The room was clean and neat. No bed service for 3 days but clean towels every day. NO COFFEE POT. NO SHAMPOO OR TISSUES, NO HAIR DRYER. washer and dryer was available, 3 dollars to wash. Counter staff was nice and friendlyParking lot was clean. Wendys access next door. Fridge and microwave in the room. It was convenient to our family and the interstate .

Front desk women, Heidi and Maria are so sweet! They remember us everytime we stay which makes it such a welcoming feeling. Housekeeping services are up to par and a wonderful group of women! Normally its very quiet aside from the occasional trouble makers that cause fights in their rooms near by - then its loud. But it isnt very often. The have complimentary coffee in the mornings in the office, and the grounds are clean. They accept pets but some dont pick up after their pets, so watch your step when you take your own pup out. The rooms are clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. I recommend this place if your needing a place to stay while in town.

First time staying at a Motel 6. First impression was not that great. Brought my family here because we had a tournament in Temecula.Pros: Inexpensive (booked through Expedia), easy access to parking lot. Wendy’s Restaurant walking distance.Cons:As soon as we parked, there were a lot of men just loitering infront of one of the rooms. Front desk attendant was ok, could have been friendlier, room was ok but the fridge did not work. Lots of noise from nearby freeway. The curtains did not do a good job of blocking the bright parking lights. No Shampoo or Conditioner. The mattress was too firm. Also for some reason the front counter person wanted $40 cash deposit. I told her I paid online so she said she would wave the deposit. Never heard of a cash deposit.

Quite small, vanity faucet not totally connected (bad and wrong caulking, tiny pool, pictures are deceiving, laundry/utility/maintenance room next door an awakening experience early ams, dog and cat on the other side dog was a yepper! $150.00 a night.

Stay was wonderful until there was a misunderstanding with the room I asked the lady in the front to speak to me in Spanish since clearly her English was very broken I speak Spanish myself she got very upset and caught an attitude and straight told me what you dont like my English I told her Im sorry I understand your Spanish better so I prefer you to speak to me in Spanish there was no need for the rudeness Im just saying customer service goes a long way especially in situations like this also I asked her if they throw the things away from rooms and she says idk I came in the afternoon but than proceeds to tell me well if the room is paid for 2 days than the stuff should be there,like ok why didnt you say that in the first place instead of getting a bad attitude but besides the rudeness in the front desk stay was good overall

Me and my kids did not like our stay here because when we entered in to our room and decided to go to the bathroom since we had a long drive we encountered our self into a situation were our bathroom had mold and a big spider in the bath tub when i mention it to the front office they said they would talk to manger about my situation to see if i can get refund back and havnt heard anything from them would recommend the property owners to check all there rooms for mold

I was attending a wedding in the area, and this Motel 6 was convenient to the venue. After some misunderstanding about the room I booked (smoking or non smoking), we checked in. The room was clean, but the TV didnt work. I called the front desk, and waited for them to send someone. After time passed and no one came, my husband went back down to the front desk and secured another room. Finally settled in. Like I said, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but be advised its a bare-bones motel. No extra blanket, no in room coffee, no toiletries aside from bar soap, and the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. Good for a nights rest.

Our experience @ the property was on July 1 & 2,2023.Our check-in was welcoming and the woman @ the desk was very pleasant.As per our reservation we booked a ADA king bed,non smoking roomWe were pleased with the room location and (ADA)parking space outside of our roomUpon settling in we found that there was only 3 pillows rather than 4 on the bed so we requested one additional pillow and was told that they would need to “see if there were any available”.We also found that the “extractor fan” in the bathroom was not working (we didn’t complain about it).Everything was going along just fine until the ROOM PHONE RANG @ 4:30 AM!with some guy from the office inquiring as to weather we were going to extend our stay for another day???aside from from waking us up with an asinine question on our first night of a two night stay (without any good explanation) I guess all else could only be positive.As we were going out later in the morning to begin our day(after needing to get in a few extra “zzz”) we saw the maid and she did accommodate us with the extra pillow that is normally on a king sized bed anyway.Our overall experience was not horrible nor horrific and I would recommend staying at this property. I think that suggesting your desk night staff NOT calling people @ 4:30 AM unless it’s an EMERGENCY might be nice.Having a Wendy’s just next door(although we didn’t use it)and a gas station across the street was worth mentioning.I was reasonably satisfied with the overall experience and quality of our stay as the room and property were clean and appeared “well kept”Again, I would use this property again as well as recommend for use to others

I like the hotel.The staff was awesome. The pool wasnt huge . But thats a good thing because it makes it easier to watch your kids in the pool. Wendys is walking distance. The AC worked perfectly. The WiFi worked great. I highly recommend this hotel.

They need to be in touch, better, with the housekeeping crew. The room I was in had a very slow flushing toilet. How does housekeeping miss that? The toilet was clean, so I figured they must have flushed it to clean it. I called the office, and they did get it fixed quickly. Then, I bought a bucket of chicken w/ sides, thinking I would put any left overs in the refrigerator- wrong!! It didnt work!! I had my dogs with me, so they scored the leftovers. $40 of food, gone in a flash!! I was leaving early the next morning, so I didnt bother calling the office.Other than those issues, it was right off I-215, super easy to get to, food very close ( a Wendys is on the same lot), quiet ( I was there new years eve) and the staff was very friendly.I need to check all amenities as soon as possible next time, lesson learned...I would recommend staying there, just be sure everything works A.S.A.P. and let the office know, right away.

They staff at the front desk yelled at my wife after we asked multiple time for house keep and then had to use towel to clea. The room was so dirty there were roachs and the towel we used were black after wiping the floor. Stay somewhere else for your health!

Horrible. Staff was terribly rude. Non smoking room smelled like weed. Not outside just inside the room. Cameras everywhere and strange men watching from the top floor. I’m assuming the men were security but can’t guarantee since they didn’t have identification. Get like I was being watched. Was afraid to go outside. Loose hair on the floor. Bugs in the shower. I would not recommend this place at all. Way too much money for the price. Sure It’s a motel 6. I didn’t expect the Hilton. But it cost just as much.

I called in to book a room here as it was the most affordable rate especially on the weekends. I acquired a single bed room for which I was highly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the setup! The front desk people were very nice. The surroundings to include the parking lot were presented cleanly and professionally. There is a gas station next door as well as a few plaza areas on the other side of the overpass. Im happy and I believe you will too.

Perfectly adequate. Recently installed laminate floor. Way better than carpet. Hot water, clean room, comfortable beds, no rips tears or damage. However, felt a bit sketchy, could use better outdoor lighting and the building seemed dated.

Friendly, accommodating staff, clean room, great water pressure, comfortable bed and the Wendys mamage (next door) was great, too.Stayed here a few months ago, too and didnt write a review. Well managed, courteous, professional staff and very clean.Pool is super small and not working the first time I came (in June), but other than that it was a great experience both times.

By far the worse experience ever! Traveled 7 hours for a travel ball tournament and chose this motel due to closeness to the field. Paid an outrageous $200 a night all to be treated poorly the minute I went to check in. The front desk clerk got upset that I asked for a discounted rate due to pool being closed. It was 102 degrees and being our softball teammates were staying there, we looked forward to a swim after a long day at the field. She said in order to get discount, she had to check with manager. Manager was very nice and understanding, she offered a 10% discount but even after being told by management to check me in at discounted rate, she refused to and instead denied me and my family a room. She threw my ID at me and demanded I leave. I pleaded with her that my kids and I needed a place to sleep for the next 4 days and had a valid reservation to please proceed with check in but she instead pushed her power and told me to leave. When I refused to leave, she called the cops on me and had my children in tears thinking I was going to get arrested. We are frequent travelers and have never experienced such poor customer service and the lady working the front desk needs to be fired immediately! I wish I could speak to the manager or owner to advise them how poorly their establishment is being ran. I have witnesses to get crazy behavior. She was rude to 2 other paying customers prior to me. She doesn’t belong in the hospitality industry. And I will make sure to let the tournament organizers know to not suggest or associate with this location.

Always choose the non-smoking rooms!It looks newly renovated and honestly, coming from other nearby motels, it’s cleaner and quieter than all of them. I arrived was checked in by Heidi who was very accommodating & made it easier and a pleasant experience to check in. The room was clean and surprisingly modern for a “Motel 6”. USB plug ins on the walls, all wood furniture, a mini fridge and a microwave, all pluses. The only thing that I wish was that they had smart TV’s, but either way it was a large flat screen. I didn’t feel myself itching my skin by the end of the night so I even extended another night. I didn’t feel the staff eyeing me or experience any rude service at all. I will definitely stay here again.

I dont usually leave reviews with a poor rating, but my recent experience at Motel 6 was a bit frustrating.While I understand that prices are a factor that vary fluidly, I dont feel as though I received appropriate quality for a nearly $100 room for a Friday night/Saturday morning.Although the room was noticeably neat with one comfortable queen sized bed, overlooked details made me doubt its cleanliness. The floor had a sort of dust or dirt settled about it, making me wonder if its regularly cleaned. Towels were provided, we discovered laege streaks of dirt on one upon unfolding it. In addition, we werent provided any toiletries, and our toilet was missing a cover for its tank. The size of the room was as expected, but for the description of 1 and a half baths, I expected more. Our mini fridge worked fine, but the microwave sitting on top of it was absolutely busted.This was my first time staying at a Motel 6, and will probably be my last out of choice. Definitely $100 I would have rather saved.Note: Im giving this 2 stars, only because of the attentive care I received when calling in to reserve my room. The receptionist and staff were very polite and professional, but I wish my room could be held in the same regards.

This place was very clean, quiet, conveniently located next to the freeway and grocery stores. The staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodating. I had a late arrival and Maria was so sweet to check in with us and ensure that our rooms were made available to us. We got the 5 star experience at an affordable hotel. If youre wanting an affordable, clean, quiet, and convenient hotel, this is the place to stay. If youre wanting an affordable place and expect a 5 star hotel, you need to check into an upscale pricey hotel. It was nice having laminate flooring and not having to deal with carpet.

I am absolutely appalled at this motel. They have 0 regard for customer service. I have ran a event company for over 10 years. I have booked with motel 6 throughout my duration as well. I have NEVER experienced such rude and disgusting behavior from a front desk lady. She threatened to put my staffs luggage on the streets. She canceled my reservations without any notice. She claimed she was “going” to do me a favor but didn’t want to do it anymore which is just bad business overall. She clearly should not be in customer service. I will make sure I review on every platform and contact corporate. I have never ever been treated so poorly in my life by a company.

First impression was nice quiet hotel until my husband and I were walking to the office to check in. This is when a man smoking a cigarette asked us for any money so he can get a room for his family. Then we pass the lady with 2 kids that definitely didnt look like his kids she all of a sudden started telling her 2 little girls how times are hard right now they need to understand. This was a total act from both adults. This was not a good impression I do not know why the office staff allow people on the property if their not staying there. Even if they are they shouldntallow them to ask other hotel guests for money. Next problem was we had a king bed room with 3 small pillows. Normally king beds come with bigger pillows and usually come with 4 pillows. I do not think they change the blanket and comforter before a new guest arrives. Our room was not ready so we just stayed in our truck until it was done. I only seen new sheets and towels going into the room. The used blanket and comforter never made it out of the room. I know for a fact since we had to ask a maid if they could clean our room since we already checked in.We were there from start to finish of our room being cleaned. Was disappointed no iron in the room. Good parts of our room was having a mini refrigerator, small microwave and they allowed our 2 small older dogs with us without any extra fees.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The ladys that worked the front counter were so nice and professional, and helpful with any questions. We were given a choice of a up stair room or down stair room. I really appreciate that. We were given a room in the back facing the freeway. We asked for a non smoking room, but when we walked into the room it has a strong smoke and weed smell to it. The walls had finger prints all over, there was a whole in the bathroom door, and my boyfriend was killing little traveling bugs all over the floor. When I was laying on the bed watching tv, one bug even tried to join me in bed. When it was time to leave, check out was so easy, fast, and no problem getting my deposit back.

Well, all summer I had great experiences with this chain, until this stay. I cant say it was horrible but some might not see it that way. The suspicious activity during our whole stay, the skipped cleaning days, no towels on several occasions, and the not so great AC made our stay a little lack luster. The room itself was great. The AC worked but I think where the room was located it might have had something to do with it not getting quite as cool as we like it. I would probably stay again if I HAD to.

The location feels sketchy. There were way too many people loitering around in the parking lot making noise until after 10pm. I was uneasy about my stay there. The room was clean. I appreciated being able to have my dog with me! Having a microwave and refrigerator were definitely a plus. UPDATED: I had occasion to need overnight accommodations in the area again last month, so I made a reservation. I came to find out that someone was shot there two days before my arrival. Needless to say, I opted to sleep on the floor of a friends house instead and will not consider patronizing this location again.

We arrived 2 hours before check-in. The staff wouldnt even talk to us beyond saying we were to early and had to come back in 2 hours. When we came back at 2, or room wasnt ready yet. My husband was so hot and tired from our trip there, that we changed to a different room just to get inside somewhere cool. I fell like if they would have taken two minutes to gather or information when we were there at noon that this would not have happened. There was a different person behind the desk at check-in time too. Makes me think the early shift just didnt care what happened after they left.The room itself was nice and cool. The AC had been left running from earlier, and it made the relief instant. The room was clean for the most part. Bedding was a bit this and stained around the edges though. One thing that concerns me slightly was how thin the pillow cases were. I could see and feel the tag on the pillow when I laid down. I even looked around to see if there were pillow cases left for us that maybe we were supposed to put on ourselves.Ive stayed at several Motel 6 locations in AZ for less, and never experienced the above issues. I realize California has higher rates in general, but Im definitely going to be looking for an alternative location next time we visit.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had the pop out curtain which was great, the room was conveniently located next to fast food and a gas station, the staff allowed for quick check-in.Disliked · Someone outside was smoking and it came into the room, the door had a gap that allowed light and noise in, the staff didnt control the noise in another room (but that wasnt a huge bother at all), the biggest issue was the mattress on the bed slipped off the base. Please use a velcro or something to hold the bed mattress in place for extra-curricular activities.

The woman working the counter could offer no explanation and called me a liar despite having the reserved price in hand.The room itself was mostly fine, but we had to squish and shoo out a number of bugs when we first entered. I reserved a room for the weekend. My two kids and I came for a special event that was going on. Room was clean & sort of modern. However the 75 thread sheet are rough. The shower in the morning I discovered that the towels were as smooth as shop towels. Being a dude I didnt think much it but my kids were quick to point it out. Walls are paper thin. My kids also brought to my attention that the floor in room sloped into the middle of room & not kinda slope, I mean like a small valley or gorge. Key also gives you issues after the first time you leave the room.

Non smoking rooms smelt like weed for all three of the rooms our family got. Older Lady at the front desk is very rude and hard to understand. Made my wife pay a 40.00 deposit but wouldn’t allow her to use card and forced her to use cash. I bet we never see that cash again. When we walk in the room our feet turn black. I travel a fair amount and am used to staying in the budget motel category. I have stayed at this motel 6 before. I was there for nine days. I asked for an extra blanket for my room. I asked three different staff members. I asked over a period of four days. I finally realized I wasnt going to get a blanket. They ran out of shampoo. I had to request soap replacements. My impression was that whole operation was on a cost cutting mission. There is no breakfast, no hair dryer, or tissues. Less important but supplied at many budget hotels.On the positive side, the room was adequate as usual, with microwave and refrigerator. Reasonable clean.Friendly staff.

We asked for a non-smoking room but as we entered it had a strong cigarette smell. Also at night our room smelled of marijuana, specially in the bathroom coming thru our room from adjoining rooms. Also we booked a room with a queen but the bed was a full size bed. It was not very comfortable, was too hard and it kept sliding out of that flat board it was in. Were here visiting family and needed a place nearby. The holiday meant most places were full and we got the last room. The place is very quiet considering the hotel is fully booked. Were able to find parking nightly with ease. The smell of Marijuana is thick in the parking lot but I guess thats a sign of the times! Would stay again for convenience and cleanliness.

Here’s a story of my last “stay” at Motel6I’ve stayed here, close to 10 times now, every time until now has been fine, a very “get what you pay for” type experience, but overall no issues worth writing about. However, this time, I booked, reserved my room, show up that day to find out I’m on a “do not rent” list. I ask why, the man at the desk couldn’t help me, told me I had to wait until morning. So that night, I didn’t have anywhere to stay. I call the next morning to find out it’s because I allegedly broke a TV and ripped the cords out. This was, as said by the lady on the phone, June 5th. My girlfriend and I look through our phones to find out I wasn’t even there that date, that date was before I arrived for my stay the next week. We asked to talk to the manager, who was very rude, spoke over me, and wouldn’t check any cameras or records of my stay, and insisted it was me, or “the person I stayed with or let in my room”, when I stayed completely by myself and was only there to sleep. Employees have always been unnecessarily rude to me, since my first stay, to now. Spend a little more money and go somewhere you might not risk showing up and having nowhere to stay.

We stayed one night and they gave us a key to a messy room. We told reception they apologized we got key to another room bathroom towels were nasty. Not cleaned the shelves had dust seems like housekeeping doesnt do great in sanitizing and keeping towels shelves and items well stocked. Overall I give a 1 star not great staff members should double check the list make sure rooms are clean before handing over keys. also lots of loud noise at night.

The overall room was nice and basic. Unfortunately, the pillows were worn out. We did not receive shampoo or conditioner. The shower was at about 5 ft high and Im 6 ft tall. The channels on the TV were bad. Unclear picture and screen ratio was off. For the price you pay you expect at least everything I have pointed out to be on the okay level. The area was safe though and nice having a Wendys next door.

I had reserved two rooms for 10/21. We arrived for check in and the computer for same wasnt working. That night we did not have much sleep with all of the noise outside until 2am. My sisters room had a noisy a/c she couldnt use and a flickering fluorescent light in the bathroom. People were on the stairs by our rooms smoking and in the morning I find a bra, papers and notebook outside my door on the ground!

Our room was clean but our bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress should be replaced ASAP. There were only 3 tiny pillows (for 2 people), no kleenex, no hair dryer, and no shampoo or coffee maker. Whoever manages this place, you need a serious talk and retraining with you guest service lady i believe her name is Maria, I happened to be passing by yesterday, when i saw the hotel, I decided to go online and look at the rates, After finding couple rate online i decided to park my car and walk in, find if they have any special rate, from the moment i opened the door the lady with thick Mexican/Spanish accent sitting in the lobby, glanced at me from the bottom of my feet to the top of my head in a slight disgust way, before asking me, what i want, No greeting, no nothing, I said looking if they have a special rate for the night by this time she had gone behind the counter and asked me for my ID, I asked her ID for rate? she said yes, by this time i was in the process of showing her my Nevada DL, I told I never heard of ID requirement just to find out about the rate, she repeated yes you need an ID, and i walked out immediately, went back to my vehicle tried calling to speak to the manager, she answered saying the manager had left for the day. I reserved four rooms for families, we attended funeral services for a family member.All rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. Two of the rooms had a terrible smell and had cigarette burns on the sink and on the microwave .Two rooms had no towels and one room had no pillow cases on the pillows. If you can avoid this motel, please do! When my husband and I came to check in, the lobby door was locked. I knocked on the door to tell the desk clerk that we were checking in. He answered the door, got us checked in, and then re-locked the door once we left. Talk about not feeling safe!Then, the room was a story in of itself. I initially thought it was nice, until I walked into the bathroom. The floor and tub were dirty. There were cigarette burn marks on the edge of the tub. I didnt even know that was possible, and this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The towels were ragged and dirty. I decided right then that I would not be getting a shower in the morning. I then went to wash my hands in the sink, and when I unfolded one of the hand towels, there was a long black hair in it.Then, we pulled back the sheets to one of the beds, and I felt sick. There were blood stains on the sheet, blanket, and top cover, as well as cigarette burns through the blanket. We decided to try the other bed where we found a large yellow stain on the sheet. So, my husband went to the lobby to discuss the issue. We were given new sheets which also ended up having stains.While my husband was out, he saw people going through and looking in the windows of all the rooms. Thats a bit suspicious.When we demanded a refund and showed them the sheets, as well as the pictures we took of all the stains, the manager refused to give us a refund. But, he eventually finally gave us 15%. Im sorry, but if we cant even sleep comfortably in your hotel, 15% isnt going to cut it. We are never coming back to this motel and are going to advise everyone we know to stay away!

Upon arrival, to check into our booking of 2 rooms, the front desk clerk a very soft-spoken but very curt man came to help me. Because I could not hear him he had to ask me for my ID twice, then my name. He saw the reservation and proceeded to check me in. He asked me for my credit card and I gave it to him. There were crumbs in one of the beds, and my husband quickly went to front desk. He told the man that the sheets had not been changed and when the man asked what do you mean the bed was not made? My husband replied they were made they were just made with dirty sheets. He then asked if there was housekeeping, the man stated no there was no housekeeping at this time of night. He stated he would be over to check on beds after dealing with customer who just arrived. As we waited, I told my husband what had happened with the credit card and he said OK lets go. He checked out at the front office the man gave him the receipt of the refunded money, and yet five days later it is still not returned to us. After calling to find out why money hasnt been refunded the same clerk took my information, called me back and practically yelled at me that it was already returned to you! And hung up on me! This has always been one of the best, but what impresses me is that it gets better every time, as the management seems to be continually implementing improvements. The young man receptionist at counter smiled but wasnt very verbal in his welcome. The bed and pillows were perfect not too soft nor hard. Since we had to get up early to catch our flight, the noise wasnt that bad for a Saturday night. My son was signed up for a baseball showcase in Menifee,Ca for Monday. I decided to stay somewhere close by Paloma Valley High. I called to ask about this at the desk and she said she had no idea and that the maintenance guy would not be in until tomorrow but that she would discount my room for the trouble. I said ok.Well, from 11pm until 4am there was a drunk lady screaming at her boyfriend, using fowl language and said she was staying in the room way on the other side of the building but just happened to be in front of our room by the staircase. This went on all night plus the person in the room next to us was pounding on the wall all night as well. Needless to say I did not get any sleep. I called the office and the man says all I can do is call the room and ask them to quiet down and as far as the lady there was nothing he could do. That to me was NOT acceptable!!! I didnt want to open the door because there was fighting going on and did not want to be in the middle of it. My son barely got any sleep. Luckily, I had some ear plugs for him to wear to get sleep for his showcase the next morning. I will NEVER stay in a Motel 6 as long as I live. Your staff needs to NOT let this continue to happen or allow people to stay causing disruption to others.

I was in town and came across this Motel late last night 3/13. I thought I’d give it a try, so the nice lady gave me a one bed / non smoking room as requested. First off they refused to cancel my online order due to the fact that I booked last minute however through the site it indicated that I can cancel with no fees. The reason I needed to cancel and explain this to them, I had two broken ribs and it was living in environment that was toxic and have been sleeping in my car and in the last 4 days received a total of 2 hours of sleep, also my phone had been acting up and change the screen to a different Hotel when I clicked to book. Within 30 to 40 minutes I noticed what had happened they refused due to their policy to cancel the booking. I had to drive an extra 15 miles out of my way with two broken ribs explain this to them. They just responded thats policy. I ended up staying there at that location in a room that was filthy and frankly unacceptable. But however due to how exhausted I was I just slept as it was so needed. I called the next day the person I spoke to said they can give me a $25 credit towards my card. That credit still has not shown up and doubt it will. They offered to correct the situation and then failed on that I called them back and they keep telling me the manager is not available. I just would avoid this particular Motel 6 at all cost they obviously do not care enough to clean their rooms before they rent them.

I booked two rooms for me and my guests and requested that both be downstairs as I have a walker and cannot walk up stairs (this particular property does not have an elevator). I specifically asked what time check in was as I had a 5:00 PM wedding that I was attending and needed to get ready before the wedding. I was told that check in was 2:00 PM. I arrived at 3:00 PM and only one downstairs room was ready. I was told that one downstairs room was available but the only other room available was upstairs. Again, being that I have a walker and cannot walk up stairs, this was not an option for me and my guests. Plus it was 3:00 PM and we need to get ready and head out the door in order to make our 5:00 PM wedding. After a bit of negotiating, we were able to sort out a second downstairs room that would be ready at a later time - but we had to check in to it before we left for the wedding as the property could not hold a room for us even though I had paid for two rooms. As you can image, we were already pressed for time and this was not helping. Also, the locations of both rooms were at the back of the property where animals use the area to relieve themselves. The area stank of urine. Lastly, upon check-out, I could not receive a copy of my receipt as the office printer was not working. I asked that my receipt be emailed to me and gave the front desk my email address, but I have not yet received the receipt. I would GREATLY appreciate it if you would email my receipt so that I have a copy for my records. Thank you.

The Cleaning is below par, the floors were beyond dirty, they need to learn to clean the walls especially when there is blood on the walls or a child has draw all over the walls and bathroom door, bedspreads was so stained that I did not want to sleep in the bed. The guy at the front desk said no rooms were available. Why let someone reserve a room if non are available? We left and waited outside. We sat on the ground with our bags trying to find another room. None were available at any hotel. The guy at the front desk came out and said we could wait in the lobby until 11am at check out time to wait for a room. We sat in the lobby for hours. He told us he would let us know if a room was available. 3 people checked out in between the hours of 8:30-10:30. He didnt tell us if any of those 3 rooms were available. At 10:40 I went up and desperately asked him if anything was available. He said he had a double queen bed room available. I dont know why he didnt tell us sooner. We waited hours. And this Motel didnt have breakfast... not even a snack machine... not even a muffin to go with the coffee they served. When we got into the room it was dirty. The fridge hadnt been washed inside or out. The floors were filthy, our socks turned black.

Okay the place is good when it comes to the price, the reason for my 1 star is that my trailer was stolen from their parking lot they didnt even do anything to try to stop whoever stole it. They just let them take it knowing very well the people who took it didnt own it. So now my trailer filled with my 5 year old toys are with someone else. Room was not properly prepaired. Top of the Toilet lid was missing, there were only 3 pillows on the king bed when I believe there’s usually 4 required for a king bed. I was satisfied with the room until a man opened our door at about 12:30 a.m. This happened our 1st night. The door was locked. Did he have a key and if he did, how did he get it? I told the desk clerk about the incident. Wasnt very concerned. Thought maybe a desk clerk didnt realize the room was already booked. We had the room booked for 3 nights. My tv didnt work the entire time I was there. Both bedside tables were dirty, there was a small amount of garbage in a corner of the room on the floor when I arrived and there werent enough blankets.

********UPDATED 05/16/2020**********Just when I thought it could not be worst. $89 a night and my bathroom door was smeared with blood. Had my drink cup on the table and there was a fruitfly on it. Turned off the lights and watched tv only to have the flies on the screen and flying in front of it. Went to shower and the soap was the size of a potato chip, and there are no longer any complimentary bottles of shampoo or conditioner. Last time staying here. Menifee has a new hotel opening soon. Will take my business there.Rate is $59. Good rate. However yesterday I rented a room, usually rent once a week, but the price went up to $99 !! The bed in our room had a large area of broken springs, probably from an larger individual with an extended stay. Ive gone to my acupuncturist 3 times since to try to make my back loose again.On top of that while showering you can most definitely feel other rooms using their water, flushing their toilets. Sure a drop in pressure is ok but being scolded by extremely hot water because of it was not ok. Maybe every 45 seconds the temperature would go back to scolding.When I went to use the in room telephone I was bombarded by machine gun like static, had them replace the phone, and same thing. Bad lines in the walls. This place was mearley given a band-aide fix when they renovated and didnt fix its bones/ internal working parts. Just a coat of paint and some new comforters from the looks of it.I actually just paid less for a much nicer room in a nearby town. Check Hotwire, I would not recommend if you would like a good nights sleep, if you dont care about quality of stay this ones for you but seriously you can get better quality for alot cheaper just a few miles away.

I stayed at this motel for a very long time because I couldnt afford anything else.When I returned to check in again, I was gone for a week, I was told by Angelica, that I was on the Do Not Rent List.I asked what that meant and she didnt know.I called and spike to Patel, Manager. I asked him why I was on the Do Not Rent and he told me that it was because I left a bad review.I told him he was discriminating against me and he said he was not. I asked for a refund for part of my stay and he said he would abosutely not give me one.Do not stay here, its a dump with homeless, mentally ill and drug addicts that loiter the area. It is not at all family friendly and very unsafe. I never went out after it got dark.The door are not flush with the door frame, there is a chain lock instead of a latch lock.I stayed at a Motel 6 years ago and it was superb. I booked in advance online, requesting double-bed ground level if possible, as Id be with my elderly mother. The most influential amenities in choosing this motel were the mini fridge and the 32 LCD TV With Av Connections For Gaming. All my mother wanted was a room to watch movies in. So, a few days prior to our stay, I called to ask if a ground-level room could be made available for us, and the woman who answered seemed content to give a generic answer of yes we have double rooms on the ground floor. I then asked about what kind of hook-ups were needed for the Av connections. She couldnt understand my question and I was passed to a man who said it was an HDMI cable, but I wouldnt be able to use any connections, as the tv is bolted to the wall. When I mentioned that this feature was listed as an amenity on the website and one of the biggest reasons for my stay, he had nothing to say. Literally. So I just said thank you and hung up. Because watching movies was so important to my mom, I brought two types of DVD players and connection cables with me, just in case.When we checked in around 3pm, i first noticed the strong scent of curry powder (or something like it) in the lobby. Not a big deal, but definitely noticeable. The greeting wasnt especially friendly, but it was fine until I was handed papers to sign and noticed my room # began with a 2. I asked about the ground floor and mentioned my online request and phone call earlier in the week to confirm and the response was there was nothing available on the ground floor, except singles. After checking with Mom, we decided to stick with the double-bed option and took a room upstairs though climbing stairs with a 72 year old woman with limited mobility was exactly what I had hoped to avoid.Overall the room was okay. It was well-lit and the minifridge and microwave (unplugged) were a good bonus. The bedspread and sheets may have been clean, but were definitely stained, and there was only half a roll of tp (Mom called to ask that some be brought up, but that was not accommodated and I later just walked down to the lobby for a couple of rolls). It took a LOT of time and persistence (thankful for skinny wrists & patience), but i was finally able to connect an HDMI cable & figure out the right combo of buttons to switch the input. So that was successful, but the tv screen had a vertical line down the center (even with cable tv) which was a bummer. Checkout was easy.

Requested a nonsmoking room; however, the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. There was no remote for the television; when I turned it on manually, it didnt work, so it was either broken or I needed the remote to actually get it to work. Lastly, when I went to use the bathroom, there were blood splatters on the outside of the bathroom door, like a fine spray of misted blood that you see on every CSU television show. That was enough--I went to the front desk, told the person at the desk all of the issues, and since he just looked at me stupidly (I do think he said It is a nonsmoking room) I told him Im not staying here, check me out. I dont recommend this place to anyone!!! When we first pulled up I couldnt tell what there was more of rats jumping in the bushes lining the parking lot or the drug addicts hanging around everywhere you look but not a good sight either way. There were people walking around the parking lot all nigh long blasting radios and it looked like drug deals were going on all over the place in the parking lot. My girlfriend was so scared that she decided to leave a 5am and there was a man in the parking lot that scared her to death. The room was so dirty that we took showers with towels on the floor as to not put our feet in contact with the grime.Have stayed at Motel 6 before many times, but none of them were ANYTHING like this. For what I paid, I would have expected the normal conveniences as you would find in most all motels. There were safety issues. Men were hanging out till all hours of the night with lots of noise.The only plus to this motel was its location to the event in which I was there. We arrived at Motel 6 for a 4 night stay. Our assigned room was non-smoking, but the room reeked of smoke. We were given another room, but had to get motel staff to open the door because the handle is broken -- if its not broken, it doesnt work the same way all other door handles do. Our room still had food left in the fridge and had no hair dryer. Yes, this is Motel 6, but Ive stayed at better Motel 6 locations. After the drunks shouting at each other in the parking lot on the second night, we gave up and left. It may be popular because its one of the only motels in the area, but Id still keep driving.

A manager, I’m assuming, by the name of Angelina told us that we couldn’t give the housekeeper money and ask the her to add another night to the room. Totally understandable and respectable, despite the fact she was very rude on the phone. But then she told us just to leave and check out when we went to add another night. She even came and knocked on our hotel room as we were packing to say if we didn’t leave the police would be called. This was so unnecessary and unprofessional. Not to mention rude and demeaning. The upper management of this hotel should fire Angelina immediately and hire someone with some customer service skills and common sense. It’s unfortunate she ruined our stay and threatened us.

Completely rude front desk people. I asked for clean sheets and was told I couldnt have them as the girl working didnt have a key to the laundry room. I walked outside and she was in the laundry room giving other people towels. I called the front desk and when she finally answered and I asked her about it she said she didnt have the keys anymore. I tried to rent for the next day and was told Im not allowed to rent there. When asked why I was given different reasons of the size of my dog (there were bigger dogs there ) and when I said that, she changed it to someone complained about my dog. My dog never had an altercation with anyone or any dog. Also, my fridge and tv went out and all my food spoiled and didnt even apologize or try to make things right. I believe the girl is Mr.Patels daughter.

This is the noisiest motel I have ever been to. All night every night you could hear people walking around sounded like they were stopping there feet. People walking around all night long talking outside our room. There was no clock. No shampoo. The outlet next to the sink (the only outlet near the sink) did not work. Security latch on the door was missing and the shelf below the TV had a very thick layer of dust on it. Order a smoking room and there was no ash tray. I guess people who smoke are below standard Citizens.

Cockroach invested...a live cockroach in my room, a dead one in my brothers, rooms arent clean and between the ladies of the evening and the drug sales we were awoke every 20 minutes to the banging on the door for someone making a deal or getting serviced. Peaked my attention when an unmarked police car is in the parking lot when we checked in to our rooms. This is one place that needs to have its franchise pulled. When we walked into the door to register we had to step over a crushed water bottle and sitting on the air conditioner were several crushed water bottles and soda cans. When I told the fellow behind the counter that the mess right outside the door didnt make a very good impression he told me it wasnt his motel - he just worked there.The other thing that bothered me was they dont furnish Kleenex, I havent stayed in a hotel/motel that doesnt furnish Kleenex. *Update* 01/15 stayed overnight at this location again. In the exact same room which is kinda funny. But...Im posting an update because the rooms come with Do not disturb signs on the door. We had our door locked and chain up with that sign on the outside and housekeeping OPENED our door with their key. It was early in the morning...the do not disturb signs definitely are USELESS. Pretty unhappy that she tried to open the door. Luckily the chain and my yelling caused her to close the door.

If I could give NO stars I would. I booked on line with a credit card and received a confirmation receipt. When I checked in, I asked if i could have an upstairs room away from traffic. At first the unfriendly, rude man at the front desk said no cuz only one room left. One look around the parking lot confirmed THAT was a lie. Then one mysteriously appeared. He handed me a receipt and it was more than my confirmation showed. I learned after my stay that all of the negative Yelp reviews Ive seen about this place are true. First off, Mr Patel is rude and not helpful at all. He didnt greet us or make us feel welcome at check in. In fact, he openly took exception to the fact that even thought the reservation was in my name, he wouldnt except my girlfriends debit card as payment. He demanded that I pay. In all my years, Ive never had the place I was staying try to dictate who pays for what. The rooms are shoddy and dirty. The only reason we stayed here is because theres not another hotel in the vicinity and we need to stay close for my girlfriends grandfathers funeral. I recently (9/5/17) stayed at your hotel located in Menifee Sun City #4599. I have to say it was the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed in. The was dust falling from the top of the light cover above the sink, spider webs dangling from the celling to the lights above the bed, dried snot ( or at least that’s what it looked like) on the toilet seat that I had to clean off, stained sheets, ants or nats of some kind in the shower/tub and dead nats smashed into the ceiling above the tub. Not to mention the rather large spider I had to kill, Honestly if it wasn’t for the fact that it was late and I had to be somewhere out there early in the morning I would have requested a refund there and left. This location will not be getting any kind of good review from me, nor will I recommend it to anyone. If it is possible I would like a full refund on my stay due to substandard conditions.Thank you

The stay was the worst I have ever seen in all my years there was drugs and drug dealing going on the hole night I was there. And the young smart mouth desk girl would not do anything about it in was stopped by the police in the parking lot and asked for ID and held for 15 minits to run my and my wifes name I asked why the officer told me that this was a known drug spot. I was down there because not one but both of my parents passed away and was so surprised that that was a motel 6 the light was not even on when we got there and I was put in the back were at all tomes at night there was some one just hanging out side not even registered as a guests I asked to talk to the owner and was told he was not there and would not be back this is unacceptable and this place should not be part of the motel 6 franchise and you need To let people know that this is a bad place and refund my money

I didnt know what to expect because i live couple hours away. and pictures can look deceiving. but when i got there. checking in was good. room was good. looked like picture. i was satisfied . if need to be. i will bring my family here again.

You know when you go to check in and there are signs everywhere telling you all the limitations and extra charges to expect, it is not going to be a pleasant experience. The room smelled of cigarettes smoke and it was a pretty rough neighborhood. I wouldnt leave anything in the car overnight.

We asked for handicappe room they reply they didnt have one. Requested a bottom floor and they put us in upper floor no elevator and I am not able to handle stairs. We were stuck at 1am to go look for a place or do the stairs. My knees and hips are swollen and the day they gave us a bottom door room. The smallest bathroom and hard beds ever.

No stars. Poor customer service. Online said pay at check in. Called at 7 and said wouldn’t be there until 11pm. Card issue and they canceled my reservation saying she waited so long and they were too busy to wait for me to get there to pay. Poor poor customer service. Will never use motel 6 again

The overall room was ok however the walls were very dirty by the sink area limited supply towels, heat&air system, the room could be clean better area where you was your face and brush your teeth no very sanitary conditions.

Didnt appreciate not being able to pay and stay another night just bc my significant other did not have a physical I.D. when i was the person who booked and reserved our room and upon check in i wasnt informed they would need his I.D. as well as mine. He only had a photo of his physical I.D. so we couldnt stay another night...which i believe is bulls*it....

This is a very quiet Motel 6 with a convenience gas station across the street and a Wendys right next to them. The room was clean and comfortable but what was most fabulous was the dog area which was clean and Motel 6 provides bags to pick up the waste. Bravo Menifee Motel 6. Also, they have free Wifi and it is good Wifi.

Value was decent, room seemed clean, but the hotel it’s self seem unsafe as there were men who seemed to live there long term wandering the parking lot. They were loud drinking and would rudely walk in front of cars trying to park and seem to be looking for a fight.

The room had a horrible smell of cigarette, i am allergic so had a horrible headache and could not sleep at all. I had my 1 year old child with me and i feared for him to sleep there. There were cockroaches on the bed and pillows we saw 2 while we were in bed. It was the worst ever!!!

The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. I checked out of a room and turned in my keys and checked into a bigger room, a homeless man broke into the room and stole all of the towels and blankets. According to them I stole them all so 4 hours after paying $95 I was banned, and kicked out and they kept my new $95 for the new room to pay for the damage and stolen property to the old room. Which was not my fault

The sheets hadnt been changed from the previous guest, they were filthy. When I went to the office they werent even surprised. I waited until later in the day then called the office and told them I wanted the corporate office number it was after that they came to change the sheets.

Besides the dead body menifee police took out of a room at 2pm and they rented same room THAT NIGHT. Shower doesnt drain and the 1 gray haired manager lady is a witch. Wouldnt reccommend

I had to go to Menifee, because my son was hospitalized. Knowing I would be staying at Motel 6, helped me deal with the stress. The employees are always friendly and kind, the rooms always clean and quiet. I am always thankful that Motel 6 is there.
