Avi was responsive and great. Nenita in the office made sure our project was kept on track and always was communicative and responsive. The installers were courteous and on time. See below for a picture of the finished product!

We hired MTD Kitchen to provide and install all cabinetry in 42 luxury condominiums. We are very pleased with the quality of their work.... but most importantly, when something did come up, they were there to stand behind their work. I would hire them again!

The saleswoman, Mariani, and the installer were both knowledgeable, professional, and nice, but I cannot recommend MTD because of the management.On three occasions throughout my transaction, they found reasons to bump up the price:1) During placing the order, I specifically pointed to my preferred countertop in their showroom. After the pricing, when I asked them to confirm the countertop by pointing to it again, the owner said, No, that one is $200 more.2) During the installation, the installer realized the separate measuring team forgot to measure one of my cabinet openings. Because the installer (3rd party company hired by MTD) wanted to charge MTD more, MTD pressured me into paying $150 for their mistake.3) I purchased my cabinet handles separately because I found nicer designs at a lower price elsewhere. Originally, they said that the handle install is included. But once I wanted them installed, they demanded $250 additional because the installer was going to charge them. Because of the two previous price increases, I tried to negotiate with them. I asked the accounting lady to ask the owner if he will take care of it. Rather than calling me back, I received a legal letter days later threatening to place liens. So basically, they never finished the installation and after I called them several times trying to get the install complete, they ignored and threatened my property.The sales lady actually had the nerve to say that they will only finish the install at no additional charge if I leave them a positive review on Yelp.The ownership proved to be careless of the customer. If you go with MTD, make sure to write on paper and take photos of everything you get priced and get a very detailed invoice. They are waiting for any reason to upcharge.Be cautious.

Very happy with MTD! My fiancé and I bought a fixer upper and put everything we had in this property. We went to many stores and in the end decided to go with MTD Kitchen. We bought our tile for the bathrooms and floors there as well as a new kitchen. We decided to go with the white and grey shaker. We put the grey shaker on the island with a waterfall countertops. The kitchen turned out incredible and we couldn’t of been happier. We loved our kitchen so much that we decided to go back to MTD and have them make us a bookshelf wall in our living room. Well, that turned out even better then we expected. Our house looks like a dream and we couldn’t be happier. We are currently having MTD design our closet. Will post pictures once completed. Terrible customer service. I walked in and no one even looked up or greeted me. I walked up to the counter and they just sat there doing what they were doing. I was looking for an employee and no one answered me the first time they just kept looking down. Walked around the side and asked another lady for said employee and she also looked down and kept doing what she was doing. I don’t know what their issue was but I hope they treat other customers like myself different.Per their response: regardless if I was delivering food or not, I could have potentially been a future customer and should have been treated as such. The employees DID in fact know who I was looking for because they directed me to the where the lady’s office was. The point is that I was ignored upon arrival and had to ask twice because no one even bothered to LOOK UP or answer the first time.

My experience with MTD Cabinets, represented by Yuval Balul the ‘designer and coordinator of the kitchen project’ was excellent. Yuval will help you ‘build’ your kitchen in a computer graphics design, he will show you in animation through the computer the different ways that you can accommodate the appliances, and many cabinets with different functions taking into consideration your available square footage. The cabinets quality and colors are beautiful and to please any kind of style. The employees working for the company have professional skills to assemble all the parts. WHAT a project!, worth every single dollar and moment!Thank you MTD and team members.
