I feel so lucky that I found Moving Pro Inc.! I was looking for a local mom and pop business and had no idea what I was going to get. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. Vicky (the owner along with her husband) was warm and helpful and I truly feel like she gave me the best deal that she could for the small job I had (moving 225 banker boxes of books out of a garage and into a storage space.) Sergio, Sergio Jr and Pedro were on time, polite and super efficient. Hopefully I wont have to move anything any time soon but if I do, I will definitely reach out to Moving Pro Inc. again!

Expert moving professionals. Made our cross country moving experience so much less stressful! My fiancee and I were moving from Los Angeles to Vermont during the pandemic on tight timelines. This family-run business in LA really stepped up and made sure every part of the move was smoothly coordinate. The packers came in and got our LA apartment and storage unit packed up so quickly. Watching them pack, I was impressed by how they diligently wrapped everything for protection while keeping it condensed. Our belongings took up way less space than if wed done the packing ourselves, thats for sure. Every box was packed with a tracking system, which is the inventory system they check against when dropped off to make sure everything is received. What sticks out to me most about Moving Pro is how much they care, they make sure the customer is taken care of start to finish. Its not some sales pitch, and then they turn on you when they have all your stuff and then try to pull a fast one up-charging you. I know more moving stories like this than positive ones. The Moving Pro family (Haim, Vicky, Sergio and his team) are absolutely the BEST MOVERS on the west side! Last month was my fourth move in five years with Moving Pro, and I could not be more pleased. THE BEST!! Haim and Vicki were so kind and helpful every single step of the way. They were so quick with giving me a quote and were able to help me move the very next day. Haim and his partner showed up early to move everything from my storage unit to new place- it was absolutely seamless and took under two hours. My belongings were moved carefully and wrapped and taped shut when needed. They even went as far as setting up my bed frame, as I dont have help here. Truly wonderful experience and I will be using Moving Pro Inc for all of my moves in the LA area!! They take care of you like family and truly do the most wonderful job. Thank you so much!

Loved the whole team!!! Haim moved us from two different residences across town in LA all the way to Boise in a flash. We are talking a few days. Everyone else we called said it would take two to four weeks from pack time to move time and they couldnt guarantee any amount of days.Sergio and his son and nephew packed my beloved mid century furniture up so nicely and moved it up my narrow brick stairway. Even a giant heavy photo enlarger. I also had a dressers, desk and bed in a loft accessed by a small ladder and they somehow got everything down and into the truck without so much as a nick on it. Its close to a miracle, really.I had mirrors, framed artwork, glass shelves. Everything was treated with so much care and made it to Boise safely. Vicky worked with us on our quote and was always friendly, caring and always told us what we could expect with regard to communication. Doing business with these folks really feels personal. My partner likes them so much this is the third time theyve moved him! I highly recommend working with this team. An absolutely wonderful experience.

Haim was wonderful in packing at the pickup location. Andril nailed it at the delivery. In between the coordination which you made across all parties was awesome. Because of my previous experience with other movers I was doubtful till I received my items at delivery, but before delivery the way you spoke in phone, gave us much confidence and made us so comfortable, that discussion made me 60% worry free. Moving? Yes we all hate it. But how do you pick a good reliable mover to help? I chose this company because of their past reputation and that the owner is personally involved. I worked with Vickie the owner and she made sure everything was in order for the move. They were on time, worked quickly and safely taking care not to damage any items. Best moving company ever!! We recently moved out of state with a two-year-old kid and a 5-week old baby and Moving Pro converted the entire process into a pleasant experience. Since the first call, you can feel how close these guys are to you. Vicky’s (the person in charge of the logistics) main interest is your family and valuables. She is always working to accommodate your needs and is extremely responsive to customers. When you contact her, she sends Haim for a visual inspection; based on this, you will receive an estimate for the job. Once you agree on the day, their moving team (Sergio, Junior, and Pedro) will arrive home and take care of everything. These guys are fast, friendly and real specialists in wrapping and boxing items for shipping. You will finally receive all your stuff the exact day they promised and they will ensure that everything is assembled and in the place where you want to have it. Everybody in this company is efficient, professional, and reliable. Forget contacting big companies that are going to ask 12K up front without even knowing how many things you have. THE BEST!!!!Moving Pro made my move from CA to MD stress-free!Ive had horrible experiences with long distance movers in the past, making me dread the entire process. I’m now on my second move and I wouldn’t trust any other mover but Moving Pros!!! I moved from Los Angeles to San Francisco last June and an incredible experience with Moving Pros. I spent weeks looking for a mover and choose Moving Pros based on their reviews online. From the start, Vicky was the nicest person to work with. She took the stress out of the entire process and made me feel at ease. When moving day came around Haim and his partner packed all my stuff and with great care. There literally was no stress, and I can’t believe I’m saying this – but it was a pleasant experience. I met them the next day in San Francisco, and all my stuff was unloaded in a couple of hours. There was NO damage to any of my furniture, everything was in perfect condition! Now I’m moving back to LA, and I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else but moving Pros! Vicky (who is the sweetest person), offered to work within my budget and schedule. I have no doubt everything will go well, and I’m looking forward to seeing Haim again. Of all the moves I’ve ever gone through, my experience with Haim & Vicky at Moving Pro Inc by far outshines all the rest and there is really no comparison to the level of service and kindness that they extended to me throughout the entire process. If you want to hire a company that feels like it’s your extended family coming to help you pack, move and take care of your things - forget about whatever other companies you were considering and call Haim & Vicky!I was moving cross-country (LA to Miami) and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to move within 1 weeks time, so needless to say I was under an incredible amount of stress trying to coordinate everything. When I read the other reviews and gave Moving Pro a call, Vicky answered the phone and immediately made me feel at ease about everything and took so much stress away from what was a very chaotic situation for me.The same afternoon Haim stopped by to scope out my things and within two days they were at my house packing everything up and wouldn’t allow me to lift a finger! Their team literally packed everything (from a 1 bed apt) within 2 hours and were so conscientious about how they packed items and made sure to number and label every box or item. Vicky also went out of her way to research and help me find the perfect storage unit in Miami for when my things arrived (just out of pure kindness and not something that I even hired her to do). When my things arrived in Miami everything was in perfect condition aside from the leg of my nightstand which had previously been broken as it was a vintage piece (nothing to do with Moving Pro), but Haim went out of his way and stayed an extra hour to help me fix it just to be nice.I’ve moved many times, including 3 cross-country moves in the last 10 years, so I like to think I’ve had enough experience in dealing with moving companies on both the East and the West Coast to pass fair judgement and this was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had. It also was about half the cost of what other moving companies had been quoting me.The level of service, communication, and kindness from Moving Pro is unparalleled!Like I said - if you want to feel like your extended family is coming to help you move don’t waste any more time calling other companies and call Haim & Vicky to take care of you. We just completed a move from Santa Monica, CA to Houston, TX. This was our tenth (or so) cross-country move and by far the best. Haim and Vicky are interested and experienced managers. Planning and execution was perfect. Communication was great. We always knew where we were in the process and what the next step was to be. Furniture and vehicle were delivered as promised and without damage.I just cannot say enough about Moving Pro Inc. We have had some good experiences and some terrible experiences. It’s hard to put into words how easy and stress free it was working with Moving Pro Inc. My fiancé and I almost made the mistake of going with a big company who’s marketing made it seem like they were an easy option.Moving Pro Inc is family owned and the owners, Vicky and Haim, put their hearts and souls into their work. They are diligent, responsive, and the team they have working for them moved our belongings with respect and precision.I’ve had some awful moving experiences in the past where movers ate up time by wrapping random small items and working slowly. Moving Pro is much different, Haim, the owner, comes by before your move date and checks out the space to make sure the can execute quickly. On moving day they break everything down, pack it up, and load the truck efficiently. A couple that really cares about their family business. There was some miscommunication at the start, but Vicky and Haim made sure they fixed it. Their team worked very efficiently and were focused on doing a proper job throughout - really appreciated that. Haims right-hand man, Sergio Sr knows this work really well - how to move furniture safely, how to put it together. He managed the team well, worked hard, and is very valuable to the company. They were also careful about wearing masks and shoe covers. Im glad I went with Moving Pro, and highly recommend them. A friendly family business with a personal touch, plus they know what theyre doing.

With a week before my lease was up, I was suddenly saved. Vicky was communicative and caring. She and Haim put their reputation on the line for our belongings. Having someone who actually answers your calls made the experience that much better. And timing wise, her estimate was right on point. Her team took every precaution making sure our furniture was properly packed. It gave me the assurance that I could concentrate on the other aspects of my move rather than worrying about my belongings in transport. Everything arrived intact, including our industrial sized printer that most likely would have been destroyed had anyone else transported it. Overall, I would never move with anyone else. I would HIGHLY recommend movers pro inc!

Vicky And Haim saved the day for me! I was in a bind, not trusting the moving broker that I had already given nearly $5K deposit to. I was planning the move from CA to FL, and could not sleep at night. Something about the Broker felt so fishy… so I started looking into reviews of the Broker company - real reviews - Not fake reviews on the Broker’s own website! I was aghast - all I saw was horror story after horror story. So I bailed out and was in a panic. Then I found Vicki and Haim at Moving Pro‘s on yelp and was instantly so impressed because all they had were glowing 5-star reviews. Real reviews. I called them, and both Vicky And Haim jumped into action to help me. The move incredibly smoothly, with lots of communication along the way. They were so professional and kind, and we only had two items broken… which from what I hear is almost impossible for a cross-country move! Vicki immediately offered to reimburse me for them. I cannot speak more highly of these two and their family run business. Trust them. They will provide what they promise, and with kindness and professionalism!

These guys were above and beyond what one would expect from a moving company. Their communication is perfection, they are incredibly accommodating, take pride in their work and do not stop until you tell them too. We did a cross country move during a pandemic and like every move there were a lot of moving parts. This company rolled with the punches with us, eased our anxiety that at least everything on their end would be covered, and it was from start to finish. They were competitively priced but offered the best services. Im not sure how anyone could choose another company. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it. You will not be disappointed!! Haim and Vicky treat you like family and all of your things are treated like it is their own precious heirloom.

We recently moved from Southern California to Billings, Montana. This was the first time our family had made a move this big and needless to say it was stressful. What can I say...they were like having family. From the beginning they were extremely professional and on time. We had watched them move our friends the year before start to finish and they were incredible. After that experience we knew who we were calling for our move from California to Idaho.We had 2 locations to pick up from and tons of stairs but they remained fair on their price. They even moved one of our vehicles. A Tahoe !They were in constant communication with us and always letting us know what would happen next. Once they arrived the unloading was smooth. They didnt break a thing! We did accidentally leave a box on the truck and they called me immediately and had it shipped overnight!The owner of the company drove the truck and we ended up taking him out to dinner after because we were so grateful. Its hard to find honest hardworking people at times but you cant go wrong with this company.The only company I would ever use for something as important as moving all your belongings. We are forever grateful for the amazing experience.

Moving Pro Inc. is hands down the BEST moving company around!My husband and I just moved long distance from Los Angeles to Atlanta. We had called many other companies and the estimates were all over the place. Most quotes were given over the phone without ever seeing our home or belongings. The estimates would even fluctuate depending on the dates we were looking at. Turns out many of these companies were just brokers and our belongings would end up with some third party movers. I was absolutely terrified as I had heard many stories from people who waited weeks for their furniture to arrive and some with missing items.Right from the start, Moving Pro Inc. was different! Vicky was so professional, direct and honest. She sent her manager Sergio to our home and he walked through each room taking numerous notes. Vicky then gave us a fair and reasonable price that never wavered. Her husband, Haim even came by the next day for a follow up. Sergio and his son were amazing!! They packed our entire home with such care! Everything was wrapped so well & labeled. They did a much better job packing than we ever could. They took away all the stress of moving!Haim arrived in his personally owned 18 wheeler semi-truck. Our belongings were loaded and delivered perfectly on time across the country as planned. Haim had possession of our belongings the entire trip. He and a crew unloaded in a very efficient manner. They assembled all the furniture and beds too! Nothing missing, nothing broken or even scratched! This family owned company is amazing! A truly remarkable husband and wife team. My cross-country move was not easy, but the Moving Pro people made it manageable! From packing everything quickly and correctly to unloading with patience and good humor, they were AWESOME. Everyone who saw them in action was impressed with their professionalism and I received all of my belongings in perfect condition. But this is just what we did at the end of March, 2020. For our 2,000-mile move we used Moving Pro. To say that we were impressed is a HUGE understatement! Moving Pro, a family-run company, took us under their wing after we were scammed by a fraudulent organization claiming to be a moving broker. From start to finish, Vicky and her husband, Haim, were the epitome of kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, they made us feel comfortable and assured with the prospect of a long-distance move. We felt that we were much more than clients to them as we were treated as friends or family!When moving day arrived, everything proceeded like clockwork. Haim directed his crew, who were super nice and extra careful with our possessions. Before leaving, Haim shared a locating app with us so he could track each other’s progress across the country in case we might be delayed for any reason so he could adjust his arrival at our new home accordingly. When we decided to move long distance from CA to MT, we began looking for a trustworthy mover and right away, this became extremely stressful. Aside from our regular furniture and belongings, we had two large items that needed special care, a large kiln and a baby grand piano.We interviewed 4 long distance movers. Some claimed they knew how to properly move a baby grand, some said they could not do it. We spoke to a piano mover who explained what needed to be done. In talking to these long distance movers, most of which were large companies or were affiliates of large companies, we found three bits of information which were stressful. First, they all said that the move would take 10-14 days. Second, the truck would most likely also carry other people’s belongings. Third, the truck would need to sit in facility yards during the trip (it would not be acceptable for a baby grand to sit in a non-climate controlled truck for this long). We only became increasingly stressed when we read reviews and found that most of the companies had difficulties with meeting timelines, damaging furniture, losing furniture, and holding people hostage for increased charges upon delivery. Twenty years ago we had this experience with a reputable moving company, and we didn’t want to go through it again. After searching the internet for a company with acceptable reviews, we found Moving Pros Inc out of Venice (not to be confused with Moving Pros out of NY which has bad reviews). From the time we received an estimate to the last article of our possessions coming off of the truck, our experience with Haim and his team was outstanding.It started with Isaac who provided the quote to move our possessions from the San Francisco East Bay to our new home in Montana. Moving Pros Inc was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but Isaac was much more thorough and knowledgeable than the others we’d talked to and when he described how they would move the piano, it was the same as the professional piano movers had described. We negotiated with Vickie, one of the company owners and found her to be reasonable and easy to talk to. From the beginning, we could tell she cared about the reputation of her company, and how we felt about the move. We made the decision to go with Moving Pros Inc. Well, moving day came. We had committed to packing our own things and we were not quite ready. Needless to say, we were stressed!!! Haim, the owner, showed up driving a big purple semi. He jumped out of his truck and was so personable, friendly, bubbly and yet so professional, and in charge, we couldn’t help but love him immediately. He and his crew could see how stressed we were and said, “Go relax. Have a cup of coffee. We’re taking over.” And they did. They packed what we had not, they jumped right in and loaded everything. They communicated and were friendly. Sean, Umberto, Sergio, Luis, and Adam were the nicest and most professional movers I have ever experienced. Haim drove our belongings to MT in 3 days, through snow and sleet. He and Vickie were in constant communication with us.Upon arrival, another team unloaded under Haim’s direction. Everything (including the piano and kiln) arrived in great condition.We could not be happier with the service that Haim, Vickie, and the crew provided. They are what all moving companies should be.It has been two weeks since our move and we have had some follow up communication with Haim and Vickie. It is rare these days to develop a relationship with someone providing a service. But, that’s what happened with Haim and Vickie. They are a family owned and operated business. I have moved many times in my life and recently used Moving Pros USA for my move from LA to Sarasota FL.This was the best move I have ever had. Vicky and Haim were personable, honest and willing to work with my budget and my time frame. I packed myself with the help of Laura, my housekeeper, and my son David. There were still unusual objects, large mirrors, antique clock, and large stone pagoda.On moving day Sergio arrived with a wonderful crew. Sergio custom made boxes for all the unusual objects, and mirrors were padded and shrink-wrapped, along with all furniture with legs. We wound up with approximately 250 boxes, plus special stuff and furniture.The 5 man crew was cheerful, careful and fast. Dont worry, well take care of it was their mantra. I totally recommend Moving Pros USA! I moved a couple weeks ago but my storage was not ready. I called 10 moving companies and they all told me that it was a three hour minimum. Obviously it was not gonna take three hours to move my items from one storage unit to another storage unit. I had done a bunch of research for a cross country move from Southern California to Boston and found Moving Pros online and noticed they had outstanding reviews! I saw they were family owned and operated and saw wonderful pictures of various moves they had made for different clients. They just seemed like really good people! I got in touch with Vicky and because we were only moving a one-bedroom apartment all the way across the country, it was going to take some work to make it happen. My husband and I had packed everything ourselves (much was in storage from a previous move) and the crew quickly and efficiently repacked things that needed it to sustain a cross-country trip, (they told us in advance that they would do it if necessary). Hubby and I drove our car to Boston and Vicky kept in touch with me along the way to let us know how the driver was doing with timing. He actually had to pick up a load in the Bay Area after our house before driving across the country.Our new street is very narrow and we knew the big trailer could not do the delivery so all of our items were transferred to a shuttle before being brought here. The driver and his crew were also incredible! It was the hottest, most humid day here in Boston and we did not have AC for our 3rd floor unit, (we bought an AC right after that). We felt so bad for the crew but we made sure to have plenty of cold waters, bananas and string cheeses. Everything was such a smooth process. They seriously were amazing! WOW, WOW, and WOW!!!We were absolutely floored by the outstanding performance of Moving Pros USA out of Venice, CA.From the time we received an estimate to the last article of our possessions coming off of the truck, it is fair to say that Moving Pros USA were careful to underpromise while overachieving. Isaac provided the quote to move our possessions from the San Francisco East Bay to our new home in Montana, and Moving Pros USA did so in a mere fraction of the time nationwide movers said they could deliver. Isaac was uncommonly positive yet we couldnt help but wonder whether his enthusiasm and reassurance of service could be matched. No worries, it was exceeded by leaps and bounds! Still we had a very negative experience with a previous move and read reams of reviews and complaints of other companys fouled delivery timing, damaged inventory, and criminal extortion efforts to extract more fees before finishing their delivery.We finished negotiations with Vicky, one of the owners (!) who demonstrated very reasonable flexibility relative to our needs while keeping their ethic of service to us uppermost in mind. As the day of our move approached, Vicky kept us constantly informed of timing for day and hour which was very important to our itinerary. But things only seemed to get better, if that were possible. We were told by Vicky that her husband Haim was the driver and he was the best. She really understated that considerably as he proved to be an excellent driver and leader who knew how to command his moving staff for optimal performance. From the moment Haim and his crew arrived, the whip was cracking and they all jumped to their responsibilities. We were floored by their teamwork and the pace of their progress. The team he brought were ALL first rate and helpful at every turn. BRIEF HISTORY:Moving Pro Inc. was amazing!!!!! They saved me from the horrors of a move done by another company and turned a hopeless situation into a wonderful experience. Going through a broker, not knowing who would handle my belongings was the biggest mistake. What I went through was shameful.It started with my things were to be picked up on the 9th and the delays began with the final date of the 13th. I received a call on the 12th that the movers were on the way and they would be picking up my things in two hours. We negotiated to the 13th. My things were picked up and unbeknownst to me was put in their storage. After multiple delays, follow-ups, and negative reviews online, I came to the conclusion that I might not ever see my things again and items may be damaged and/or missing and I might have to possibly pay more money to get my items back.MOVING PRO INC. TO THE RESCURE!!!!!!!!After reading the several comments on Moving Pro Inc., (family owned) and not one negative comment: only praise I called Vicky (owner) and I was crying. She assured me that they would help me and not to worry. She and her husband circled me with assurance. Vicky emailed me a link to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) and I quickly learned that there had been several violations from the broker and first van lines. Vicky was very straight forward on the legal steps that needed to be completed prior to obtaining my things. It was extremely complicated as I was in another state on a peninsula. When the two Moving Pro movers went to the storage where my things were being held, they saw a junk pile. Some items were upside down, not wrapped properly, and broken with only a partial inventory so did not know what was missing. The movers took multiple pictures and emailed me with a warning that I might not want to view them. I slowly opened the link and cried. The movers created a new inventory, rewrapped with blankets, paper and tape which took over 5 hours. I knew that this was not a straightforward move and that they were not charging me for all their time. I felt they were like my family. I was charged as if it was a very straight forward pick-up and delivery. They followed the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules with no deviations. Lastly, their customer service was tops and rare.

But man my blood is boiling.I understand that an estimate of cubic footage is just that -- an estimate. And I fully expect variances of maybe 10-15% to be normal. But before the movers had finished emptying my house today, we were already 400 cubic feet over the estimate, with another 500 or so cubic feet still in the house. This was a nearly 300% error on the estimate, with a price tag of more than $3,000! A few hundred dollars, fine, I get that and was expecting that and fully prepared to pay it. But not this.The two estimators who kept blowing up my phone with texts and emails to get me to sign with them were suddenly nowhere to be found (thanks, Ronnie and Sean). I called customer service and the woman I spoke to said more or less it was my choice to leave things in the house and figure it out later (I cant leave anything, I have to be out of my house in two days, and Im moving across the country), or load everything up, pay it, then send them the info and maybe Ill get some kind of reimbursement.Be warned. I will NEVER use any mover that doesnt come to my house to look at everything themselves (this was based on a video walkthrough), and guarantee that their estimate will not be over by a certain percentage and a capped dollar amount. This reeks of a bait and switch scheme. Regardless of the outcome, I will never use Moving Pro again.

Our move was about as far as one can go in the US (coast to coast), exactly 3000 miles. We did a ton of research to weigh all of the options in terms of reputable movers and cost—better business bureau, reviews online (multiple places like Yelp, Google, mymovingreviews), advice from friends, AAA, etc. We decided to go with Moving Pros for a variety of reasons, the main ones being a competitive price, professional service upfront with the estimate on site, professional service in terms of phone calls and written estimate by email, reviews, and a “live load” moving promise (this means they pack the stuff into a truck and it is not stored in a warehouse but driven directly to its destination).Overall, things turned out really well, and we had high expectations. They arrived on the day they said they would and it was delivered on time, on our preferred date. Especially on the California end, where Moving Pro is located, they were amazing. The owner himself (Haim) was there to pack and load with a large crew and they really did a great job of organizing the pack and loading of the truck. First class! They took the time to pay attention to the details in terms of the pack, and ensure that our home was protected from damage. Everything went perfectly. This says a lot since it was a 3000 sq ft home with a large (and full) three car garage. They came with seven guys, which was impressive.On the destination side it was trickier, because the unload ended up being on probably the hottest and most humid day of the summer. It was brutal. However, after a long day the crew got the job done without any damage. We had one minor issue but Vicky went out of her way to correct it, doing more than we could have asked for. We are very pleased (and relieved) since it was a big, stressful move for us.Its hard to decide on a mover, but were happy with Moving Pros overall, especially the professional and personalized service we received from the owners, Vicky and Haim. 5 Stars.

The entire team at Moving Pro was 100% professional, responsive, transparent, and authentic. There were no surprises and everything that was promised was delivered. Actually, I was the one to throw a curve ball by asking to delay my cross-country (CA-NJ) delivery by a week and they handled it without issue or complaint. For the most part we had a good experience with Vicky and her movers. She made sure they were going to be able to reinstall a floor at the new location (a special request) and they did it in a timely manner. The only issue was that they scratched some of our tables which we noticed afterward. Make sure you have them wrap things carefully especially fragile pieces.

We give you 5 stars because you really are pros. Our move from California to Washington near Seattle was quite challenging for you right from scratch. First we couldnt give you our exact move date due to the fact that we also didnt know because it depended on several factors. Your patience was exemplary. Then we had issues with with communication on certain move regulations that would have been a big problem just before the move but you handled it so calmly, like it was normal.Come the moving day, and we saw the real deal. You handled everything with the practiced hand of a pro, displaying leadership and high sense of attention to detail with your team. This review is long overdue. In 2020 I started looking for a moving company for my Uncle, to move him and his belongings from California to New Jersey. I began speaking with Vicki and Haim in February of 2020 on the process of moving my Uncle. Right from the beginning I knew it was a good fit. Vicki always calmed my nerves this was a big move for a 90+ year old man, she would always say I got you and she did. We had been set to move in March of 2020 and then COVID hit. They said dont worry, when you are ready we will be ready. When there was a window of opportunity in October of 2020 they were set. This company saved my life. I had to move unexpectedly and had some special needs and they came through like a guardian angel. Then two weeks later I had to completely move again because my apartment had violated my lease w construction. Professional, kind, quick, safe. My stuff was well taken care of and I barely had to give any direction. Professional. Courteous. Mila always responded to my emails in a timely manner. They stuck to our contract and didnt try to nickel-and-dime me. An inexpensive dresser did get damaged in the long-distance (3,000 mi) transport. MovingPros reimbursed me the cost of the dresser with no hassles. One area of improvement: I wish they would have given me tips about how to pack boxes for long-distance moves. Nothing was damaged in the boxes but they came across 3,000 mi pretty beat up. Next time Id go with reinforced (and more expensive) boxes for such a long-distance move. But overall, Im very pleased with my experience with MovingPros.

After much research and due diligence in searching for a proper moving company, (and a LOT of prayers!), I came across the Moving Pro on Yelp and spoke with Vicky. I did not have much hope as Ive contacted at least six different companies with varying rates and services.From the start Vicky was reassuring that she will take good care of you and in hindsight, those were not empty promises! I had a need to move my items from a storage unit to another unit, cross-country, and was nervous about not having my things brokered to multiple movers along the way.One thing I had going for me was flexibility in arrival of my belongings and it gave me comfort knowing that Vicky kept in communication with me during that waiting period. She was prompt in responding my questions and would text back multiple times a day, when needed.Sergio and Junior arrived to my storage in Burbank and immediately got to work, I did provide them some local breakfast burritos from my favorite place, which they appreciated as we were starting early. Sergio assured me also that my belongings were in the best of care, a sense of pride in his work was apparent and his quiet but friendly attitude was well calming my nervousness.Junior was so organized and meticulously checked each box and labeled/listed on the Bill of Landing (descriptions and list of my items) and a packet of signing documents (that were provided by Vicky after an on-site, in person assessment). I had apparently underestimated the size of my storages (yes...two units in two locations!) but the initial estimate cost did not move much as Vicky did what she could to help me stay on my budget.After my things were carefully placed in the truck, I said farewell to my things and about a month and half later (I agreed to a slower delivery as I did have some flexibility on my end and yes, COVID-19, weather, all these things affected service), I welcomed my belongings with open arms. And while I was waiting, the destination location of the storage had to be changed, but Vicky didnt have an issue redirecting the moving truck.Once arrived, my belongings were transferred to a local mover they have worked with before to bring it to the storage. The local company (White Glove Moving - see my review on them as well!) had a foreman Alex who match the kind of service I received via the Moving Pro! When each items were brought in, Alex would call out the number and I stood by to check them off each. I also observed the boxes for dents or damages (water, neglect, etc.) and thankfully didnt see anything alarming!And the wood furnitures that I had (which I erroneously wrapped in plastic - a no no!), I noticed when the blankets came off, they had removed the plastic, giving the wood an opportunity to breathe and not mold up. It was in these attention to details that I truly appreciated!This review doesnt do justice to the level of assurance and matching quality of service I received from Vicky (thank you sincerely!) and the Moving Pro team! I would whole-heartedly recommend their services and should I have another need for a cross-country move, I would be certain to seek out their services!--------------------------------------LOCATION: The company is located in Venice, Los Angeles and serves local and long-distance moves.SERVICE: Extraordinary communication (phone/text/voice notes), willing to spend extra time to answer questions and to provide solutions.
