Honestly Ive been in a rough situation and ever since Ive came to Motel 6 San Dimas Ive been welcomed and treated with respect always. The staff is amazing Erica the manager is always so welcoming and polite. Andrea has been amazing to me since day one always helping me and going out of her way to help she answers any questions and is always so welcoming feels good to know when I come pay in the morning shes there greeting all customers with a smile and great spirits. Alejandra has been such a great help and is always there if you need any help she goes out her way to see what she can do always welcoming and polite. Elizabeth has been amazing as well super helpful and is always with a smile if you need something she does her best to accommodate and help and also very polite. Melanie is usually at night and whatever you need she does her best to help over all the entire staff is amazing if I could leave a review everyday I would and I recommend it is also kid friendly and let friendly and the cleaning staff does a really good job. Also very polite and will do their best to keep the room nice and tidy. So far every room Ive stayed in is amazing the bathrooms are clean. The out side of the motel is super clean and bright at night which makes you feel safe. Also they do have a laundry area with 2 washers and 2 dryers they do offer change for quarters as well. They have bending machines for drinks and snacks. And they also have a ice machine if needed. The Motel is kid friendly and pet friendly as well. Will always choose to come here over any other motel. The best and the staff makes it that much better. They do get booked would recommend to try to book in advance.

I really love this place. Theyre so accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with someone by the name of Elizabeth and she was able to help us in an unexpected situation.Im so grateful for her service and the service of this hotel. Great location Good restaurants in the area and Personal bonus My gym is right across the street. Its definitely a must stay location. And additional bonus, they dont even charge a deposit. What you see is what you get and what you get is great service and a better stay. Thank you Ms. Elizabeth and the rest of the staff for making this a great experience

NEVER STAY HERE!!.. this place is dirty, tiny rooms with cigarette burns on everything. The people at the front desk are extremely rude. Don’t believe the other reviews saying how nice they are. THEY ARE NOT! Also make sure you lock your car or the local tweekers will be helping themselves to your stuff!

Near a lot of many things and staff is nice however the rooms are tiny. We were in a non-smoking room and there appeared to be burn marks in the tub. No toiletries provided and the bed was against the wall which is super awkward. No pool on site which was a let down as well.

I tell ya what man I had a bad morning flying into Pomona because the original place I was gonna stay at bailed on me. And I’m thinking this is my first time in the LA area. But, when I got to this motel 6 I knew I was being taken care of. Alejandra was very, very helpful. You don’t meet people like her nowadays. So I just wanna say thank you very much for helping. Truly appreciate it

Right now my cat is my copilot so I needed to find a place that actually allowed *pets* and didnt mean just dogs, Motel 6 to the rescue! I stayed here for a night to see what I thought, then switched rooms and stayed again the next night, switched again, and tonight will be night #5. Yes, the decor is a bit dated, and the layout of the furniture in some of the rooms is bit weird, and theres some minor damage here n there, but out of the 3 rooms Ive stayed in nothing was a deal breaker or really worth complaining about. The only real issue I had was in one room the TV remote didnt control the volume for some reason, but I told the office and they sent Fernando, the maintenance guy, over to check it out, he saw it didnt work and went to get me a new one. Super nice guy, actually says good morning and doesnt just try to blend in with the scenery. All of the office staff has been pretty helpful, regardless of the time of day (I checked in pretty late a couple times), especially Andrea, shes a character - super nice with a great personality - a pleasure to work with in the morning (and Im sooo not a morning person). Unfortunately theres no big breakfast buffet, but theres fresh coffee in the office until around 10am and a Dennys like right across the parking lot in walking distance. The only real curveball I ran into was that they dont provide little bottles of shampoo etc, just a couple of mini bars of soap. This is the first time Ive stayed anywhere in years tho so idk if anywhere still does that. Overall tho, no real complaints - friendly staff, fluffy pillows, helpful maintenance, and no rowdy parties or cops hanging out in the parking lot. My cat approves, so I do too.

It was ok, office staff are very nice. The maids who clean the rooms are very rude, disrespectful and one one smokes 🚬 in rooms that are marked None Smoking. My room smelled of it and I am highly allergic to it. I did report the woman, after that, she was no longer allowed to clean rooms.Great walking distance to stores, restaurants and more.You have to go to the actual office, if you need more towels or TP, anything.6 am-7 amsomething in the office they have hot coffee, tea bags and hot water.

Overall pleasant stay. Staff is welcoming. The rooms are good would wish they had an actual working wifi that wifi sucks does not work what so ever. The TVs would be nice if they were all bigger like some rooms. They have some channels not bad. Other than that rooms are great. For the owner please get a better WiFi for the guest some of us don’t have working phones. Dish is not it. Other motels have Direct TV or Spectrum definitely need to invest in either or.

Andrea is the best. Always with a smile and so friendly. Love the whole staff there. Alejandra is right on top of things. Melina is always going above and beyond. Elizabeth is so friendly. All the ladies including housekeeping are amazing. My son forgot his new shoes in the room and we had already checked out and the next day Alejandra got them back from housekeeping. Thank you for being so honest. Highly recommend staying here

I used to work one of the lead dispatchers for a five-star hotel called hard Rock hotel. I was Public Safety before that. There are so many red flags about how this particular motel 6 is ran. I bit my tongue but there was a lot I could have said.They practice discrimination thats for sure. They have this huge sign up about trafficking meanwhile there are men who walk around the establishment who are not guests.I was actually interrogated by three of these men. It also gives signs of drug use and or trafficking happening within the building. It could be a nicely ran motel 6 but whoever is currently managing the place is either in on something or has no management skills. If you are a woman please be careful stay safe if anyone knocks on your door late at night like what happened to me do not engage. Like I said theres something weird happening at this building and its better to stay safe.They are nice but only if youre white passing Latina or latino. Im Hispanic not Latina or Latino they were watching me one seemed to want to break me down or humiliate me for some reason Ive seen this type of stuff before. So afro-latinos afro-latinas or Hispanics.. youre not probably going to get the same Open arms welcome as some of the other people posting below.
