Jason and Briana were the perfect real estate team to sell our La Verne house and purchase our new home in San Juan Capistrano.Briana quickly staged our house and it sold in the first week of showing. She did a beautiful job and we were very happy with the results.Jason gave use great advise and counsel on both our sale and purchase, saved us money, was easy to contact and responded quickly to our questions. His recommendations for services we needed, ie painting, movers, etc., were great.Briana and Jason had a real willingness to jump in and help with us when needed.We could not have done this without them and highly recommend their services to anyone who needs the same.We now think of Jason and Briana as friends !

The first thing that struck us about Mr. and Mrs. La Verne (Jason and Briana) was their familiarity with the local real estate market and their involvement in our neighborhood. The entire staff put forth a lot of effort to help get the greatest price for our house and was competent, aware of the market conditions, and professional. Jason offered a selling price that was reasonable given the comparable homes in our neighborhood. He thought that because of the upgrades we had made to our home, we would get offers that were more than the asking price. A handyman and painter helped with minor repairs and touched up paint as part of the team that Mr. and Mrs. La Verne (Jason and Briana) had working with them to assist with the staging of our property. Briana has a keen sense of staging and design. She made décor adjustments that improved the way our house looked and highlighted its positive features for potential purchasers. We couldnt believe it was our house when she was finished! It was stunning! Soon after signing the selling agreement, the staging was finished, and we held our open house the following weekend. We had two bids that were above asking price and one at asking price four days following the open house. From staging to escrow closure, everything proceeded without a hitch. Throughout the entire procedure, we were kept informed and on schedule. The entire crew was exemplary in their professionalism, which reduced the stress of selling our house of 35 years. If youre thinking about selling your house, wed suggest Mr. and Mrs. La Verne. Working with Jason and Briana is a pleasure since they make a great team. We think weve met some new people.

I must give Mr. and Mrs. La Verne a shout-out and high compliments! This is a second home in La Verne that they recently sold for me. It was in extremely poor shape and had been a rental. Given that I had recently relocated out of state, it seemed like an insurmountable task, but remarkably, they cleaned it out, gave it a fresh coat of paint, and expertly staged it in a short amount of time using their resources and knowledge of the market. I received multiple offers above the asking amount on the first day it was on the market, and it sold swiftly! The greatest are Jason and Briana La Verne, aka Mr. and Mrs. They are prepared to go to any lengths. I respect and adore them.
