Words will not do justice on how pleased we are with our grill. From the very first conversation I had with Mr. Moss I knew I made the right choice. He kept in contact with me on the status and made sure I understood everything ever step of the way. We use the grill for the first time and it was a success. I HIGHLY recommend Moss Grill for your grilling needs. My Husband is the happiest man on earth right now and Ive gotten all the cool points as his Wife. #TeamDawson

I received my grill today and I am extremely impressed. Mr. Moss delivered on every promise he made about my grill. I live in Maryland and could not find a decent barrel grill in my area. I am glad we found Moss grills online and was even more pleased when Mr. Moss told me that he can ship from California to the East coast. I was equally impressed when I found that Mr. Moss was a fellow Navy veteran and he also employs veterans. I would recommend anyone looking for a great grill at a great price and customer service to contact Moss grills. I’m already planning when I’m going to buy the double barrel grill.

Im the owner of Bs Rollin Barbecue. I have the double Barrel Custom BBQ Grill with the single smoke box. I use my grill for big family gatherings and for my BBQ Pop Up Events. This grill is reliable and it holds a lot of meat. I have smoked briskets, ribs, tri tips and chicken all at the same time.

Ordered a Ranch style double grill. It arrived on time, I was going to use to cook for 50+ people coming to the house. Smoked pork, grilled chicken, and used the rotisserie, everything turned out great. Thank you, Moss Grills got all kinds of compliments!!!

Love my single barrel deluxe! Easy to heat up, holds the temperature well and obviously looks great! Fred is super nice and works with you to pick out the grill you need. Took a big risk in buying something I haven’t seen in person, but him and his team of veterans came through and now I have the best grill on the block. This thing is a mammoth and can fit way more food than any other charcoal grill out there. If you’re in the market for a new grill, definitely give Moss Grills a call.

Im a school administrator in Northern California and cant say enough about Moss Grills. So much so, Ive purchased two grills for each of the sites Ive worked. The owner is super responsive and product quality is superb. Also, they employ military veterans, which is a great cause in and of itself. I would recommend Moss Grills without hesitation!

I ordered The Double Grill with the fire box and I was impressed with everything from customer service to the product and then the follow up.My grill was delivered by Mr Moss himself. He thoroughly went through the grill showing me how it works and the best way to use it....I cooked on it that night and everything worked out PERFECT!To my surprise I got a call from Mr Moss after Memorial Day just to see how the grill wasNOW THATS GREAT SERVICE!!!

Mr. Moss took the time and effort to answer every question that I had and thoroughly explained the product and his manufacturing process.The delivery was on time and professional. He made sure the final product was perfect and ensured that everything was good to go before leaving.From start to finish it took a couple weeks, but for a custom grill that is everything that was promised.The grill itself is amazing! Many features for temperature control, room for enough food to feed a small country and functionality of a professional grill.I am telling all of my friends and family about this as its absolutely essential for anybody that has any interest in grilling or smoking!!

It is unreal how perfect my double barrel smoker is, and I still cant get over the price. Mr. Moss has been helping me with information for starting my business, and he delivered the grill himself and showed all of the features. It is super sturdy and exactly what I asked for at less than half the price of a comparable grill.

I was browsing the internet looking for a double barrel grill, and stumbled on Moss grill web site. I contacted them by email, and Mr. Moss call me the next day. He told me about his company and I was impressed enough to purchase a grii from him. I recieved the grill in a timely manner, and it was everything that he promised. My wife bought me the single barrel smoker for my birthday and unfortunately they were backed logged do to the amount of orders they received, they called my wife and apologized for the delay and added at no additional cost the monogram and cover at no additional cost! I still have not received the grill so I dont know they quality of the work. But the customer service is bad. I was lied to for several weeks about the completion and deliver of the product. Just got off the phone with the shipping company who informed me that the product was shipped yesterday (Thursday). I was told on Monday the product was shipped on Monday by the Moss company.I am not please with being lied to for weeks and given excuses about product completion and delivery expectations.

Solid product made by vets. 2 seasons of smoking and holding up better than the big box store stuff. Personalized badge adds a nice touch. The owner is very involved in your satisfaction. Highly recommend this product.

Waited 3months on my paid order, was still wet, smelled of fresh paint. Didn’t receive the cover we purchased to be told we could purchase it from a local Home Depot, but we paid for it with our order?! Called and to this day still waiting on it 4 months later!

Thanks for the quick building of the grill. It was mentioned to you that it was to serve at a homeless ministry and it was done and ready to go.
