The complete professional: extremely knowledgeable, works hard for you (no question is left unanswered for more than a few hours), and is a genuinely terrific guy. He handles the other agents/mortgage people, and HOA’s with great finesse.Having JD handling our purchase reduced our stress-level considerably in buying a home.

In looking for a new home to rent on the Westside of LA, we found it challenging to find a home that met all of our needs, within our budget, and one that wasnt getting rented the same day it went on the market. We reached out to JD for assistance, and were so pleased we did. JD is such a hard worker. He was fully committed to helping us find the perfect house for our needs. He was thorough, timely in all communications, and gave us great advice about some of the homes we viewed, conveying observations that we never noticed. I’ve known JD since 1999, and he definitely lives up to his Mr. Westside designation. I’ve been extremely impressed with his negotiating skills over the years. We used J.D. Songstad, MrWestside Real Estate to look for a single-family home and it was a wonderful experience. He was recommended to us by a friend and he exceeded our expectations. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. This was our first house purchase and J.D. was always available to answer questions and explain anything we did not understand. JD songstad is one of the best realtors I have encountered while helping us buy our home. He is very talented with sharp eye for details. He is as honest as it could be. He is sharp and very capable. We are glad that after he helped my brother buy one of his properties, my brother introduced us to him and it was an enjoyable experience. He took us by hand till we closed on our house. Along the journey he was not shy to tell us what property is not fit for us after he very carefully listened to our needs, I have no hesitation to recommend him. JD is on top of it from start to finish— he has contacts for great mortgage loans and can make sure your experience is seamless, solid and completely professional. While my first attempt to purchase didn’t go through due to mold, JD was a wonderful support and guided me through all the tough decisions with great knowledge and experience.
