I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The boba doesn’t taste hard and it’s nice and chewy and warm. At least when I’ve gone . Their drinks are amazing they even offer alternative dairy options. You get a free plushie sometimes too. The store always looks clean and their customer service is amazing! So friendly and always giving great suggestions if you want to try something new. They have themed cups for their drinks it always varies.

Me and my bf have been here a few times and we come for the milk teas. I get the Thai milk tea and he gets the jasmine. Next time I’d like to try the rose milk tea and or the taro flavor. They have a variety of other drinks that aren’t teas and look very good ! The actual store does not serve icecream. They have a freezer there but it’s often empty. They have a small fridge with mini candys in there. They don’t serve churros the churros are from next door...Update- went back and got the brown sugar milk tea and the strawberry milk tea and both were delicious.

Been coming to this place for some time the people there have changed, the employees before seemed better at making the drinks. Today I went in and got a mango tango and mid way drinking my boba there was a piece of plastic that came up the straw almost choked on it. Im very disappointed and disgusted. Threw the damn thing in the trash. Not sure if Id be going back. Thank you to that 1% who are actually working. Hopefully you can make a difference in keeping the place clean so this doesnt happen again.

Honestly their boba is average. Ive never been to a different boba shop around Wildomar so I cant say this is the best boba in the area. Compared to the boba drinks that Ive had in SD or LA, this place is low-grade. The boba is too chewy and gummed. The drinks are a hit or miss, either they are too sweet and tastes very artificial, or just plain out bland and flavorless. The ONLY thing that makes this place cute and unique are the BEARS. The whole concept that you can take pictures of your drink on a stand, with their logo behind it, is genius. Other than that, meh. The experience of going there with your friends and getting bear bottles for your drinks is essentially what I go for. The experience, not really the drinks. The prices are decent honestly and theres good parking so thats that.

This is my first time here and Im sure Ill be back. I had the Thai tea boba and it came in a big bear container. It was quite good but I thought the boba was a little bit too chewy for my liking. The only other problem is you cant seal up the container again without taking out the straw and what do you do with the straw. The staff were nice and the place was Spartan but clean. While I was there I noted about six other people come in and seem to walk out with the same drink that I had at least it looked like the same since the coloring was the same. If youre in the area give this place a try.

Tried this place. Im so happy they are opening more boba spots in the area. Boba is basically tapioca (for those who arent familiar). They have different flavored teas & smoothies. They also have different toppings like taro pudding and popping boba (pops in your mouth) lol. My kids like the taro milk tea with the taro pudding, honey milk tea with the honey boba, and thai tea here. Their prices are higher (compared to other tea places), but it comes with a sports drink size glass bottle. They said if you bring it back, you get a 10% discount. They have a rewards program too. :D

From several previous visits I have had pretty bad experiences with mean/rude employees when we would ask questions about the menu. So we haven’t been back for a long time but my younger brother has always asked to come back for thier drinks; so today I finally came back and to my surprise they were very sweet this time !! The nee staff treated my 11 year old brother so sweetly and helped guide him through the menu ! Glad to see this place doing better love our visit today even left a tip❣️

Love Mr. Chi! My favorite drink from here is their Taro Milk tea with boba Unsweetened. Most places dont have an option to do it with no additional sugar and it always ends up being too sweet for me. This is the main reason why I go to Mr. Chi, their Taro tea is perfect with no sweetener. But today we came to order and the employee who was helping us (Jenny is who helped us according to the receipt) didnt want to make my tea unsweetened. She explained I cant do that because people have been complaining that with no sweetener it tastes like milk. And I was confused because how does other customers opinion affect the way I order my milk tea and have always had it made to my likings before? I then said that I always get it with no sweetener and that I love it that way. Jenny seemed unfazed by my comment and said I will do it 25% sweetened then. I didnt want to argue so I just didnt say anything. But if Im the customer and Im the one ordering the drink that I will be paying for, why did it seem like she was ordering my drink according to her standards? I dont think thats right.Going on here I now have seen the harsh comment regarding Taro tea, and thats simply not true. Their Taro tea is the best in the area. Anyway this place is great aside from this one bad experience. Employees shouldnt order their customers drinks to what they think they should order just because of one bad review. The Taro milk tea 25% sweetened wasnt bad, but I would have preferred it with no sweetener at all.

I normally enjoy coming to this boba place, the drinks and the boba is good. I recently visited, but the experience wasnt so great. I ordered a green apple drink with lychee jelly and a honeydew milk tea with mango popping boba, when I received my drinks the boba was mixed up. The mango popping was inside the green apple tea and the lychee jelly was inside the honeydew milk tea. I felt bad because I knew it meant that the employees would have to make a totally different drink. I let them know and they took the drinks. Turns out they simply swapped the boba within the drinks. They thought I wouldnt notice, but I did, and I found it very gross. When they swapped the boba, the flavor and powder from the milk tea on the lychee jelly transferred over to the green apple tea. This caused the drink to be and look gross. In these pictures you can see how the green apple tea has a powder like substance that shouldnt be there because its a regular tea and it also has mango popping inside. The right drink that is a honeydew milk tea had some left over lychee jelly. So from these pictures one can tell, the employees messed up the order and instead of making new drinks, simply swapped the boba. I found this unprofessional and wouldve returned for new drinks, but I was too far by the time I noticed.

The Taro milk tea with boba here is trash. I have never felt the need to write a review on any place before but there is a first for everything. It tastes so grainy because of the powder they use. And the girls that took my order where very pushy as we where just trying to look at their excessively big menu. This spot is very cute and costs the same as any other boba place. Cute cups can’t make up for nasty products.

Great customer service and awesome boba. Lots of different toppings (e.g., boba, green tea boba, etc.) and drink combinations (e.g., milk teas, slushies/smoothies, teas, etc.). Small parking lot but easy to find parking. Went here on a Saturday afternoon with my sister and two friends, and we all enjoyed what we ordered. Also enjoyed the friendly and chill vibe. And the decor sports an astroturf backdrop for pictures 😎 and love the attention to detail -- the cups the drinks come in (see attached picture: the ones we got are reusable, sturdy plastic with tops like a coffee top from a coffee shop and a heart insert). Highly recommended and will be returning!

Ive gone here twice, and both times the staff has been friendly and happy to help. The honeydew slushie is super refreshing, and the cups they serve them in are cute and reusable. The menu can be kind of hard to read, because there are so many options but it is not too overwhelming. Its a nice place to stop by if you want to try something different.

I used to go more often when the place recently opened and I was so happy that the tea tasted good and the cups were cute. Not so happy for the price and servings but I didnt care at the beginning.After a while, I didnt want the cups because I already had most all of them even when they changed them, so I had to stop going.I wish they had the option for a regular old fashioned plastic cup with the plastic sealed lid, so the price wouldnt be that high.Place is a really good business and their Tea is good, service is good, and overall good; hopefully when I visit in the future they have more options to their sizes and prices.

The ladies there are so rude; first my mother went for the first time and told me the cashier wasn’t very nice and I found that odd but then I went a couple weeks later to find out how she was treated more or less because wow. I came in; first time trying to order the snow shaved ice thing which I let her know since I was a little confused. But She looked and talked to me like I was stupid. I asked for D7 and she again gave me a face in silence… i was so confused and that’s when i asked “did i say it wrong?”. Which apparently I did but she was making me so nervous with her weird attitude. I would understand if there was a long line but we were the only ones there… Anyways I was very confused but still determined to order the snow thing so I just said whatever and skipped on the drizzle since I didn’t know if it would be too sweet. Then we waited and once I got my stuff I asked if instead I could just get the syrup on the side which the first girl did and the again the cashier came up and asked if I needed anything and with a smile I just explained I only needed a side of the syrup thing and the other lady is already getting it. I ordered a Thai Green Tea, they automatically added boba and charged me for it. When I got the drink, I said I didnt ask for boba. The guy was going to take it back and make it without boba. Good Boba place, but then sometimes bad. The employees are always so young and seem like they barely know what theyre doing. A lot of them make it awkward and dont know much about customer service or speaking loud enough. The entire indoors of this place stinks like BO or dirty used towels, 99% of the time; I know people only come to try the Boba which most times isnt bad. It is a gamble with the flavors and how they made your boba on how good your drink will be.

I ordered a Jasmine flower milk tea with boba, their Jasmine tea isnt a powder (personally enjoy loose leaf ) which is great, and they use milk foam which to me was new to discover (think almost like a condensed milk in this case is sweet and salty) the mixture of the flavor of tea, the light sweetener and the milk foam make a concoction thats super savory and by the time I make it back home its already gone from enjoying it too quickly. Theyre new glassware you can bring back which is great if youre into recycling theyll just wash it in house and reuse it for your convenience. Great spot.

Kind of an odd place. The menu is in the back of the store next to some of the tables which is weird. The boba is pretty expensive. Not a fan of the small plastic bottles..... Just kind of an odd deal. It would be cool if there was an option for just a standard cup. Also, there was no place to sit in the store, only one of the standup tables had any chairs. The tea is ok but Im not coming back here anymore. Really wouldnt recommend it.

The Hot Thai tea is horrible! It is extremely sweet! All I tasted was sugar. I asked for a refund and the refused to give me one because they said I picked the drink. It was my first time ever there and I didn’t know what the drinks were like. I’m never going back I had to also wait 15 mins just to even get the drink.In response to the recent comment by the owner, understand the manager on duty gave me no option but to get another drink. I asked for a refund multiple times and she said no, the only option is another drink. As a new business just accept the harsh criticism and make your customer service better instead of blaming the customer for your poor business manners. If you continue with such conduct dont expect to stay in business for long. Just so friendly advice from someone one who is experienced in this industry.

Hands down best Boba spot for miles north or south. So glad this area FINALLY got one will definitely be back here on the regular. I love Boba but I hate the run of the mill powdered and Blended flavor options most boba places and Asian restaurants that serve Boba always have. So relieved to finally see a spot that not only serves fresh tea options but also creative flavors all around.My family tried the watermelon tea, the Princess Peach smoothie, and the Taro milk tea. Its a nice little shop next to Pho restaurant. Notably clean and neat inside and the staff are a little friendly. The boba drink I ordered was Winter Dream, which is a banana smoothie with strawberry drizzle and boba, so delicious. Also heard that when you buy your drinks, it comes in a glass bottle. They put the drink in bottles. I think it is to start a trend, but you get about 8 ounces of the drink. For the price, it is horrible! The drinks are min $5. Everything is powdered, which is common for so many boba places, but you actually taste the lack of freshness. As stated, you do not get much of the drink. I would not come back and will NOT recommend anyone.

They must use a powdered coconut milk because the couple times Ive had the coconut milk as a substitute, particularly in the iced Thai milk tea, the drink is incredibly gritty. On top of that, please be very careful getting a slush drink in the tall plastic cup as it apparently will explode quite easily if picked up a bit too abruptly; the upside is at least its easy to clean out and wont stain, but make better quality cups.

Ok so this boba was so good I tried the taro milk tea and my regular strawberry milk tea. They both had double boba and let me tell you it was so much better than the tra boba shop. Even tho boba has a lot of carbs and I get full off of it, it was better than I imagined. For six dollars a drink youd think it wouldnt be 70% ice. Overpriced for what you get. The cups are cute but a big waste of plastic. The flavors are neat but its a shame you have only a few sips before ice goes up the straw and youve reached the bottom because again, 70% ice to save on costs.

I love this place because there’s something for everyone there’s jelly’s in different shapes, classic honey boba, and different flavored popping like the ones from frozen yogurt places. I think the most kind friendly drink is the teas with poppings. There’s macha and vegan kinda of drinks as well. The cups are soo cute. Sometimes they come out with glass tall cups that have little pictures on the bottom. The workers are usually young adults or teenagers. They are very nice to the younger groups such as middle schoolers and elementary kids. Merchandise comes out every once and a while like stuffed animals. There’s also good deals such as free drinks with a certain amount of points the only catch is telling them your phone number :D. The ONLY THING IS I noticed that recently the name for who served you is always “Gabriella”. Suspicious 🤨

Out of the blue, we had decided to visit Mr. Chi last night. This place is in Wildomar and roughly 15 miles away from Temecula.Parking seems to be okay, considering our stop was an hour before closing and on a weekday. I can imagine, the parking can get really busy during the day, especially on weekends.The staff members are friendly. The place is fully lit, organized and clean. The environment is quiet and has a delightful ambiance.The mango green milk tea came with pudding and regular boba. We requested to lighten the sweetness and ice. We love the mini ice cubes. The drink was smooth in texture and was refreshing.On the flip side, the drink was lacking the mango zest. Although some of the bobas were soft and gelatinous, the others had a tough elastic texture. The price is what took the hit. We paid for three boba drinks that could have easily been five drinks at other boba places. If I may, the focus should not be with the cups and containers, which could have contributed to the increase in pricing.

Was super excited to see boba coming to wildomar. Unfortunately their portions are terrible for the value. They pack their plastic bottles with ice and you get hardly any beverage. Theyre menu is milk tea heavy with not a lot of other options. And to top it off their customer service was horrid. We really wanted to like this place and gave them several chances to change our opinion but each trip just made it worse.************************************************************Mr. Chis response is a perfect example of my issues with his business. In addition to others who have posted not so favorable reviews, his response is to become defensive and somehow push blame back on his customer rather than face criticism.In instances where we were not pleased with our service, we did ask to speak with someone, and in each instance, the issue was redirected back at us. This is the exact behavior that has infuriated us. I believe, in one case, the owner himself blamed my husband for the poor assembly of his beverage.As lovers of boba, the Temecula valley provides limited options. To know a tea shop was opening up minutes from our house was truly exciting. We wanted to get on board, and as I stated before, we gave Mr. Chis numerous opportunities to prove us wrong and attest that perhaps each incident may have been isolated. Unfortunately, we were regularly disappointed until we simply gave up. Our distaste for Mr. Chis is great enough that we would rather drive all the way down to Temecula to Triple B, where they not only have a fabulous selection, the prices are more reasonable, you actually get a decent amount of beverage for what you pay, and they are friendly and provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Shame on you for feeling that you need to attack me as a dissatisfied customer. You have no right to belittle my opinion or the opinion of others.

I love this place literally go there everyday. Prices are not bad and I love that we get reusable cups. Only problem I’ve had was today I went in to get my usual drink ( had to get a new cup because I forgot mine at home) as I’m drinking my smoothie (pink dream) I feel something hard and I thought it was ice but it turned out to be glass smh. I’ve literally gone everyday while the guy is working and the one day I go that he’s not working I find glass in my drink smh

My favorite place to get Boba at! I live in the OC but I have a friend who lives out in this area and any chance I get to visit her, we always find a way to get our boba here. I had a great first experience here trying boba for the first time and honestly Im glad I did because some of the places Ive tried near where I live arent as good. They always have some new flavor blend and the coolest cups that are included with your drink purchase!

Tasty and refreshing drinks! Been here several times now and I love the honeydew with aloe vera jelly.And my new favorite the plain yogurt drink with lychee jelly. Not a huge fan of boba balls as I find them too carby n redundant in.texture n flavor, not Mr. CHIS fault, just my personal taste. Taro is also good which Ive had with egg pudding .***Remember ..you can adjust the sweetness. I like mine less sweet and they always accommodate .Its the only boba place around here . Good thing its near by!Customer service however can be better. The cashiers arent always very welcoming ..but I go there for the drinks .so its a quick trip !

In my search for delicious Mts, I stumbled across Mr Chis. The place is clean, bright, and with lots of colors everywhere. I got their taro MT with boba to try and it was deliciously smooth. They tried upselling to a glass container with a discount for future purchases, but I cant commit yet. The parking lot is tight so be careful.

Its super disappointing when you lock your doors before actual closing hours and have people drive far to make it for the last 5-10 mins to go to their favorite boba place however it seems their are workers here that dont love their job enough to stay till its time to close. I came at 8:25 and they already had their doors lock with chairs up and mopping however even the car next to me looked confused on why they were closed as it arrived another minute later. If this is how they do business here than Ill be taking my business elsewhere with my kids. Very unprofessional.

This is Kennys wife FYI. I dont have an account because I dont usually post reviews. But I had to this time. I have had a lot of Boba in my day. This was the worst. I have been there before but this time was the laziest. It was obvious that the boba was so not fresh. It was hard to chew. The older the boba gets it obsorbs more liquid and gets bigger. It was so big and hard it would not go though the straw. I had to give up and just drink the tea. My mouth still hurts 30 minutes later from trying so hard. Also the cups are not practical. Horrible for taking to go. They are trying to do something unique with the glass, but its heavy and makes me nervous for my kids to hold that it that it will drop and break. And no lid for the straw to go through. So the cup is so high I guess so you can turn the lid over the straw but the glass is higher than the straw so you have to hold the straw up whole time. Even my four year old was confused why it was so heavy and hard to hold and the straw does not fit, no proper boba lid, and the boba is too big and hard to go through the straw. She loves boba and gave up on her drink after a while too. Tea Time Temecula is by far the best around!

Went there 30 minutes before they closed and when we arrived this one women working there glared at us then rolled her eyes and would keep looking at us and after we got the boba mine tasted like water and i tasted my friends which was the exact same flavor as mine and his tasted diffrent so i go back in and they said its suposed to taste like that but they remade it and it tasted better overall one of the staff member was kinda rude but the drinks were alright.
