Mo is a great business operator. He is kind and trustworthy providing excellent service for his clients. I thought my MacBook Pro was a goner because I had melted chocolate in the ports and the speaker vents. He was able to clean everything out and even cleaned up the hard drive to breathe additional years of life into it. Thank you again.

I called this company regarding replacing an dead battery in a laptop. The gentleman asked some questions and determined the battery was dead. During his research he advised the battery was easily replaced at home. He talked me through finding the battery on the back and popping it out. He emailed a link to Amazon to purchase a new one. Very helpful at no cost. Terrific!

I hired a friend to help me with some hardware issues I was working through. Sent Mohanned pictures of the inputs and the form factor. He was able to have the tools after a problem with a melted form factor and not have the adequate connector through use of adapter but he was able to separate it from its hardened case. An even older drive is currently in his shop but right now I’m elated as I can find files I had chalked up to being trapped forever. Mo is great and reading these other reviews make me glad I know him and how helpful he is along the process.

I had an unique problem with my older laptop and gave it to Mo. He identified the problem. The challenge for my situation is that it will be a difficult in finding the right part to fix it. Its best to invest that money into a new computer. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasant person to assist you with your computer needs. Thanks again Mo!

I need Microsoft Office & he had me to pay full price. Next day I found out that there many sites I could get as low as couple $ or free download.He has very basic information for pc. Beyondthat he is totally disabled..
