The tech sent to diagnose our washer, Alberto, was incredibly courteous, forthright, and helpful. He quickly determined the issue, explained it in full, and gave me my options.When I declined repairs on our used washer due to cost, he did not apply any pressure and offered some suggestions on where to find an affordable replacement and recommended a few brands he felt were most reliable.He answered all of my questions directly and at no point did I felt he was trying to sell me anything. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone.

My clothes dryer stopped working so I called Mr. Appliance for an appointment and Alberto was here the very next morning! He told me right away what was broken on my appliance so I said go ahead and order the parts. He already had them with him so he fixed my dryer! He is a very polite and friendly man. He gave me a magnet with company contact information and if there’s any future problems I will definitely call your company! Thank you so very much!

Service Technician Chris was amazing! Super polite and knowledgeable! Determined the issue immediately. Parts were orders, he returned to install a few days later, installed parts and thoroughly cleaned all of the lint out of the dryer.Highly recommend this company and Chris!

Our dryer was not working properly and we called Mr. Appliance and they wereable to send someone out the same day. Alberto came and he was the absolute best. He was kind, friendly and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. Wow…I expected nothing less than at least an experienced and knowledgeable service person, and I was not disappointed. I think you put your best foot forward in sending indeed your best. Highly knowledgeable about my unit, he could have worked on it “blindly”- and I told him so (he was working on my appliance BY TOUCH in the cramped space he was in). I even surrendered that no, this is not a DIY’er, which we both laughed about. He was very personable and I was delighted with the blessing he was that day. Our plumber from Mr. Appliance was very respectful and courteous, and did a fantastic job in changing out the garbage disposal! He gave a lot of additional information on how to clean the disposal and how to care for it and explained what happened to the old one and why it was leaking. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to others! They did a great job!

My Frigidaire refrigerator started acting up. I contacted Mr. Appliance through their website and they responded and confirmed they would come out. The communication with this company is amazing. A++ John came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had to defrost my frig for two days. The Company contacted me in 24 hours advising that John was ill. Another appointment was set and Chris came out and repaired my frig. John had left excellent notes..Chris explained what he was doing. He showed me the old parts. He was extremely knowledgeable. My frig works like its brand new instead of 15 years old. The pricing was more than fair for the stellar work that was performed. I will never call anyone else. Thank you Mr. Appliance. My technician was Hector. He was absolutely great! He came in and did the inspection the first day, determined what it was within 10 minutes and he ordered the part. They called me two days later and we scheduled our appointment. Hector showed up on the third day came in and replaced the part and was out within 30ish minutes. Absolutely great service!

I was very impressed. I needed my washer and dryer looked at. I called Mr. Appliance and within 4 hrs I had a technician at my front door. Hector showed up and was very familiar with my LG appliances. Within an hr. my dryer was running like brand new.

Although my ice maker was beyond repair, Mr Appliance was upfront and honest. Andy arrived promptly and got to work, he ordered parts that arrived within a couple of days. However, when he returned to install, it was found that our ice maker compartment was warped and could not seal. Instead of just installing and taking our money knowing it would never work properly, he was honest and upfront with what would be a waste of time for him and money for us. We appreciated this so much. We will not hesitate to call Mr Appliance in the future for any of our appliance repairs. Thanks Mr Appliance and Andy.

We found our 20 year old KitchenAid double built-in oven with shattered innner glass doo r before Thanksgiving. Since we had appliance home warty with Sears we called for service. They sent a horrific sub contractor on 11/10/2023 to look at it for the $99 deductible. We never heard back from them. It was Total Appliance Repair in Burbank. After several back and forth calls to no avail over three months, ending with a very rude kiss-off from this sub-contractor, we tried another call to Sears for explanations. Turns out after 3 months of bac and forth that the shattered glass is not covered by the warranty which either party could have shared in November. We found Mr. Appliance with good reviews in our frustration. Within 24 hours, we received a call back and a highly knowledgeable repairman on site. He gave us a complete explanation of the possibilities for repair and the information on how KitchenAid no longer supports parts for our old oven. Why didn’t Sears and their sub-contractor tell the truth? Andy was great! He broke it down and gave us an option no one else thought of. Since it is a double oven and you seldom use the bottom why not swap doors? We took the swap door option and it took Andy less than 10 minutes to do this. This is an awesome appliance repair company and I will use from now on. Sears and Total are worthless in my experience.

I would use this service again.Although a bit pricey, I did appreciate their promptness and customer service. I guess excelling in these two areas does require hiring and training the right people; so I understand the costs may be higher.It started with the young lady that answered the phone, Jessica I believe her name is. She was polite, professional and followed thru when she stated she would. Many of these companies are only as good as the person answering or not answering the phone. Mr. Appliance has a good front person on the line in Jessica.The actual repair technician Cody was also very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and phoned his support team to confirm things. It’s great when the tech isn’t a self-claimed “know it all” and actually uses the power of this team to properly and accurately address and repair the problem.Solid service all the way around.Burnt out heating element. Replacement cost about $85 - $100.Cost to have it installed, an additional $400.

I called at 9am and they said they could be here at 12-2pm. At 12:00pm Johan showed up and was very nice and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had to order a part. He called around and a business in South Gate had it. He said I will get the part tonight and come back tomorrow. At 2:00pm the next day he arrived and it took him 15 minutes to replace the water inlet valve. The repair cost $325.00. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY. Andy was here on time, and got to work immediatly. He worked through my complaint with the dishwasher methodically and found the problem. He fixed it. When the dishwasher still wasnt working exactly right, he contiued to troubleshoot until he found two more problems.He told me to run a cycle and showed me what to look for. He said if there was still a problem they might have to order a part but if not, we were done.I liked that he was thorough and he left everything clean and in order.I will definately call Mr. Appliance again, if needed.

I called in a bit of a panic late in the week as my fridge decided it didnt want to be cold anymore. Jean Luc was so helpful and professional. He fit me in and gave me an appointment quicker than I even expected. Mr. Appliance sent Brock to our rescue. Brock arrived in full safety mode. Mask shoe covers and gloves. I cant say enough good things about Brock. He was super punctual, professional, friendly, helpful and insert other great adjectives here. Im so thrilled with this company! We have used their services several times at our rental houses. I did a bad thing. I washed a old feather pillow and it exploded in the washer. After removing all of the feathers that I could see, I started a cleaning cycle and it just died so I had to call in the professionals. It turns out the feathers really clogged the filter of the water pump and the pump finally said enough! I know all of this because the repairman, Kyle, perfectly explained and showed me what happened. Fixing this was not an easy task. I could have had a replacement water pump installed and discovered later that the feathers had clogged everything else. Kyle (and David, who came by to help with his years of experience) pulled out the washer and cleaned it thoroughly. They ran the new pump several times to continue cleaning the washer and to make sure it worked. I am thankful that I had a crew of very smart professionals that knew what they were doing. I have a washer that works after that fiasco and its as clean as when I bought it!

After 3 weeks of waiting, multiple follow up phone calls, and $160 diagnostic fee, I was finally notified by Mr. Appliance that that part needs for my Samsung fridge no longer exist and there is nothing they can do to help. My feedback for the business is that you need to be transparent and take the initiative to keep your customers informed, even if things are not going well. Most of us are reasonable, and we can understand the delay as long as we are being updated. My advice for the future customers thinking about doing business with Mr. Appliance is to do you due diligence and research your appliances problem first before blindly putting your trust in the company. You should be specific at the time of the consultation and ask intelligent questions to gauge their ability to resolve your appliances concern, before agreeing to have a tech dispatch to your home.Edit: After doing some basic research, we have found that the problems to our fridge is very common for this particular model. We are able to buy the part easily from Amazon and follow the youtube video to have our fridge fixed in 1-2 hours. We understand the challenges face by the business as there must be thousands of new appliance coming out each year, but still cannot feel disappointed about Mr. Appliances failure to make a proper diagnosis and seemingly lack of interest in helping their clients when the solution is easily available.

The first visit was a disaster. We have a Broan downdraft which not very common. Felicia was insistent all of her technicians were trained for this unit. When Technician Glenn walked in he became very angry. “ I haven’t worked on these units. I work on Viking. “ He was a bull in a China store. How i was fortunate enough to have found out about Mr. Appliance has faded from my memory. The service their representative, Cody, delivered will stay with me for a long time. The company texted AND emailed information regarding my appt. They also included a photo on the person who would knock on my door! I described the symptoms and he gave me his opinion after he did the diagnostic check-not before. Within less than an hour, the single-unit washer dryer combo (about $1,400-$2,000 to replace) was up and running for less than $300--which included the service call fee.. Your technician was polite and timely. He inspected my dryer after I smelled gas. It was determined that it was coming from the valve at the wall. He informed me that I should contact Southern California Gas Company. I contacted them and they sent out a technician right away. After checking the valve, all that was required was a nut tightening on the button of the valve. I feel this is something that your technician could have diagnosed, and taken care of. He didn’t do anything, and charged me $99. Now that I know that nut is on the bottom of the valve, I will be taking care of it myself. Save myself $99.

Very satisfied with the great service! The man fixed the oven and then was honest about fixing our refrigerator, telling us it wasnt worth the cost of fixing it. We appreciated his honesty and he did a good job fixing our oven.

Cody, our technician, was extremely informative and always followed through on his word. He gave me a window of between two hours of arrival and showed up both times at the earliest time given.Mr. Appliance of Rancho Cucamonga is the place to do business with for all of your appliance repairs.Upon calling Mr. Appliance, an actual live person answers the phone to schedule your appointment. The technician arrives exactly when promised and keeps you updated all along the way via text and email. They even send a picture of your technician so you know exactly whom to expect.My experience with SEARS was the exact polar oppposite of that. I was given a window of between 8-5 and spent all day twice in one week waiting for a technician. Both days, nobody showed up and they didn’t even have the decency to call. Your time means nothing to them.I then spent hours either not being able to speak to a human being, but instead was prompted by a computer. After finally geting the opportunity to speak to an actual person, I was then bounced around to various people who were of absolutely no help at all.Buyer be ware, do not buy their Complete Home Warranty Program. Let me reiterate on the Good Value ;what used to be Daves is no longer due to a sell out to Mr. Appliance. Apparently Daves refusal to up his fees to his customers base was a heart breaker for him so with that in mind was why he sold. So you still get all the QUALITIES but you just have to pay the now going prices. A tip for the wise; if your in the market for a new washer or dryer look for the old 70,80,90 Kenmore sires for they are the TANKS of washer /dryers, the newer models today are basically disposable; good enough for about seven to ten years then its best to buy another for what it will cost you to have it repaired, you could get a new one. So give Mr. Appliance a call for its still a little part of Old DAVES and dont get angry about what you might have to pay now for i tipped you on not to buy that Maserati of a washer/dryer.
