I went in because I have a window that needs replaced on my RV trailer. The window is no longer available and every place I called said they can not fix it. Moules gave me an estimate and will be fixing my window! Thank you!!! They are life savers!

A old friend Blue first told me I should use moules to fix my oddly shaped moterhome bathroom window. All I had to do was remove it and bring it in and they had it fixed the next day. Ive been doing business with them for 12 years now and they are good people. Thank God I dont have to replace windows very often

We were just passing through trying to get over the siskiyous before the weather changed. When we noticed the whole side of our windshield in our motorhome had came loose from the seal. The owner took us right in pulling 2 guys off another project to get us fixed up. Within an hour or so we were off. Everyone was very friendly.

Customer service is the provision of service to customers, before, during, and after a purchase. Moule’s glass by far exceeded my expectations. Before my purchase I was given sound courteous customer service, during the installation the company respected the fact that I couldn’t take time off work and called me at work as soon as the inspection was complete. Lastly, after my purchase I received a sweet card in the mail thanking me for my business.It’s always hard to measure intangible things like character qualities. Yet, the way Moule’s Glass treated me as a customer not only reflected the way this company handles business but showed the way this company values relationships and the business they receive from our community.Thank you Moule’s Glass! I need a windshield next, I’ll be back for sure!

The latest picture was extremely helpful. Unfortunately a man that did not have a home was very angry at me for driving by and decided to crack my windshield. With a lot of large boulders. Not rocks people boulders.This is the first place that I called and they got me a estimate that was a lot less than I thought it would be with installation also required in the price..

We had a bedroom window pane replaced about 2.5 yrs ago which cost about $340. The center strip has been loose and vibrates plus the window could no longer be shut or locked. We called and complained about this for over a year and the girl who answered the phone just said here is my cell phone number, take a video and prove to us it is broken before we will come back out. I now need to pay another company to come and out and fix your $340 mistake. Not to mention that I am disabled, a widow and on a fixed income. Thanks for nothing...

They do everything from doors, windows, to garage doors / openers.Have used them several times over the past few years, and have been very pleased. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and are good communicators. They sell quality products, and stand behind their work.Would highly recommend.

This is a great little place for glass shower enclosure. They came out & measured 1st and then ordered the glass & then came out & installed it... looks great! They didnt initially put the silicone caulking in, but said if I decided that I wanted it they would come back out & do it! I have water exiting the shower and I called & they will be coming out next week to put silicone caulking... Thank Moules... You all have done a great job! 😁

Im a contractor and have used Moules tehama county glass many times for large and small jobs. Service has always been top notch and jobs executed flawlessly and fast! Which means everything in my line of work. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Only place I will deal with for all my home, business, and auto glass!!!

Lousy they take advantage of elderly and people on a fixed income. Charged us $125.00, 4 an estimate. We r in r 80s. They never said anything about an estimate. We have a single pane window,charged us $125.00 estimate and $260.00 4 work. Never said anything on phone or conversation about fee 4 estimate . We now will not have heat 4 the month. We needed 2 pay them. Its heinous and outrageous 4 the 5 mins they were here. I would never use moules . Called them said it was my fault. Dont use MOULES. THEY DONT CARE! They r going 2 make bunches over fire, they wont help you if it doesnt benefit them. ALL ABOUT $$

Not the most reasonable place to do business. I think 70 dollars is a bit expensive for a peace of plastic, but I needed it to replace a broken wind.

Very slow, After 2 weeks waiting on our order,we called and they lost our order,ordered again and it took 3 days, I suggest if you order and they dont call you within 2 days call and see if they are working on it
