I recently had a fantastic experience at Mountain View Chevrolet, and I want to share my positive review. Our salesperson, Hanny, was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal possible. Not only that, but the dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere.One thing that really stood out was how prepared Hanny was. He had the car we were interested in ready for us to test drive as soon as we arrived. This level of attention to detail was greatly appreciated and made the entire process smoother and more efficient.The customer service at Mountain View Chevrolet was exceptional. I recently purchased a car from Mountain View Chevrolet through an internet deal, as I live 62 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership, the car I had my eye on was out for a test drive. However, Miguel Cervantes, the Internet Sales Manager, went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact car I wanted despite the hiccup. Amir made the finance process completely painless.The next day, when I returned on the Metrolink to bring home my car, Ash, the Sales Manager, personally picked me up at the train station and drove me to the dealership. Three days into owning my 2021 Bolt EV, I encountered a major issue with the lithium battery pack. I called Miguel, who promptly arranged a service appointment for the next day.Upon arriving at the service center, I was greeted by Matt Baker, my Service Advisor. Matt’s friendly, happy, and reassuring demeanor made a stressful situation much easier. He kept me informed throughout the diagnosis and the eventual replacement of the battery by General Motors.I’m very happy with my new (to me) electric vehicle and feel well taken care of by the staff at Mountain View Chevrolet. Purchased 2024 Corvette Z06 today and could not have been a better experience (unless they gave it to me instead of buying). Ordered the car little over 2 months ago and the sales person Hanny was really great keeping me informed on the status of the build. No surprises today and they honored the price they had quoted me. I was very nervous about getting approved for a vehicle and was worried about the whole process of finding a good deal but that changed quickly once I was there! Michelle worked her magic and not only was she able to get me approved within my budget, she made the whole process easy and fun and made sure I was comfortable with everything and not feeling pressured. I got a great deal, amazing warranty and I left there with my new vehicle knowing I made the right decision. To top it off, Andy walked me through setting everything up and linking my phone and accounts with the vehicle so that I could feel confident using all the neat features from the moment I drove away. My first experience about a year ago was so painless and easy I didn’t even think of dealing with anyone else.My sales person was Hanny and he was a delight to deal with. I took my vehicle into service for warranty service. Yes, I have a SUV with a 5.3 L engine. The person, Jose, who received our vehicle was o top of it and took care of business. My car was fixed within a couple of days, no problem. After about 700 miles after repairs, my engine started ticking and tocking. I took the car back to the dealership. Again, the same guy took my car in. This time he was not in the mood or something; didn’t like the pressure or something. I had asked for a loaner as the first time, and me thinking this guy was cool, i thought he was gonna come through. No, this second time the same person felt too pressured and said, “next time you can go somewhere else”. He said that in front of two other workers there present. I said nothing; I just stayed calm the best I could. I thought of writing a letter to GM corporate or the dealership’s manager, but I left it at that. Today I get the chance to write a review. In just a few words, your customer service at the service department is very poor. I guess, like Jose suggested, next time I’ll go somewhere else.

Amazing work like always, went in for a trans service and heater hoses to be replaced. They found an upper seal leak above the oil pan. They were able to get leak covered under warranty. Always return for any other issues or services. Also Sunbit came in clutch for us.

Do not take your vehicle for servicing here!!! They are way over priced!!! Mess up your cars intentionally to spend more money, lie about the maintenance schedule of your vehicle to make you pay more to do services you don’t need yet. My Tahoe was smooth when you drove it now after taking it to them for a full service with checking the brakes and routers they put the wheels back on my Tahoe charged me for an alignment and gave it back to me without actually doing the alignment cause my truck would not be SHAKING at 70-80 and above like an old ram if they actually did their jobs while over pricing you. Ridiculous service! And I will be looking further into this because they are now responsible for the damages to my truck they did intentionally. Don’t come here!!!

Over all Im happy. They were patient with me and the lady in financing was awesome. The salesman was nice. My only issue is the guilt trip they put on me for having too many discounts and saying they werent making money off my purchase (I ended up forfeiting one of the discounts from the pressure) and they pressured me to keep the $1700 digital license plate. I did not keep the digital plate in the end.

Overall good experience. Had an issue with the front crank seal of my 2015 chevy volt.They had the part in stock and were able to fix it the same day they found the part. Dropped my car off Friday morning and didnt hear back until Monday after calling all weekend to get no answer. To be fair it was mothers day weekend.The warranty covered the issue so no additional cost to me. Overall great work and polite

I made my diagnostic appointment one week in advance. Dropped off in the morning. The service department did nothing to it and kept my vehicle overnight with no courtesy call to inform me of this. The following day, I discovered that my service writer was off, as well as his techs. They planned to keep my vehicle parked on their lot for another two days and without my authorization or knowledge. Poor communication. Im confident they can do better but Im not very happy about this.

I had gone to another dealership on Wednesday fully expecting to purchase a new vehicle before the end of the year. The experience was so awful I left.On Thursday I walked onto the lot at Mountain View and met Tefa Wahba. I told him about my experience the day before and what I was looking for. We test drove a car but it wasn’t what I needed and I needed to think about it. Tefa was not high pressure. We texted a bit Thursday evening and I returned Friday for one more test drive and him to locate the car I wanted. The process was incredibly smooth. He was kind and not aggressive. This was my first time using mountain view Chevrolet... I was impressed from the beginning. I was was able to schedule a Monday morning appt the night before. Guillermo in the Service Dept was awesome. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns and assured me a positive outcome. Mountain View Chevrolet was the first dealership to replicate my concerns of my vehicle and diagnose a problem, they worked with my extended warranty company and had my transmission replaced within 2 weeks. The only problem I encountered came at the time of pickup, I questioned a charge for extra units of oil on the bill ( in previous encounters my oil change was complete covered under Ally warranty). The Cashier called up Guillermo and the problem was quickly rectified and the extras charges were waived. Mountain View you have earned my future Business for service! Now lets earn my business on the sales end. lol

Everyone was very friendly, but the service took much longer than expected. I had an appointment for a recall that said it would take 30 minutes, but the appointment took over 2 hours. It would have been nice to have a heads up on how long it would take. Even when I tried to ask the status, I wasn’t able to find out. Telling it like it is... Jose in service was awesome. Not awesome, bought a brand new 2024 truck that leaked coolant. The head was replaced. When I received my truck after repair, the rear tire were at 80 psi... yesterday I aired down the rear tires, noticed that many of the plastic beauty lugs were loose, 1 of them were just dangling, 1 stem cap was missing. Makes me wonder how good of a job was performed when the simple tasks were not proper.

I had took my vehicle to other mechanics and they said nothing was wrong with it. I knew something was definitely wrong with it. So I decided to take it to an actual Chevy dealer to be looked at since it’s a Chevy. Well within a day they diagnosed the problem. And we’re able to contact my extended warranty and get it all sorted out for me. They repaired my vehicle and now it’s running smoothly. They made this experience so easy for me. I was stressed out thinking no one would be able to fix it. But they were on top of it. They kept in contact with me the whole time letting me know what was going on. Overall we had a great experience because we knew what we wanted and what they had on their website before we walked in the door. Tefa was very professional and easy to work with. We never felt pressured. Wasnt real excited over the price of the added on digital license plate that offset the other discounts. Still their price on the Trailblazer was a better price than any of the other larger eight dealers we contacted. I would recommend Mountain Chevrolet. Call and ask for Tefa. I gave them a 4 rating but it was more like a 4.5 experience.

1. Hope I get my $5 gift card for my review. There is a reason for the slew of 1 star reviews and then an imbalanced set of 5 star reviews.2. WASTE OF TIME! 30 minute drive just to tell me they dont want to purchase my car after harassing me all hours in the morning about an offer they have. Its an old truck that drives better than the 2018 we had to send back to the dealer. A cold morning after not driving the truck for almost 2 months and the battery was not cooperating. The same thing happened that morning to my 2020 Palisade.3. Thanks to the gentleman that tried to help and kick rocks to the idiot manager for not valuing customers time.

Drooped vehicle of at agreed time and was told repairs would take 2-3 hours, I advised them I would be waiting in the customer lounge. Three hours later I asked how much longer it would be and was informed that they had not started on the repairs yet. I called for a ride home and was contacted three hours later that it was ready. Not happy with with service advisor, should have told me they werent sure how long it would take.

Have had a really bad experience with this dealership. Found a truck for a decent price in October 2023. So went and decided to get it, not even 2 weeks later the transmission started down shifting hard so I took it in (luckily I purchased extended warranty) they had the transmission replaced about 2 weeks later . I got it back and not even a day went by when I felt it shifting weird again, before it was only downshifting now it’s both so I took it back December 21. Going from 15-20 miles it would rev upOn its own . I’ve called multiple times ever since and they say it’s a reprogramming issue and they need to have gm send a technician over . But can’t give me a loaner since it’s Only a reprogramming issue . I got a call yesterday morning 02/01/24 saying my truck is good to go. Picked it up and drove it home fine, but in the afternoon i went to the store and sameIssue again. Only writing this review in hopes of someone to not have this same experience, I’ve been patient with them but it’s been stressful. Also I was charged $980 dollars then $200 this time because of another break issue they supposedly found . Tried to ask for another truck but was told they can’t just do that . So ima go elsewhere and see if I can get it fixed .

One of the worst buying experiences I have gone through when looking at their 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limiter X that is up for sale. I wouldn’t not recommend buying from this dealership. This was all because of the unprofessionalism of the sales manager (Courtney Shieh). Instead of working with me on closing the deal, she was focused more on trying to cover the supposed loss of the vehicle. She walked into the office mid conversation with the salesmen without introducing herself and began to make claims that another sales manager wrongfully priced the vehicle. Vehicle was priced at 23.3k on 02/21 and magically became 24.7k on 02/23. While test driving the vehicle there was a rattling noise. Later to find out the noise was coming from a loose spoiler. The sale manager was made aware of the issue and proceeded to make many excuses that they can’t and will not fix the spoiler of the vehicle they’re selling. Apparently this is the normal sales quality of a used vehicles at their dealership.Again, the sales manager kept reiterating about the apparent loss on the car instead of working to sell me a quality vehicle or rectifying the issue. I’ve bought other vehicles from Chevy. Most recently, I bought a new 2020 Chevy 2500 HD from Simpson Chevy in garden grove and had an amazing experience.Buyer beware !!

I had the tire replaced.12/02/21 I went to get the oil checked out to make sure everything was ok. Since I had to replace the tire I felt like I needed assurance that the oil was ok. I went to valvoline they said the oil was low and dark brown and that it needed an oil change. I got the oil change.I been in contact with tony the sales manager and Noel. Noel has been responsive and has been communicating well . I feel like Tony the sales manager, is giving me the run around. His response about the gas was that next time I’m in upland to call him so he can fill up the gas tank. This is after I told him I was not planning to go upland in the future. I had an issue with the rear media not working on my 2023 Suburban. A different Chevrolet dealership told me the day before that the problem was a module. They were unable to repair due to the module being on backorder and they were not sure when the module.would be available. I have a Christmas road trip coming up with my grandsons who totally enjoy the rear media system. I was very disappointed that the dealership was not able to resolve my problem.I took my Suburban to Mountain View Chevrolet for a second opinion. Jonathan Pena was the service advisor that assisted me. He had his technician reset the system, including all modules. His diagnosis was that the problem was with Onstar, not my Suburban. JONATHAN PENA WAS CORRECT IN HIS DIAGNOSIS. I contacted Onstar as suggested by Jonathan and had the problem resolved by the end of the day. THANK YOU JONATHAN!

My experience started with Victor and he went above and beyond to try to find me what I was looking for and at the price range I wanted to stay with . I emphasized the importance of needing ti work over the phone for most of the dealings because of my schedule and Victor was more than accommodating. Prior to Mountain abide, I had been working with multiple other dealerships and didn’t feel like I was being heard or that my business was respected. Victor was the first salesman that made me feel like a respected customer. In addition to Victor’s outstanding service, Courtney stepped in to help close the deal and was able to get me a great deal and was very helpful in explaining terms. Together, they help e make the closing of the deal smooth and effortless. By the time my husband and I arrived, the paperwork was ready to sign and the vehicle as ready to check out and drive off the lot. Overall, this was as one of the best experiences that I ever had at a dealership. Neither Victor or Courtney ever made me feel pressured to make a decision, but instead left it up to me and made me feel comfortable in whatever I chose.
