Moya was professional, knowledgeable,in particular about the latest trends, creative, and generous with her time. She helped me throughout the process of preparing my home for rent, suggesting the best ways to update, my house, but things really could use a little help in what things were unnecessary. She guided me on color, combinations for painting, appliance, suggestions, and all kinds of things I didn’t even know to pay attention to. She was encouraging throughout and help me stay on course. And then she navigated the Internet for me and created an online presence, and took fabulous photos. I highly recommend her.

Hands down.My family made the emotional decision to sell my parents’ home after they passed. My brother and I loved growing up in the home, and we have wonderful memories because it was a home filed with immense joy and love, in addition to being a beautiful home. We decided we didn’t want to rent the home because of the landlord/tenant turmoil that currently exists in Alameda County.It was clear after we interviewed several realtors, that Moya was the person for us.
