These people restored my faith in humanity. Long story short, even though a fingerprint scanner fried my USB connection, they fixed it without charging me, since under warranty. I love that they just fixed it, without playing the blame game.I have always bought msi motherboards for the quality but their service is phenomenal.

I sent in my laptop to get a variety of things serviced. MSI was in constant contact with me regarding the repair and gave me prompt, accurate quotes on itemized prices when deciding what to have them repair and what not to. They showed even a little extra attention to detail by rubber banding my charging cord (I had not done that when I sent it to them), sending everything back in the original box I had sent it in, and furthermore shipping it two-day instead of standard for no extra charge. Very happy with the service.

I took my pc in a few weeks ago due to several annoying bsod issues ive been having over the months, and ultimately a bsod error i couldn’t fix myself. I just want to leave my wonderful experience in hopes that it benefits the wonderful individuals at this msi service center. I was hesitant of handing my pc over for several reasons, but i knew i couldn’t fix it myself at this point, thankfully customer support was very helpful and they walked me through the process, and sent me an email containing my rma, i told them that i didn’t feel confident shipping my pc, but i was told that because i was so close to the service center that i can drive there myself and hand them my pc, which is what i did. I handed my pc over on a monday, and got it back Wednesday. The process was so quick and easy, and upon writing this it’s probably been three weeks since ive gotten my pc back and ive had no issues with it whatsoever. The staff told me everything they did to fix it, in my case it was replacing the defective ssd and reseting windows. I cant explain how satisfied i was with this whole process. I also want to add on how wonderful it is that my warranty wasnt void after i replaced the psu of my pc, very good to know.

Three times Ive sent in my computer for the same problem. Everytime they return to me claiming it is fixed only for me to return home and find out it is not. This 4th time I dont even know if I want to send it in because how do I know they can even fix the problem that Ive had since I bought the damn computer. Not to mention when I call I always get a disgruntled employee that does not want to help at all.

Sent in my gpu because it did not display.I recieved a replacement and it had artifacting and random shutdowns.You might as well buy a new gpu even though the market is terrible right now.

Brought my laptop in due to artifacts showing up randomly in images. It took a couple of tries, but the team here at MSI Service Center stuck with me and found a solution. They were friendly and professional throughout the process. Thank you, John and Gilbert for your help!

Staff was awesome and my MSI laptop was repaired for way WAY cheaper labor and parts compared to the local PC repair shops around.
